The whole stay is so beautiful. There is this amazing garden and the animals that are strolling around. The staf were so friendly and eager to help with everything. The breakfast is a little buffet where you can choose what kind of egg you like. We got everything what we needed.

Very friendly and welcoming, we got an upgrade😁 Every request (oatmilk, matress for balcony like the other houses have) was answered with a no. The interior of the cute little houses unfortunately is poorly made

The rooms are nicely appointed, everything you need, inside and out. Loads of fresh stuff for breakfast, complimentary bottled water delivery to the room every morning, and really lovely staff. Would have loved to have stayed for more than three nights ☀️ Very highly recommend

El día que llegamos al alojamiento nos informaron que al día siguiente no habría servicio eléctrico de 8 a 5 de la tarde y era una desconexión programada con tiempo que nunca informaron antes de la reserva, de haber sabido no nos hubiéramos hospedado allí. Ese día tuvimos que salir del alojamiento porque teníamos trabajo remoto. Está lejos caminando de la walking street. El baño no tenía ventanas y mala iluminación. En fin decepcionante!

You live in a beautiful garden with a lake with geese. You can walk to a small farm attached to the hotel and watch some goats and a buffalo.

The road into town isn’t great. There’s a better road out the back of the property we found on Google Maps. Staff should let walkers know to take that road.

The whole farmland was filled with never ending sights of fauna, flora and farm livestocks. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was composed of farm to table foods and drinks. The coffee was delicious. Nee, the manager, and Film endlessly kept assisting us with everything we needed and plus.

- Michel en Ton (9/5): Such a nice place to stay. - It’s out of the center and out of the hectic. It’s a lovely place to stay. We got a comfortable room whit a separate bedroom. It’s has everything what you need. It’s a very nice farm. Very friendly staff. Just some tips when you stay: When you go in the dark to the center use a flashlight. When you use the hot water shower switch it first slowly to heat the boiler then little by little turn the shower higher. That how you get warm water. The night can be cold, use the heater to make it comfortable in the bedroom.

Good breakfast buffet and had a lovely birthday welcome in the room. The only farm animals we saw were ducks which was a little disappointing. Bed was a little hard, however, this isn't uncommon in Thailand. Shower was cold.

Leider ist das hier nicht möglich was ein grosser Kritikpunkt ist. Früh ist es im Bungalow so kalt das man nicht duschen kann. Sowas darf für diesen Preis pro Nacht nicht passieren.

- Monika (9/5): - Literally, you are staying on a farm, with animals all around. The Rabbit House was very nice—spacious, with a kitchen, living room, small bedroom, and bathroom. The bed was comfortable with a warm duvet. Complimentary drinks, mandarins, and a beautiful surrounding view were a lovely touch. It was a quiet place to stay, breakfast was nice, and the town is within walking distance (about 5 minutes).

- Elliot (7/5): Don’t stay in the Family Farm room! - Beautiful surroundings! Lovely staff. Shuttle into town. Farm! We booked a family room via Bookings.com and were seduced by the photos of luxury rooms/villas. However the ‘farm family room’ must have been the oldest room available. We payed around 100gbp per night 4300thb and were housed in a shack, black mould on the ceiling, dark and damp inside. Our ‘balcony’ overlooked their dorm room. What an odd place to house a family when there is so much space! In fact I strongly advise you get rid of this room as it doesn’t match the other accommodation you offer all the ‘luxury’ feel you are now going for. The rabbits are kept in unacceptable condition when in their tiny broken metal cages.

L'emplacement n'est pas contraignant, on peut facilement rejoindre le centre à pied même si je conseille de louer un scooter. Le petit déjeuner est très bien . C'était vraiment un très bon séjour !

If you have a room nearby the road the traffic will wake you up several times a night. Unless you are a deep sleeper, it’s better to ask for a room further away from the road.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Not enough staff to clear the tables so no where to sit. The bread was awful - sweet . . . . and generally not much on offer to eat.
- Hillary (10/5): Perfect home in Pai! - The accessbility to town, the comfort of the homes.. truly one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. It is close to everything and also a little furhter away from the center of town so it is quiet and quaint. I loved it here.
- Yee (10/5): I had a great stay at the luxury farm. It was good to be away from the chaos of town. - Breakfast was simple but good, eggs to order along with fresh fruit, toast, and very delicious coffee. The property is well maintained and the staff extremely friendly. There’s a free shuttle for arrival and departure and they can order scooters for you. Kudos to Wat who was the PM staff who helped answer many questions!

- Andre51983 (7/5): Netter Aufenthalt - - Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, Die Lage sehr ruhig, Schön Anlage. Frühstück war OK. Es herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch im Bungalow, Wir hatten eine Abfahrt um 08:30. Frühstück gabs ab 08:00 jedoch war die Angestellte die die Frühstücksbestellung aufnimmt erst um 08:20 anwesend daher gab es kein Frühstück für uns.
