Any disturbances in the layout or hygiene will be automatically deducted from your deposit, which was already blocked on booking.com at the time of your reservation.

Any violation of the establishment's rules will result in automatic cancellation and immediate vacancy.

- Kai (1/5): AVOID: NOT in Paris, NOT for GROUPS and NOT even a villa! You are in for a big disappointment. - AVOID THIS HOUSE by all means. Its a scam, you will regret booking with them. I booked “PARIS AUTHENTIC HOUSE Entier 1920's villa Métro Line 7 For Groups” for a group stay from 2 to 4 October for 15 people, and I feel it’s important to warn other travelers about this property. To start with, this is not a villa as advertised. It is a small city house located in a popular neighborhood outside of Paris, not in Paris itself as the description claims. That’s already misleading. Secondly, it is not suitable for groups. Realistically, this house can accommodate a maximum of 4 or 5 people, and even that would be stretching it. We were 13 in the end, and it was impossible for all of us to sit together in the living room, which is barely 20 square meters. To make matters worse, there is only one bathroom. The owner actually suggested that 7 people shower in the morning and 6 in the evening — an absurd and unacceptable proposal for paying guests. This is not a property designed for groups in any way. The house is cluttered with old furniture, has poor air circulation, and feels cramped and uncomfortable. The final straw was being charged 8€ per towel — something I have never experienced in all my travels. It was at that point that we decided to leave immediately without unpacking, as staying there was simply impossible for a group of our size. To make things even worse, the owner has set his listing as non-refundable, so even when you leave upon arrival, as we did, he keeps all the money. Despite seeing clearly that the house was unsuitable, there was no flexibility or refund offered. In short: The location is misleading. The size is totally inadequate for groups. The conditions are poor and uncomfortable. The management is rigid and profit-oriented. If you are more than four people, avoid this place at all costs. It is not a villa, not in Paris, and not for groups — a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Bien que l accès à paris soit facile ,le logement est à Ivry, l annonce telle qu'elle est rédigée est un peu trompeuse surtout pour des étrangers...

Mais pas plus ! - L'hôte a été assez arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée L'emplacement très proche du métro 7 est appréciable La maison est un immense dortoir, beaucoup de couchages mais inadaptée à un tel nombre de convives. Une seule petite douche, une toute petite table à manger qui oblige à faire plusieurs services L'hôte a si peur des miettes et des tâches qu'aucune table n'est présente dans le salon, ôtant une grande part de convivialité, les coussins de la cuisine ont même été plastifiés, les rendant très désagréables. 8€ par serviette est un délire total, c'est le prix d'un lot de 3 serviettes neuves auprès d'enseignes sérieuses. Les frais de ménage de 180€ sont totalement abusifs, surtout au regard de la propreté très discutable du logement. Les autocollants collés absolument partout '' It is strictly forbidden to talk in the garden 24/24'' en font un lieu de passage uniquement, un seul transat pour 15 personnes de toute manière mais cela apporte néanmoins du charme et du calme à la véranda. Absence de store sur le velux de la dépendance, ce qui est très dérangeant pour dormir + absence de toilettes, obligeant à descendre une échelle et traverser le jardin (potentiellement trempé) au milieu de la nuit Du papier toilette que j'aurais honte de fournir à des prisonniers tant il est de mauvaise qualité et fin et pas une seule dosette de café tendent à faire penser qu'il s'agit surtout de maximiser les recettes sur ce logement. La liste pourrait s'allonger

- Sonia (7/5): - La casa è molto vicino alla metro, il gestore è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ci ha aspettato e dato molte informazioni utili, buona anche la pulizia. La casa non è adatta ad un numero elevato di persone, uno solo dei bagni è provvisto di doccia. Nei giorni in cui ci siamo intrattenuti noi non era possibile usare il giardino, per quanto ben curato, perchè i vicini continuavano a lamentarsi (anche per la colazione) inoltre è una casa molto calda e non attrezzata per questa eventualità.

- Eva (9/5): A lovely house with nice decorations in a quiet and safe location - A really charming house with authentic decorations and historic details. We especially liked the small garden. We were five guest in the house. The space was perfect. We visited during a heatwave so it would have been nice with aircondition. The location of the house was very good in a nice and quiet naborhood. We parked our car at the street by the house and had no problems. Very close to the metro line, a bakery and groceries. We were so thankfull for all the hell from the host. He was very helpful and thoughtful and gave us good advise about visiting the city. We fully recommend the house and would visit again. It was very hot, so airconditioning would have been wonderful.

The owner is very helpful and nice. The house has only 1 shower (and 3 toilets) which can be not enough for 10 persons.

- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - It is very easy to get to the house from CDG airport just using the public transportation (we arrived in Paris on a Sunday afternoon. Depending on the day and time of your arrival, it might be uncomfortable to get to the trains and subways carrying your luggage). The host was very nice and helpful. Along the week, we had a problem with the shower drain. As soon as we let him know, he got immediately to the house and fixed it. We also had a little health problem and he recommended a public hospital. The place is beatiful, cozy and it was perfectly clean. It is a little expensive, but just a "little" is good given that everything in Paris is usually very expensive. The house is not close to Paris center so you need to be very careful with your nights out and check the closing time of the trains and subways.
