• zeeshan (1/5): - N/A Title: False Listing, Smoke Damage, Mold, and Fake Refund Promise I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be documented so others do not go through the same situation. The property was completely misrepresented in the listing. The photos shown online were not an accurate reflection of the unit we were given. Upon arrival, we found: • Strong and overwhelming smoke smell throughout the unit • Cigarette burns on the carpet • Visible mold and moisture issues • Water leaks • Poor cleanliness and maintenance • Conditions significantly different from the advertised photos The property felt unhealthy and uninhabitable. The listing appears to use misleading or outdated photos that do not reflect the actual condition. I immediately contacted the property manager, Leonard Preka (+971585386675 via WhatsApp), and shared photos documenting the issues. He acknowledged the problems and stated that a refund would be processed. After stating that the refund was authorized, he completely stopped responding and disappeared. No refund was issued. This was not simply a minor inconvenience — it was a case of false advertising and failure to honor a promised refund. I have preserved all screenshots, emails, and documentation. I strongly recommend exercising caution before booking this property. The listing does not reflect reality, and the refund assurance given to me was not honored. Booking.com should step up and do the right thing and take this property off this platform and refund my money. So far, they have not stepped up.

• Mariia (6/5): Непогано, загалом враження хороші, але ще раз за таку ціну не стали б бронювати - Розташування чудове, між Мариною і пляжем. Басейн дуже гарний і приємний, хоча він знаходиться не в цьому будинку а в сусідньому, до нього є доступ. Це сподобалось найбільше - розташування і басейн. Немає щоденного прибирання. Букінг це подобова оренда і прайс подобовий, тому очікували що буде прибирання. Немає заміни рушників, немає оновлення мила паперу і т д. Пляжних рушників чи рушників для басейну немає. Вихід з вікон на будівництво, вікна не шумоізольовані, було досить шумно. Ремонт доволі застарілий.

• Kathryn (6/5): - Access to pool was great beautiful location and was the highlight of our stay We didn't get access code sent to use before we arrived. Then we had no contact with agent for 15mins at 2am while we waited to get that sorted. Should have all been at re option desk for us on arrival. We found the apartment very nosiey for sleep. Would have been good to have access to extra towels for pool. Shower was very average poor water flow and temperature was luke warm. Bathroom could do with a bit of a revamp. For the price we paid it felt a bit average.

• Rimantas (9/5): - Location is great. Dubai Marina ant JBR is just around the corner. Nice pool area with great view. There was a smell in the bathroom that's hard to get rid of. Besides that everything else was great.
