• René (9/5): Super Apartment für eine Reise zu zweit nach Sevilla :-) - Sehr schönes Zimmer im EG, wir haben andere Gäste nicht mitbekommen (Lautstärke), sehr gute Lage zum Essen gehen und für Sightseeing, Dusche war sehr gut - nicht ausgelaufen beim Duschen, verstellbarer Duschkopf und gute Wasserstärke, wir fanden die Unterkunft schwer zu finden, aber das Personal am Telefon für den Parking space als auch für den Eingangscode war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation war nicht aufdringlich sondern super - direkt nach der ersten Übernachtung wurde gefragt, ob alles geklappt hat und Mängel da sind. Bei uns war zum Glück alles super gewesen! Würden wir wieder machen :-) Kühlschrank wurde von uns nicht genutzt, hat auch nicht den aller saubersten Eindruck gemacht - 1-2 Sachen vom Vorbesitzer waren noch drin. Aber alles wichtige wie Handtücher und Bett waren sehr sauber! Und besonders der Whirlpool war auch sauber.
• Isabelle (3/5): Great location unfortunately the apartment was really disappointing, not a relaxing stay. - We liked the location The apartment was located on the ground floor of the building, very close to the hot water system for the whole building. The system was extremely noisy for the person who was sleeping in the lounge sofa bed. Every time somebpdy in the whole building was using the water, the water heater started up making enough noise to wake us up all night. Magno apartements offered to reimburse a part of the rent because we couldnt be relocated. We are still waiting for the reimbursement after one month and ½. A lot of lights were not working in the lounge and the bathroom. The Jacuzzi was dirty we couldnt use it The fire alarm above the bed was falling There was only 2 forks in the kitchen. We informed the staff about all that, we got answers about the noisy boiler, accepted a partial reimbursement as a settlement which was transferred to me. Everything else stayed the same up to the end of our stay.
• Gidic (9/5): - Der Parkplatz ist super für die enge Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist modern und geräumig. Bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten snd es 15-30 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, die Linie C5 fährt alle 30 Minuten zur Plaza de Espana. Alles war bestens.

• Vera (8/5): - De locatie is top, alles is op loopafstand. Je kunt gratis parkeren op een afgesloten prive terrein. Het incheck proces verloop soepel. Met een code kun je het appartement in. Mocht je eerder je koffers kwijt willen, dan kun je deze alvast in het appartement kwijt terwijl deze klaargemaakt wordt. Alles is super nieuw, met wasmachine en vaatwasser. Zelfs netflix

• Daniel (8/5): - Das Apartment war relativ zentral und man konnte die Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß bereisen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich! Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut! Auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Schlafzimmer hatten wir einen eignen Whirlpool, den wir jedoch nur einmal genutzt haben. Leider ist die Terrasse sehr einsichtig, durch die obenliegenden Apartments, daher wenig Privatsphäre im eigenen Whirlpool. Zudem hat das Wasser im Pool sehr nach altem Chlor gestunken, was das baden darin sehr unangenehm gemacht hat.

• Mo (10/5): Excellent apartment with private hot tub. Highly recommended! - Lovely little apartment with a private hot and rooftop communal pool. It was lovely to be able to use the hot tub after a full day of walking around sightseeing. The apartment block is lovely and our apartment had everything that we needed for a 5 night stay and would recommend it for longer stays too. The kitchen and apartment is equipped with everything you could need (iron, hairdryer, clothes airer, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, to name a few). The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location was great, very quiet area but only a few minutes walk away from local shops and bars and a short walk away from the main town. The only transport we used was from the airport and back. We walked everywhere and went into the old town everyday. Access is easy with PIN codes for both the main entrance and your apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment block, especially if you get one with a private hot tub. Nothing at all!

• Liz (10/5): Beautifully designed apartment in a peaceful location - The apartment is in a quiet location literally three streets from the heart of Feria which has lots of bars and restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk from the main sights. There is an excellent supermarket two minutes away. The small complex is clearly new and exceptionally well looked after. It had everything we needed and was beautifully designed. It had an Incredibly comfortable bed and nice touches like extra pillows. We also sat up on the roof next to the small pool which was so peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing.

• Nicole (9/5): Séjour au cœur de Séville - Très bonne situation pour se déplacer à pied au centre ville. L'appartement était très spacieux pour 2 adultes. Bonne literie. Cuisine équipée pour 4 personnes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge disponibles, avec étendoir, planche à repasser et fer de bonne qualité. Très pratique les clés électroniques, si tout fonctionne ! Une place de parc est disponible pour chaque appartement dans cet immeuble. Nous avons galéré à notre arrivée pour ouvrir la porte du parking, notre code d'accès ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons pu échanger avec l’IA sur whatsapp, mais le robot n'est pas un humain! Finalement, nous avons pu accéder au parking avec un autre code transmis le soir même. Dans la cuisine, de la vaisselle indispensable dans les placards du haut et pas d'escabeau. Ce n'est vraiment pas pensé pour les gens de petite taille ou à mobilité réduite !

