Dominika (5/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra ... blisko starego miasta . W pierwszej kolejności zapach papierosów w apartamencie. Dwie małe szafy w których bylo niecwiele miejsca na ubrania... w konsekwencji rzeczy zostały w walizkach na podłodze. W nocy w weekend bardzo głośno...roznosiła się hałasy z klatki schodowej . Brak miseczek na platki czy jakąś zupe .
Idan (4/5): לא ממליץ ! עם נוף לבנייה ובלי חניה בפועל. - מיקום טוב, קרוב לעיר העתיקה. בשכונה יש מסעדה וחנויות נוחות המקום משווק את עצמו כמקום עם חנייה במחיר של השכירות. זה לא נכון. החנייה אכן קיימת, אך מתוך 3 לילות שהית שם נאלצתי כל פעם לחנות בחוץ כי חנייה כל פעם היית תפוסה על ידי רכב זר. שום פנייה למוקד השירות שלהם לא עזרה ( גם המתנה של 10 דקות על הקו). איבזור הדירה די פרימיטיבי, ברזים חלודים והכול די מתפרק. המקום לא מציין שמחוץ לבניין יש אתר בנייה ענק והרעש מתחיל משעות הבוקר. גם לא בדיוק כייף לפתוח חלון ולראות טרקטורים. רצ"ב תמונות. לא ממליץ
RELIKH (10/5): Апартаменты 👍супер!!! - Всё было супер! Апартаменты были точно ,как на фото. Чисто!!!💯 Постель и полотенца белоснежные!!! 💯В номере были и кофе и чай. Фужеры и посуда - всё блестело от чистоты!!! В ванной комнате были и шампунь с гелью,и фен, и несколько р.туалетной бумаги. Были 5 ночей, но ни разу не слышали соседей, т.е. звукоизоляция хорошая.Близко к старому городу, ходили с удовольствием, и к Бедронке близко. Сразу дали парковочное место автомобилю, хотя мы приехали на поезде. Спасибо большое, 💖персоналу ,за проведенное время в прекрасных апартаментах!!!👏👍 Отвечу шуткой -с погодой не повезло, несколько дней дождь и ветер. Но ,как нам сказали местные, на Балтике ,нет плохой погоды, а есть неправильно подобранная одежда🤩. Претензий к номеру и персоналу нет!!! Это и "спасло" наш отдых!!!😘💃🌹

Przemysław (1/5): - Brak odpowiedzi na kilkukrotne wiadomości do obiektu, brak kontaktu ze strony obsługi pomimo kilku próśb, co przesłoniło całkowicie pozytywne aspekty obiektu, a co za tym idzie jakość komunikacji obiektu nie tyle pozostawiająca wiele do życzenia co jej brak zniweczył całą ocenę obiektu brak reakcji obiektu na kilkukrotną prośbę o wystawienie faktury, kompletna ignorancja ze strony personelu. jedyna komunikacja to ta automatyczna. sam obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, ale ze względu na ocenę jakości komunikacji nie polecam, w okolicy jest wiele innych obiektów o zbliżonym standardzie i cenie.

Erin (10/5): Great place to stay in Gdansk - Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. The location was perfect, 10 min walk into the centre with a lovely outlook over the water. We had a little issue the first night as the apartment was too hot but this was sorted the next day with a quick response from staff. Would highly recommend and will stay again if I visit Gdańsk in the future The walls between this apartment and the neighbours are thin! Not really a fault of the apartment, more that of the neighbours who weren't considerate at all, and woke us up with loud music, talking (and lots of other noises!) A few times our first night. Maybe something to consider if you're a light sleeper

Vladyslav (8/5): - Sprzątanie nie było dokładne. Na balkonie pozostawiono pełną popielniczkę po poprzednich gościach. Spód deski sedesowej był zabrudzony. kratka wentylacyjna w kuchni była mocno zanieczyszczona, co powodowało hałas w pomieszczeniu. Dodatkowo kołdry nie były czyste - w środku znajdowały się plamy i włosy po poprzednich gościach, mimo że pościel zewnętrzna wyglądała na czystą.

Tara Tanita (8/5): Super zentrale, schöne Unterkunft - Das Apartment hat eine super zentrale Lage und ist nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Parkplätze können kostenfrei in der Garage genutzt werden. SPA kostet extra. Schlafzimmer keine Vorhänge (zu hell, man wird sehr früh wach). Keine Rauchmelder.

jkurppa (8/5): Mukava asunto ja onnnistunut loma, mutta vaati pientä hienosäätöä... - Hyvä sänky. Siisti huone ja ympäristö. Hyvä aamiainen viereisessä ravintolassa. Kosketusnäytöllinen oven lukko oli aluksi haastava käyttää. Kosketusnäyttö ei kerro onko painallus mennyt läpi jne. Myöskään lukon sormenjälkitunnistimen rooli ei ollut alkuun selvä. Lisäksi ennakkoon maksetut aamupalavoucherit saatiin vasta erikseen pyytämällä - aamulla - ja ensimmäinen aamiainen jouduttiinkin syömään 15 minuutissa, kun kuponkien saapuminen kesti. Henkilökuntansa ollut miespuolinen työntekijä oli kuitenkin todella asiallinen ja teki parhaansa!

