• fadi (6/5): I do not recommend this apartment at all - Location, close to my conference location First of all : no coordination from “ simply comfort” management and building security : i spent more than 20 minutes asking permission to go to the apartment Second thing: very noisy and annoying constructions near the building, starts from 6:00 am , we could not sleep… Third of all : no TV channels Fourth: old and dirty furniture
• Mutu (9/5): Great apartment in a noisy surroundings now - The apartment is very cute and clean. We were there for 10 days. It's easy to go around by taxi. There are few shops on the area for your daily needs. This is NOT about the apartment, nothing they can control. The whole neighbourhood is a construction site. We are literally surrounded by buildings in construction with activity 24/7. Not exaggerating, they are working at night time too! So expect dust and loud noise 24/7. The swimming pool of the building wasn't available either for few days due to maintenance works.

• Dinukshi (7/5): A - We were a family of 3 adults. The space was really good. 3 bathrooms with a small Kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious enough as well. Everything was provided, from the dishwashing agents to clothes washing detergent. The bathrooms were clean and all bathroom amenities were provided. WiFi was working really well. The large flat screen TV can be connected to the WiFi therefore you can even watch your local programs. The check in wait was too long. The apartment was not ready even though we got there by about 3.40 pm. We had to wait a long time as the security at Binghatti Gateway was not informed of our arrival and we had to wait another hour for that to be sorted. The security BG were really nice and helpful as well. The exchange of towels and linens didn’t happen although we were told that it will be changed after every 2 days. But the coordinates were nice and helpful. The outside construction will limit a lot of activity. The constant noise and dust all over the outside of the building. But that was not a major issue as Dubai is always developing. And you simply have to live with it.

• Kirtikumar (10/5): Very luxurious, clean family accommodation and very friendly staff - The dressing table and all the nice mirrors, the 3 bathrooms, the kitchen was nice and clean and had useful equipment, the bedding with the lots of pillows was nice The shower wouldn’t fully close so water would leak out and come by the toilet and sink
