The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of options. The tours arranged by the hotel were thorough and well organized, adding a lot to our trip. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. No spot to complain!
Oliver (10/5): Super hotel in siem reap! - We’ve returned to this hotel several times, and it never disappoints—it suits us perfectly every time. The location strikes a great balance: peaceful and relaxing, yet surrounded by a wide choice of restaurants and bars just steps away. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the vibrant Old Market and Pub Street area, which is well worth a visit. The hotel has a lovely colonial charm, set within spacious, well-established gardens filled with mature trees. The swimming pool is a real highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and shaded spots to unwind. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with both air conditioning , and each has a generous balcony with its own fan as well. Breakfast offers a plentiful all-you-can-eat selection, and the staff are consistently outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Amazing!

The rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. There are two nice swimming pools, and the breakfast was exceptional. However, I did have an issue with parking. I had to leave my car along the road, and the staff assured me that it was fine and that most guests usually park there without any problems. They said it was safe to park there during my stay, but I still felt a bit concerned about it. it's Ok!

It’s conveniently located close to my meeting place, which made everything easy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel has two relaxing pools and a great bar, creating a perfect atmosphere to unwind. Whatever you need, you can simply request it at the front door and they’ll take care of it. Overall, it offers everything you could want for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Angell (7/5): - Staff were so friendly, all of them could not do enough for us. The location is great to get easily into the center cheap by tuk tuk but then nice and quiet at night. It is a bit tired. One of the two small pools, the one outside our ground floor room over looking a pool, had a lot of missing tiles so we did not feel safe to use. The hotel obviously knew it was a problem and to be fair they closed it for three days for repair, it did not bother us as we were leaving the next day and it will be fixed for the next bookings.

Everything here is just perfect — the beautiful hotel areas, the pool, and especially the room, which is extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. But what truly makes the difference is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our days happier. Their warmth and attention make our stay really special. It also has what is probably the best breakfast I’ve ever seen. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. I was ill during my stay, and they couldn’t have been kinder or more caring. Christophe (10/5): Très très bizn - L hôtel est situé à proximité du centre ville.les,chambres sont très très confortables et très bien équipées. 2 piscines sont disponibles et le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très suffisant (pas hyper qualitatif mais au prix de la chambre on peut pas s attendre à beaucoup mieux) Personnel comme toujours adorables. Bref un excellent rapport qualité prix Certains produits du petit déjeuner sont peu qualitatif mais rien d insurmontable non plus

I booked a room with a balcony, and it was very spacious with a beautiful city view. In the evening, I went out to look for something to eat. As soon as I stepped out of the front door, everything was easily accessible and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was lovely, and I really enjoyed the peaceful green surroundings. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily come back again! I remembered nothing to say, all great!

Daniel Camilo (5/5): Nice hotel….. BUT…. - The property itself is beautiful, big bedrooms and nice pools! The staff are not very well trained, they are nice but for example, they were late for check in by almost 2 hours, we understand there are delays but they didn’t communicate at all with us, just told us to wait, there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience, since we payed to have the room ready, we expect it to be ready. When it was finally ready, it wasn’t cleaned properly, we wrote a letter to the manager but this was never responded. Also, there was a family who I think live at the hotel, right in the middle of it, they are either owners and employees, and they were FIGHTING, like physically hitting each other, I had to intervene as this man was beating another employee really hard, they told me it was a family matter but it was really disturbing to witness. The staff just watched and no one helped or called the police. As I said, I had to intervene and it didn’t feel safe anymore. It’s a shame.

Suzanne (Siok Oean) (8/5): Beautiful resort - Very luxurous rooms and Gorgeous bathroom. Everything spotless clean. When I was there the bigger swimmjngpool was being remodeled. This created a lot of noise and it could of course not be used. There was a discount on the room but I thougjt it was just kaar minute discount. I think it should be clear at booking time, not once you are there.
Susan (9/5): High recommendation. - Breakfast great! Staff wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Bedding good quality. Beds comfortable. Nice garden and pool . Property kept really clean so no vermin. The elusive resident cats do a good job, too! Good reading lights in the room. Tip: Stay on the top floor otherwise you can hear people above you moving furniture or coming home late at night. No wear to put you bags/luggage. The room needs a counter or luggage rack.

phun (10/5): Amazing Hotel! - I stayed in Siem Reap during my holiday and booked Angkor Home 27. It’s a very green and peaceful hotel, and I absolutely loved it. I’ve been there before, and everything is surrounded by greenery. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is nice. The location is great—close to everything. It’s about a 6–10 minute walk to the busy Pub Street, which was perfect for me. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back again. Nothing!

