I’d prefer a credit card hold. - it’s Bali, I would expect some bugs, our villa had a serious ant issue and when brought to the attention of the hotel it was a serious dead ant and worse ant situation - some things about villa aren’t to the quality of the villa: broken marble, already rust in showers, and some cut corners during building - walking by the construction of the new hotel everyday wants me to be a worker comp lawyer - the conditions are awful where workers live and they work until late in evening and early mornings wearing flip flops. I get it’s Indonesia and different laws exist but I would hope an international company would do better building and providing good conditions to workers - pool turned my child’s blonde hair green

• Dmytro (10/5): - It’s really new villas. They are opened not so long time ago but always fully booked :) Nice facilities, restaurant. Just everything as it should be. As others mentioned, there are a construction close, but it’s really not annoying at all. And to be honest they are finishing. I hope in a month it will be finished. Recommended place!

• Olha (10/5): Все супер! - Новый комплекс, недавно открылась первая очередь, но работы были продуманы гениально. Живя в таунхаусе, мы внутри не слышали никакого шума стройки, только тишина и природа. Все новое, чистое, очень просторно и комфортно как внутри так и на территории комплекса. Персонал очень услужливый, но без излишней навязчивости, как это бывает на Бали, когда не можешь спокойно позавтракать, потому что десять раз тебя спрашивают все ли хорошо. Здесь персонал тихо приходит и тихо уходит, только когда нужно. За соотношение цена -качество готова поставить 💯, но можно только 10😉

Ideal place to stay for family of 4-6 Advertise clearly mentioning that pool, gym facilities not included and will incurre additional charges. Shower head was shooting water all over the place.

• kavita (10/5): Amazing new apartments and so central - with great amenities. - The beautyFULL modern design of these apartments - luxurious - minimal but so comfortable. Sheets are clean - towels and it just felt like home. No mould or damp which is an issue in Ubud. You have everything you need. You can fully relax and truly enjoy some rest. Cleaning every day and place was impeccable. Staff very kind and super helpful. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. Nice restaurant on site and overall secure and safe feeling. I would love to see some discounts for guests at the nova wellness so it feels more inclusive. Obviously still some construction happening but it was not really bothering us so much as you can’t hear it too much in the apartments themselves.

• Candice (10/5): A phenomenal hidden sanctuary where u will find peace and tranquility. - Everything about the property was excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The villa itself is modern, new and very well managed. The villas are located in a resort type of environment with a wellness centre which is extremely luxurious and welcoming. The accommodation was forthcoming with construction which never bothered us we could not hear anything. The villas are away from the street so you can barely hear traffic in the morning. An outstanding stay !! Nothing major, the beds are a bit hard but it truly wasn’t a major issue given all of the benefits and luxury the accomodation offers

But need a lot of work for the quality - Nice modern design, nice location - pretty close to central by walk and bike They use cheap material in the unit. Bed sheet was very rough, shower was not designed well that everytime I showered the toilet and the bathroom floor were really wet. When we checked in, the AC was left opened - seemed like it was being fixed and not being put back properly. Smoke alarm as well. It fell on the floor. Can’t request extra bed/ mattress. When I checked in the bedrooms werenall closed and no AC - so when I opened the doors it smelled like an old room without air. Also, there’s no public pool. There was a pool owned by another management but not opened for us who stay there. All in all, design look pretty and location is good. But for such high price — the quality and the check-in experience should be way more than what I experienced. I know a lot of cheaper villas in Bali offered better than that.

• Nolbear (10/5): - 조식불포함 에약이었음 주방이 잘되있어서 간단히 해먹었음 2층구조 풀빌라여서 아주 넓고 깨긋하고 수영도 편하게 함. 풀 깊이는 1.2미터 정도로 너무 깊지 않아 편하게 놀 수 있었음 냉장고도 잘돌아가고, 생수도 구비되어 있어서 좋았음 숙소 정문근처에 로컬 마트가 있어서 저렴하게 식자재나 과일 구매가 가능함 주변 단장을 잘 해두어서 숲속에 있는 느낌임. 우붓 시내와 거리가 조금 멀어서 걸어서 이동은 조금 부담스런 위치임 그랩 콜 시 정체때문에 중심가 왕복에 시간이 꽤 걸림 메인수영장이 아직 공사중이어서 좀 아쉬웠음.

• Natasja (9/5): Zeer mooie villa! - Zeer mooi nieuw complex. Onze villa was zeer groot en van alle luxe voorzien. Het fijne aan dit resort is dat ze jouw villa iedere dag komen poetsen en van verse handdoeken voorzien. Je kan er zelfs koken. Alle benodigdheden van keukengereedschap is aanwezig. (Geen vaatwasser) Ze zijn nog bijkomende villa’s aan het bouwen alsook een zeer groot zwembad. Ik zou deze villa zeker aanbevelen. Niets.

