• Mimi (8/5): Thoughtful Service That Made All the Difference - I only stayed in Sunray Hotel 1 night, on a pit stop to Patong. The lady on reception (sorry I can't remember her name) so was kind when I arrived after a disrupted long haul flight. I notified the hotel I wished to check in early. My room was not ready so this was not possible, however the lady on reception took care of me going above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed until my room was ready. The small things she did made a huge difference at the end of a tiresome journey. My only grievance was the room window facing the adjacent building, so there didn't feel like much natural light.

• Nishant (8/5): Great stay at a good location and good price - Location was very near the beach and was perfect. There was no view from my balcony but it was ok as I wasn't in the room all the time. There were some bad reviews on google about the place but I dont think they are right. I think it is a good place to stay at an affordable price. There were some issue with the shower sliding door, but I asked the staff and they fixed it promptly. So no problem there. If you are not expecting 5 star facilities then you will be fine.

• hinde (1/5): worst experience - nothing This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was extremely dirty, to a completely unacceptable level. The room looked nothing like the photos, which are clearly misleading. The customer service was terrible: rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. On top of that, they tried to scam me by refusing to return my deposit without any valid reason. Honestly, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Si les personnes à l accueil pourraient dire aux clients Sir à la place de Brother Ça serait bien et plus pro Le son de la mosquée le matin Horrible on se réveille à Gaza. • Backpacker_am (1/5): Horrible, sucio, mal olor. - La ubicación La habitación estaba bastante sucia y nunca la limpiaron correctamente durante nuestra estadía. Al llegar encontramos restos de marihuana en el piso, arena de la playa y el radiador lleno de polvo. Además, el colchón estaba manchado y las sábanas nunca fueron cambiadas, a pesar de que nos quedamos una semana. La cama también era muy dura, lo que hizo que el descanso no fuera cómodo. Lo único positivo del lugar es su ubicación, ya que está cerca de la playa. Sin embargo, considerando el precio, resulta demasiado caro para la calidad del servicio y las condiciones que ofrecen. No lo recomiendo.

Cleaning every 2 days and its not enough for this small box room. Everyday ı killed 2 mosquitoes and some ants. Everything looks so old and need care. My room door can open only ro half :) Owner just think earn money my opinion not to invest for better.
• BIANCA (7/5): Good location, but not clean enough - Location was very close to the beach, close to 7 eleven. 1. When we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to carry our heavy luggage on the stairs 3 floors 2. The room was not that clean, had really dusty floors 3. Shower drain was clogged 4. Towels with ripped holes, absolutely not useable, should be replaced completely 5. Stained bedding 6. One night there was no electricity so we couldn’t use the aircon and it was hot 7. 1000baht deposit (cash) is inconvenient when you get your money back in cash in your last day in Thailand

The AC temperature wasn't based on what you set; it was always very cold. Tv and the box didnt work, so i couldn't use that. shower head was faulty, %80 of the water was leaking

Bed is hard like a rock, No hot water at all, smells horrible, lift is not working. Dirty rooms, I had to change rooms and then finally check out earlier to book into a new place

Pleśń w toalecie,w pokoju śmierdzi pleśnią,przez 4 noce nikt nam nie wymienił pościeli i ręczników . W przed ostatnią noc zostawili nam 2 butelki wody przed drzwiami .

• Gavin (5/5): - Traveling on a budget so this place was fine. Nothing fancy but it was clean, close to the beach and staff were friendly and did let me check in early due to arriving in the morning. I was charged 500BHT on check out for sheet having a spec of blood on it. I had a tattoo the previous day and guess some blood had made its way out of the protective film. I was happy to pay but they did initially want to charge 1500BHT which is a bit much in my opinion. I also didnt realise you have to request room cleans. I kept my room clean so i wasnt that bothered but i wasnt told during check in that room cleans are upon request.

• Almer Fahrudin (2/5): Har ikke hatt mindre og dårligere rom før. - Beligenhet I forhold til stranden. very bad worn out rooms with old hard beds full of mites and or ants in the mattresses. could not sleep was eaten up every night. the problem was not solved by the owners. they expect the poor cleaning to deal with their old mattresses which is an impossible mission. they need to be replaced. otherwise the cleaning was active, nice and on top. but they need to change the mattresses. noisy poorly insulated.

Tout a été remis en place. Proximité d'une mosquée, muezzin automatique à 5h du matin. Isolation phonique faible.

• Kamila (2/5): No średnio :/ - Lokalizacja blisko plaży, niestety hałas straszny. Miałam zostać na sześć dni, ale uciekłam po dwóch. Hotel jest stary, wymaga remontu. Wzięłam pokój typu Superior, najdroższą opcję. Po pierwsze jak taki pokój może mieć maleńkie okno wychodzące na ulicę 🙄 miał być „widok na miasto”, a dostałam widok na ścianę budynku obok. „Balkon” nie istnieje, jest to maciupki kącik na klimatyzator zamknięty za nieszczelnymi drzwiami przez co w pokoju jest jeszcze głośniej. Klimatyzacja sama w sobie chodzi jak czołg, wypadają z niej śrubki więc albo gotujesz się w nocy albo śpisz w słuchawkach. Nie możesz zostawić włączonej klimatyzacji podczas nieobecności, bo jest naliczana kara. Łazienka cała w grzybie, nie ma szans na wysuszenie czegokolwiek (do dyspozycji nie ma suszarek). Po wzięciu prysznica podłoga po dwóch dniach jest dalej mokra. Ściany w hotelu cienkie jakby z kartonu, słychać każdy krok z korytarza. Słyszysz każde wejście do pokoju sąsiada przez stare zamki w drewnianych drzwiach. Pomijam już fakt, że słyszysz jak sąsiedzi biorą prysznic, miałam wrażenie, że jak kichnę to ktoś z pokoju obok odpowie mi „na zdrowie”. Okna bez uszczelek więc czujesz się tak jakby ich nie było w ogóle. Kosze na śmieci w rozmiarze 3l więc poza dwiema zgniecionymi butelkami nie wsadzisz tam nic. Zabawnym faktem jest lista rzeczy z pokoju takich jak np. krzesła lub poszewki, które „możesz nabyć jak souvenir” xD Na plus obsługa, która stawała na rzęsach żeby jakoś umilić mi ten wątpliwej jakości relaks. Widać, że robią co mogą żeby zatrzymać gościa. Lokalizacja też spoko, dla osób które chcą w trzy minuty znaleźć się na plaży. Cena za hotel zdecydowanie wygórowana za taki standard. Jako ciekawostkę dodam, że podczas pobytu z budynku obok jakiś młody chłopak chciał skoczyć z balkonu, przyjechała policja i ambulans, działo się to w nocy więc hałas klaksonów, policjantów i gwizdka był nie do wytrzymania. Ta sytuacja jest losowa, więc nie wpływa na ocenę obiektu.