Super spacious and clean, everything perfect One of the swimmingpools was being altered in a fundamental way. This meant no use of that pool but moreover construction noise all day from 7.30-16. I had a huge last Minute discount through booking which was very nice. But I would have liked to know in advance.
Alliza JULLI (10/5): Fabulous - Fabulous stay with the great location, and i got the nice room pool access. I got a supper buffet breakfast, many foods option. Staff are friendly, and always welcome us. I would recommend to everyone to stay at Angkor Home 27.
Holly (9/5): - Very nice room, we were overlooking the smaller pool and it was really green and lush from the balcony. Love the glass separating the shower and toilet so no wet feet! A very good room, comfortable and clean, very big. Restaurant was nice food and decent price. Very quiet inside hotel complex. There are hardly any sun loungers by the pools, they have been taken for the lower floor bedrooms which have direct pool access. Also the pool toilet floor was dirty. No one manning the pool bar.

Extérieur plein de charme, bien décoré, piscine agréable, éclairage léger et plaisant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Bons conseils à la réception. Super emplacement, plein de chouettes restaurants et bars à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Marché à 5 minutes à vélo. Le peu de choix de boissons et la piètre qualité des cocktails alors que l'endroit se prête vraiment à se poser en buvant en verre. Le bon côté de la chose c'est que comme ça on consomme moins.

The landscaping is quite pretty. The place is a bit older and while the bed area was very nice, the shower and the toilet could benefit from a update.

My beautiful King Pool Access room was perfect, with direct access to the pool and a lovely garden view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Chiev, a kind and attentive young man who was always ready to assist whenever I needed something. The staff were perfect — friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the added bonus of daily complimentary tea and a coffee maker. Phuwadol (10/5): A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! - We had a tremendous experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay — their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like welcome treats and bottled water provided. The pool was beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and fresh towels always available — a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great mix of delicious Cambodian dishes and Western options. We especially enjoyed the sambal! The restaurant was also well-prepared for families, with high chairs for children and even simple meals for our baby. The hotel arranged airport pickup in a very comfortable vehicle, and also helped us organize a van for our temple tours. Tuk-tuks were always easy to get from the reception, making trips into town quick and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap! Nothing!
Suda (10/5): A Perfect Stay for My Work Trip in Siem Reap - I stayed for 2 nights at Angkor Home 27 during my work trip to Siem Reap, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is clean and peaceful, with very friendly and helpful staff. I was also offered special discounts on food and spa services during my stay, which made it even more enjoyable. I’ve visited this area for the past 3 years, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much everything has changed. Phumi Reach Born and the area around Angkor Home 27 have been beautifully developed — the city feels fresh and vibrant. Interestingly, I remembered staying at a hotel called Ladear Angkor Boutique in the same location before. After asking the front desk, I learned that Angkor Home 27 is now under the Ladear Angkor brand but has a different owner. Fortunately, everything remains just as comfortable and welcoming as before. I really enjoyed my time here and definitely plan to return again on my next trip next month. Highly recommended! Nothing!
Charle (10/5): Perfect Hotel for Your Angkor Wat Trip - We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Siem Reap. Although our air conditioner broke during the night and we had an early morning Angkor Wat sunrise tour, the hotel quickly sent engineers to fix it so we could still rest comfortably. What truly impressed us was how the staff went above and beyond the next day — we were given complimentary massages, a free room upgrade, and front-row seats to the Apsara show at ROBAM on Pub Street. Ms. chang ly even walked us there herself, which was incredibly helpful given how busy the streets can be. The service was exceptional. The staff were always checking in and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. A special thank you to Ms. Chang ly — your kindness and attention made this stay unforgettable. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the noodle soup — absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap. If you're a light sleeper, I’d suggest choosing a room towards the back, away from the street for extra quiet. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay. My room was very clean, quiet, and tidy. I had a small issue with the toilet, but the staff quickly moved me to an identical room without any hassle — I was truly impressed by their helpfulness and efficiency! Nothing!