• Gabriele (8/5): Top Lage, schöne Räume, aber … - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem schönen Viertel mit vielen Lokalen in der nächsten Umgebung. Der Parkplatz war großzügig und inkludiert. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft sehr schwierig über Google Maps zu erreichen. Der Tipp eines früheren Gastes hat mir geholfen, unmittelbar vorher in den Fußgängermodus zu schalten. Die letzten 200 m waren sehr eng. Trotz des sehr zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig in der Nacht, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir hatten Anfangsprobleme, die Wohnungstür zu öffnen. Das Personal war über Mobilnummer prompt zu erreichen. Auf den ersten Blick schien die Unterkunft sehr sauber, der Fußboden lässt jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Füße und weiße Socken schwarz, unmittelbar nach dem duschen. Schade ist auch, dass die Nespresso – Kapseln nicht nachgefüllt werden. Dies hätten wir gerne per Aufpreis gehabt, war jedoch nicht möglich. Im Prinzip muss man dann in jeder Unterkunft neue Kapseln kaufen, da viele Kapseln Maschinen unterschiedlicher Hersteller haben. Einfache und günstige Utensilien haben gefehlt (z.B. Küchenkrepp)- wer eine top Bewertung haben möchte, sollte dies bedenken. Der „ Balkon“ ist lediglich ein Gitter vor einem bodentiefen und zu öffnenden Fenster– also nicht nutzbar. Auch die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist zu wünschen übrig.

• Tanja (8/5): Jederzeit empfehlenswert. - Lage war super, viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen in Fußnähe. Großer Parkplatz direkt am Apartment. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gab sehr störende Geräusche 24/7, evtl. Von einer Pumpe des Pools auf dem Dach, aber keiner des Personals hat sich darum gekümmert - sehr schade.

Said someone would come that day we were there 4 nights and nothing got resolved and no further communication with respresentative. Very disappointed

• Carol (10/5): - The appartment was very clean and well thought out. The rooftop hot tub was excellent. It was a very comfortable appartment. You need to press the door keypad in the centre initially. Press anywhere else and your keycode doesn't work and you have to wait to re-enter code.
• Helene (7/5): Appartement très bien équipé avec piscine partagée sur le toit - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Séville. Cet appartement est confortable et entièrement équipé (machine à café, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, étendage…). La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une grosse journée ou simplement pour profiter du soleil. Le service client est géré par une IA via WhatsApp, mais réactif en cas de difficultés (ampoule ou piles de la serrure connectée à changer, etc.) L’appartement se situe dans une rue plutôt calme, à 10 minutes à pied de la plaza de la Encarnación, et environ 20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. L’accès à l’appartement se fait avec un code, il faut être patient car nous avons dû nous y rependre à plusieurs fois avant de comprendre comment fonctionnait le clavier digital. Le nettoyage de l’appartement est à améliorer : nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la douche & salle de bain. Concernant notre appartement indiqué « avec balcon », notez qu’il n’y a pas de vrai balcon mais deux portes-fenêtres avec quelques centimètres d’extérieur. Gros point négatif : le réseau d'eau de l'appartement fait du bruit dès qu'un autre appartement utilise de l'eau (comme si quelqu’un toquait sur le mur), très dérangeant la nuit si vous avez un sommeil léger. Sans ce gros inconvénient, l’appartement mériterait bien un 9/10, c’est dommage !

• Elizabeth (9/5): We enjoyed our stay but there were very few restaurants nearby. - It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was not organized properly to accommodate the majority of rental residents. Dishes and some glassware were stored above the cooktop, out of reach for many people (including myself). There was a large cabinet that held a broom & dust collector and little, if anything, else. The adjacent cabinet held precariously stacked pots & pans that made access to them challenging at best. I know these seem like small unimportant details but I would have climbed on a chair just to have a plate had I been alone. And that is hazardous for any one.

Sonó la alarma de incendios por la noche y tardaron media hora o mas para apagarla ,según nos dijeron era porque un huésped cocino e hizo mucho humo. El baño olía fatal por el sumidero de la ducha .La puerta del parking permaneció abierta toda la estancia imagino que se hubieran hecho cargo si el coche hubiese sufrido algún daño.

• Océane (10/5): Parfait ! - L’appartement était exceptionnel et la localisation est vraiment incroyable. Tout est à proximité et le séjour a été parfait. Je le recommande à 100 %.

• Pauline (8/5): Comfy, great location and the jacuzzi is a bonus! - Very nice apartment overall. The rooftop jacuzzi is a real plus, and there’s also a shared pool in the building, which is great. The apartment is comfortable and well located, right in the Old Town. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for three people and didn’t realize the third bed was a sofa bed in the living room. Not a big issue, but once opened, the space feels a bit small, still comfortable though. One small downside: during the night, an automatic light turned on in the living room and we couldn’t figure out how to switch it off, which was a bit disturbing for the person sleeping there.

• Arie Willem (9/5): heerlijk rustig verblijf in een schoon en mooi appartement - De hygiëne en schoonheid van het appartement en het mooie nieuwe interieur. Het viel tegen om de kamer lekker warm te krijgen. Een televisiescherm boven het bed hadden we fijn gevonden.

• Ursula (7/5): - Die Kommunikation war super, sehr gut. Der Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem mitten drin, Auto wird nicht gebraucht. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Betten sehr gut nicht zu weich. Die Küche eigentlich nicht zum Kochen geeignet , alles viel zu eng. Sehr übersichtliches Geschirr. Leidet sehr dunkel im Wohn & Essbereich der Tisch zum Essen mit Blick auf eine Wand war nicht sehr schön. Balkon ist nur ein Französischer.

• Agnieszka (8/5): Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany...Sewilla od tego kojarzyć mi się będzie z pomarańczami na drzewach - Apartament mi się bardzo podobał. Bardzo czysto. Wyposażenie kuchni było super. Spokojnie i cicho. Blisko do Setas de Sewilla i wszystkich innych atrakcji. Parking w cenie apartamentu, basen na dachu. Szybka interwencja późno w nocy odnośnie problemu z zaparkowaniem auta na parkingu, gdzie wystąpił problem z kodem. Polecam serdecznie GPS na mapach google trzeba przestawić na tryb pieszo, wtedy dokładnie zaprowadzi na miejsce. Jeśli jest tryb auto, wtedy GPS doprowadzi do miejsca, ale z odwrotnej strony budynku.