Panel do wpisywania kodu wejścia do apartemanetu. Niestety trzeba bardzo się natrudzić, aby dotyk złapał wpisywane cyfry, dodatkowo niewiadomo czy one się wbijają czy nie- brak dźwięku czy wizualnego odklikania.

Łukasz (2/5): Czuję sie celowo wprowadzony w błąd - Duży apartament ale budowa na zewnątrz jak i wał z opisem zepsuł wszystko. W opisie oferty znajduje się informacja: „Na terenie obiektu znajduje się restauracja oraz Centrum SPA & Wellness, oferujące strefę fitness, sauny oraz basen.”. Opis sugerował, że znajdują się na terenie obiektu noclegowego, podczas gdy w rzeczywistości są prowadzone przez zewnętrzny podmiot w tym samym budynku ale wymaga to wyjścia na zewnątrz. Cały opis sugeruje, że jest to kompleksowy obiekt gdzie można kameralnie spędzić fajnie czas na basenie. Moją decyzję podjąłem na podstawie dostępu do basenu. Zdjęcia sugerują, że jest to kameralna część obiektu dostępna dla gości. Prawda jest taka, że jest to spęd z masą ludzi. Basen dostępny publicznie dla wszystklich o czym nie ma słowa w ofercie. Na podstawie tego zapisu przyjąłem, że basen i strefa fitness stanowią integralną część obiektu noclegowego, dostępną na miejscu (nawet jeśli za dodatkową opłatą), co jest standardowym rozumieniem takiej infrastruktury przez gości. Oferta przedstawiała się jako kompleksowa a prawda jest całkiem inna. Restauracja gdzie serwują śniadania znajduje się w innym budynku. Basen znajduje się w tym samym ale nie da się tam przejść np. w szlafroku. Trzeba wyjść z budynku na ulicę i przejść ~50 metrów Nawet nazwa obiektu ma w nazwie SPA co jest irytujące bo ten obiekt nie ma nic wspólnego ze SPA. Jak ktoś otworzy tajski masaż w jednym ze 100 mieszkań w tym samym bloku ale innej klatce też dodajcie to do opisu :)

Ann Iren (9/5): Veldig fin og ren leilighet, vi bodde i 7 etg og hadde flott utsikt over elven👍I - Topp beliggenhet, bare noen minutters gange til gamlebyen 😄👍Ingen problemer med innsjekking eller utsjekking. Leiligheten var helt fantastisk og vi kommer nok til å bo her igjen ved en senere anledning 🤩 Hadde likt bedre om det var dusj istedenfor for badekar.

Przemyslaw (8/5): Pobyt generalnie był bardzo udany. Świetna lokalizacja - spacer a starówkę zajmuje 5 min. Apartament z widokiem na rzekę - Wyśmienita lokalizacja, ładny apartament, pachniało na klatce świeżo umytą podłogą . Apartament posiada przynależne miejsce w garażu. Braki w wyposażeniu kuchennym (brak deski do krojenia, płynu do mycia naczyń, ilość worków na śmieci mogła by być dostosowana do liczby dni). Mop nadaje się do wymiany, brak na wyposażeniu miotły (a fajnie było by zamieść czasem podłogę). W dzisiejszych czasach z reguły standardem jest że w kuchni jest przynajmniej podstawowa sól i cukier - też może warto o tym pomyśleć. Można by zostawić hasło do WiFi gdzieś na kartce przy wejściu lub w instrukcji przesłanej na maila - było by łatwiej 🙂

Agnieszka (10/5): Immer wieder gern! - Das Apartment war top, sowie die Lage ❣️ Das die Heizung nicht regulierbar war. Es war wie in einer Sauna. Man kann an der Heizung selbst nichts drehen und verstellen. Wir hatten jemanden vom Service da, der die Heizung ganz zugedreht hat mit seinem Werkzeug, aber trotzdem hat sich an der Temperatur nichts verändert, obwohl die Heizungen in beiden Schlafzimmern komplet kalt waren. Sonst ist das Apartment sehr empfehlungswert!!!
bahar (6/5): Lage gut Srrvice schlu - Nicht gut; die Wohnung hat gestunken. Im Bad keinen Abzug, immer feucht. Die Wohnung stank alt und muffig. SPA hatte mit der Unterkunft nicht zu tun , obwohl das Hotel dies als Aushängeschild genutzt hatte. Eine Stunde SPA von Neben Einrichtung kostete 20,-€ , war immer voll und sehr klein. Außerdem war es nicht möglich, irgendwie mit jemandem persönlich zu sprechen. Auch die angegebene Telefonnummer funktionierte nicht. Doch die Lage war gut . Es war ruhig, obwohl zentral.

Riyadh (7/5): . - We liked the apartment it was nice and clean. When we went there, we thought there would be a swimming pool, but then they told us we had to pay extra to use it. Also, when we booked fhe apartment, we asked one of the service staff if there was parking, and he said there wasn't, eventhough we did recieve information about the parking like the number of the parking spot. And there it took us a long time to find a place to park the car outside of the apartment building, and then when we arrived to the apartment, we found the parking key inside with the apartment keys.

Barbora (9/5): - Easy communication, proper instructions. Self check in and check out. The location was great - walking distance to the city center, or the tram stop is very close. Everything was clean. I was tired every night so slept well. But one night I had to sleep with my ear plugs as I could hear a neighbor snoring :D But I'm super sensitive to this. But overall, I have no complains.
