• Linzi (10/5): Excellent highly recommend - It was in a great location in the old town. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed. The beds were fantastic. Outside the apartment were great places to eat and drink. The beach was at the end of the street. Getting hot water in the shower was tricky and the shower holder was broken so had to hold the shower head.

• G.W. (10/5): A perfect stay in Old Town Benidorm - Allejandro is a perfect host. The appartment is in the middle of the old town, perfect location. It's busy, so not a quiet area, but that's normal. Boulevards Poniente and Levante are 1 minute away! The appartment has everything you need for a long stay. We recommend it highly! Navigate to Restaurant La Rana. Not to the name of the appartment, there are actually more with that name. La Rana is the perfect navigation location! • cillian (10/5): You won't get a better Location in Old Town Benidorm - The location is perfect. Right beside Old Town Benidorm and the beach is 200m away. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. The host was great, Alex was his name, a very nice man. We were a family of 5 so it suited us perfectly having 3 bedrooms. Nice big TV in the sitting room which our firestick worked perfectly on so we could watch UK TV. Nothing

From the stylish interiors to the thoughtful little touches, every detail has been carefully considered. The location couldn’t be better — conveniently close to shops, restaurants in the heart of the old town but also so close to the beach, you’ll find it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. And the host? Absolutely amazing! Friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality made the experience feel personal and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend — this is a true gem!

• Jennifer (9/5): Great stay and would 100% stay again - Central location in old town beside tapas alley and one minute walk to beach. Apartment was lovely with 3 spacious bedrooms each with TV and loads of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and washing machine. It could be a little noisy due to the bars below. Personally this wasn’t a problem but the bottles getting thrown into the recycling bin at 5.30am by the bar cleaners was annoying.
• Nick (10/5): Wonderful apartment in an excellent location - Three bedrooms so ideal for a family with adult children. Location was very handy for the beach and Old Town. Property was great for us but is a second floor apartment so people with mobility issues may struggle.
• Sharon (10/5): Very exceptional location - Spacious rooms, lovely little balcony over looking the main part of plaza de la Constitució. Nice hot shower. Fantastic friendly host If the shower head was left in the holder it would flood the bathroom. Can be a bit noisy but what’s expected considering location. There’s are not complaints at all.

All the facilities were great apart from a slight leak in the shower but that's not too bad. The host was very nice and made both check in and check out extremely easy. Highly highly recommend
