• Nicholas (6/5): Clean but neglected - Good area to stay, everything at hand. Room clean. Room was clean but is now showing lack of maintenance. Bathroom door catch broken (reported after getting locked out of the bathroom on first night but still not yet fixed after one week),shower head unable to fix in position required on rail.No hot water. New net curtains needed, cracks in walls from last year's earthquake. All easily remedied. Please give this room the TLC it deserves 👍

• Wolfgang (1/5): finger weck - toilette war verstopft, hat ewig gedauert bis hausverwaltung kam,hat wieder lange zeit gedauert bis techniker kam, konnte nichts bewirken, und wurde kein alternatives appartement angeboten angeblich alles belegt. diese aktion dauerte von 14:00 bis 18:00 uhr. haben dann das zimmer verärgert verlassen und mussten um eine neue unterkunft suchen der raum war ziemlich runtergekommen. verwertung ist absolut nicht zutreffend

• Alain (8/5): Très bien mais... - L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien décoré avec un petit balcon sécurisé par des fenêtres (appartement au 14ème étage). La porte du balcon est doublée d'une moustiquaire. Tout fonctionne très bien (on n'a pas utilisé la m à laver) et on ne sait pas si la m à laver fait sèche-linge car on a cru comprendre qu'il y en avait un dans le descriptif. Le lit nous a convenu, on n'a entendu aucun bruit la nuit et les moments de la journée où on était là. . Si on n'a pas mis 10 à l'appartement c'est à cause du quartier qui devient le soir un lieu réservé à la prostitution. À prendre en considération avant de réserver. On n'a pas trouvé "top" le soir en rentrant ou en sortant de la résidence d'être obligé de slalomer entre les prostituées et leurs clients

• Katie (8/5): Great stay for Bangkok break - Great location, pool and gym were useful. Cheap for area of Bangkok. Owner very responsive and helpful. Bathroom could do with updating but nice large space to stay, could’ve easily stayed longer.

• Bert (8/5): - geen ontbijt kon geen verbinding met internet maken had nr gekregen gebeld kon niet geholpen worden communicatie zeer slecht normaal gesproken dient er een lijst te hangen voor schoonmaken internetverbinding passwoord etc dit ontbrak organisatie werkt niet met eigen kamersleutel kon je naar liften kreeg de indruk dat iedereen zomaar in en uit kon lopen organisatie moet doorgelicht worden mooie klus voor mij doe het gratis of gratis huur appartement mijn beroep financieel controller

• Stephanie (7/5): Aufenthalt war in Ordnung - Die Unterkunft an sich war gut. Man ist hier halt direkt am Straßenstrich, wenn man die Unterkunft verlässt. Es ist bewacht, es gibt einen Supermarkt im Tower, soweit gut. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht, natürlich nicht umsonst, aber das hat für uns gepasst. Ausstattung in der Dusche fällt fast auseinander.

Work was being done on the building which meant no TV signal . Also was only cold water in shower , shower head was loose and would not hold still while showering . I
