- goanbin (7/5): - 버스를 타면 하카타역이나 텐진역에서 바로 숙소로 도착 할 수 있습니다. 가성비 좋은 숙소로 마트나 편의점이 멀어서 숙소 들어오실 때 간식거리를 구매서서 가져오시기 바랍니다. 숙소에서 요리도 가능하고 식기 등도 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침에 공원에 산책하기 좋았고 조용한 일본 동네 마실도 좋았습니다. 마트 나 음식점이 멀리 있습니다.
- OKUZUMI (7/5): 楽しかった - テレビでYouTubeやネトフリなどが見られる 調理器具が揃っている ベッドがふかふか エレベーターがないので5階まで階段でスーツケースを運ぶ必要がある 3泊4日だったが1日ごとに清掃が入らないからごみ箱がいっぱいになる

- David (7/5): Excellent location, well maintained, everything works as it should, but it is on the top floor and a little dated! - It is a good size with plenty of room and good facilities available. Providing a kettle was a nice touch and the view and location are amazing. All of the facilities worked and the shower was lovely with a good water pressure and easy to use. The closet was an excellent size with a small number of hangers, and the facility was clean. The kitchenware was more than adequate for a short stay. The fact that there is no elevator is fine but with it being on the top floor we could have used more warning. Some of the facility is also quite dated and damaged such as handles missing or the toilet being an older style. The sink had chips and cracks that had been filled but were not nice to look at, but nothing that affected functionality. The facility could also do with more places to hang towels inside of the apartment as we found ourselves using doors and the tops of furniture. The check-out instructions could do with being clearer as it was unclear whether we were to leave the keys back in the key safe or whether to leave anything in any particular way.

- 2309박지예 (10/5): - 처음 도착했던 밤에는 지하철역에서 거리도 좀 있고 가는 길과 숙소 주변풍경이 조금 무섭게 느껴지기도 했어요. 하지만 다음 날 아침, 낮의 풍경을 마주하는 순간 그 걱정은 눈 녹듯 사라졌습니다. 이 동네, 낮에 보니 정말 예쁘더라고요! 이 숙소의 진짜 매력은 시간이 지나면서 천천히 스며드는 주변 풍경에 있는 것 같아요. 3일 차쯤 되니 숙소까지 걷는 길 하나하나가 소중해져서, 눈에 보이는 모든 것을 담으려고 천천히 걷게 되더라고요. 역세권의 편리함보다 현지인이 된 것 같은 여유와 매일 변하는 예쁜 풍경을 선호하시는 분들께 강력히 추천합니다. 처음의 낯설음만 지나면 이 길의 매력에 푹 빠지실 거예요. 아 물론 전 한국인입니다 수건이 조금 부족했어요
- NAKAGAWA (9/5): - 夏の気温が高い時期に利用しました。 鍵を開けて入ると涼しく、見てみるとクーラーがいれてありました。気遣いが素晴らしくとてもいい気分になりました。 リモコン式のライトが2個設置してありましたが、タイプが同じなので片方を消そうと思っても片方が点いたり消えたりの繰り返しで思い通りに消すことが出来ずにしばらく格闘しました。

- TOMOKO (3/5): 新境地の体験 - 値段の安さ？ ベッドの寝心地は良かった エレベーターが無く、虫の死骸のある階段を5階まで昇らなければならないこと。 お風呂の異常な狭さ。 アメニティが歯ブラシとお風呂用品しかなく、2泊なのにタオルが1人１日分しか無かった。 2泊3日で予約していたが、１日で根をあげて2日目は他で宿泊した。 もっと詳しく写真や情報を載せて欲しかった。

- Hiroaki (8/5): お値段以上のステキなお部屋でした。 - 博多の街からも近く コンビニや有料駐車場も宿泊施設から近いところにあったため 観光等に便利だった。 街から遠くないのに 立地が閑静な住宅地なためか 夜も静かで快適に眠れた。 部屋が5階だったので エレベーターがあると さらに便利だったかなとは 思いました。
- Misa (5/5): 大きなベッドもツインであり、お風呂場以外は清潔で、自転車も綺麗であれば、便利で有り難かった - 自転車が借りれてPayPayドームまで6分で行けた 困った時に電話したら、丁寧に対応してくれた チェックイン、チェックアウト、自転車の借り方をもう少し親切に事前に連絡して欲しかった 自転車がかなり汚れていて、全部拭かないと乗れなかった お風呂場のカビが気になった 昆布茶？みたいな物が置かれていたけど去年の賞味期限だった

It’s located just a few minutes from the bus stop and about 10 minutes from the metro station. Key collection was simple, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended!