The bathroom of the second room is impractical. The pool is next to the villa which doesn’t feel like a part of the villa. The location is a 15 minute drive to Ubud Market in a non traffic hour.
• Cassie (10/5): Магија Убуда - Ово место је деловало као мали комадић магије у Убуду. Резервисали смо га некако у последњем тренутку и нисмо имали појма да ће бити овако лепо. Од тренутка када смо ушли, осећали смо се мирно и смирујуће. Поглед са базена је једноставно невероватан, као да лебдите изнад џунгле. Вероватно сам направила милион фотографија. Соба је била чиста, лепо је мирисала, осећала сам се посебно. Чак постоји и место напољу за јогу или истезање, што сам заиста ценила ујутру. Особље је било љубазно и поштовано, дали су нам простор, али су били ту када нам је требало. Већ планирам да се вратим следеће године, можда на дуже. Ноћу је било неких звукова жаба и буке из џунгле, али искрено, то је само допринело искуству. Све време смо се осећали потпуно безбедно и опуштено. Није далеко од центра Убуда, али довољно далеко да добијете потпуни мир и нема саобраћаја.

• Suzy (10/5): Deze plek is echt perfect voor stellen - We verbleven er drie nachten en wilden niet meer weg. Het is er zo rustig en stil, en de villa voelde super privé. Er lagen bloemen op het bed toen we aankwamen, wat echt een lieve attentie was. Het buitenbad is een droom – we hebben 's avonds een bad met kaarsen genomen en het was gewoon magisch. Binnen in de kamer was alles schoon en mooi ingericht, het voelde heel gezellig en romantisch. De verlichting is zacht, de ruimte ruikt lekker en de badkamer was ook super schattig. Het is niet alleen een plek om te slapen, het is een hele ervaring. We voelden ons hier echt verbonden en ontspannen. We hebben buiten wel wat insecten gezien, maar kom op, je zit letterlijk in de jungle. Ze zorgen sowieso voor muggenspray en binnen in de kamer was het helemaal prima. We zouden het iedereen aanraden die even wil ontspannen en quality time met zijn of haar partner wil doorbrengen.
• Aline (10/5): Hidden for real lol 😊 - The path to the villas feels like you're entering a secret little jungle world. It’s quiet, green, peaceful, and just the right place to slow down. We stayed in one of the villas with a pool and it was very clean and well-designed. I loved waking up to the sounds of nature and not traffic or city noise. Room was comfy, had everything we needed, and it smelled fresh which is always a plus. Nothing actually, because the staff were always around if we needed help and check-in was quick and easy. Super peaceful spot for couples or anyone wanting to escape the crowds..There is even a cafe with ice cream and drinks available 24/7 where you can a spend comfortable moments anytime.
• Ramiz (10/5): Molto bello - Questo posto è davvero fantastico. La villa è bellissima, pulitissima ed elegante, proprio come nelle foto. Si vede che hanno pensato molto al design, è moderno ma non troppo, ma trasmette comunque un'atmosfera naturale e rilassante. La zona piscina è un sogno, abbiamo trascorso molto tempo sdraiati lì. La vista sulla giungla è mozzafiato, ti fa sentire come se fossi in un film. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile, facile da contattare su WhatsApp e ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto. La camera aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, il letto era comodo e la privacy era davvero assoluta. Ci tornerei sicuramente, ma magari con una valigia più piccola la prossima volta, lol.

• Isabell (10/5): Tundus nagu tõeline džungliunemaailm - Peatusime siin oma partneriga kaks ööd ja ausalt öeldes... see oli just see, mida vajasime. Õhkkond on ülimalt rahulik, nagu oleksite keset loodust, aga siiski piisavalt lähedal Ubudi keskusele, kui soovite välja minna. Villa oli ülipuhas, privaatne ja selles moodsas troopilises stiilis, mis meile väga meeldis. Bassein oli meie lemmikosa – ideaalne jahutamiseks ja lihtsalt puude keskel lõõgastumiseks. Personal oli ülilahke, nad aitasid meil umbes 5 minutiga tõukeratta rentimise korraldada ja andsid isegi soovitusi lähedalasuvate koskede kohta (käisime ühel ja see oli seda täiesti väärt). Lindude laulu ja kõikjal oleva roheluse saatel ärkamine oli hämmastav. Kokkuvõttes 10/10, järgmine kord Ubudis olles tuleksin kindlasti tagasi. Ma ei arva, et meil oleks meie viibimise ajal midagi ebamugavat olnud, mida siin mainida. Oleme võõrustajale kõige eest väga tänulikud. • Al-Lawati (10/5): Lovely stay - The Villa is in a gated area, it’s brand new, lovely and so comfortable. It is so spacious with great facilities and appliances. We made breakfast everyday and felt right at home. Highly recommend especially for families. The master AC wouldn’t close, and the shower in the other bathroom wouldn’t dispense warm water, it was boiling. However these are very minor things I would assume because the villa is brand new.

La piscine est de bonne taille comparée à d’autres villas. Très bonne communication avec l’équipe de New hidden et le personnel d’entretien est adorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si les prix restent abordables ! Rien
• المجمهر الصغير (9/5): - جمال المكان والفيلا اكثر من رائعه والأمن داخل المجمع رهيب جداً . لايسمح بدخول اي شخص غير مصرح له حتى السائقين الا بأذن من أفراد الأمن والاستقبال بعد اخذ موافقة النزيل ايضاً لا ننسى بشاشه العاملين وسرعه الاستجابه وتقديم الخدمات التى يحتاجها النزيل
