Christian (2/5): The worst arrival we have ever experienced – they made us wait 3 hours for our key. - They made us wait 3 hours for our key. Even after the hotel reception called the management company and scolded them, it didn’t help. We followed up with them several times as well, but were only told that they were definitely on their way. Their explanation was that the traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road was heavy — but it was no worse than usual. Our entire evening was completely ruined just sitting there waiting, when we should have been out enjoying a lovely night in the city. We can only recommend that no one ever books an apartment managed by Mint Stay.
