La administración fue muy eficiente en la coordinación. Éramos 6 personas y la configuración de baños (solo uno completo) resultó insuficiente, generando demoras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para grupos de hasta 4 personas para una experiencia óptima. Lo demás excelente 👌 Nada todo perfecto 👌

• Mikael (10/5): Magislt bra lägenhet, läge och service - Fantastiskt bra läge till allt med fin utsikt över kanalen och solläge på balkongen. Väldigt fräsch och fin lägenhet. Snabb, proffsig och hjälpsam service vid kontakt. Fanns bra digitala lösningar för kommunikationen och admin.Väldigt bra utrustad lägenhet, uppskattas atr det fanns alltifrån disk- och tvättmedel, kaffe, vatten i kylen vid ankomst etc. Fanns möjlighet att förvara baggage före hemresa vid receptionen i nära anslutning till lägenheten. Endast två saker vi saknade var fler nycklar alternativt att digitala kodlåset till lägenheten kan funka under hela vistelsetiden. Och persienner/mörkläggande gardiner vid fönstrena i vardagsrumnet för den som sover i bäddsoffan.

• Laura (9/5): Oli onnistunut reissu! - Ihan mahtava huoneisto, valoisa ja ihanat näkymät joelle! Myös sijainti oli loistava. Huoneistossa oli tosi likainen lattia, sukanpohjat aivan mustana kun kävelit huoneistossa. Jos melu yöaikaan häiritsee, alakerran baarista kuuluu melko kovaa äänet huoneistoon.

Everything worked very well with check-in etc. Big Smart-TV and good WiFi. View from balcony is great. Good soundproofing. We couldn't find where to throw away the garbage bags, but that's a minor issue.

• Peter (10/5): - Super lokacija. Veliko dobrih restavracija okoli apartmaja. Kuhinja malo pomanjkljivo opremljena. Predvsem slabe ponve (vse se prime gor).
• Ignacio (9/5): Excelente ubicación y vistas, pero con parking mejorable - Nuestra estancia en Gdansk fue muy agradable. Lo mejor del apartamento es, sin duda, su ubicación privilegiada y las increíbles vistas al río, que hacen que la experiencia sea muy especial. Además, el alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado, algo que valoramos mucho. El precio del parking que ofrece el apartamento es excesivamente elevado. Nos pareció tan desproporcionado que tuvimos que buscar una alternativa externa por nuestra cuenta por 50 eslotys al día. Creemos que para un huésped extranjero, que ya de por sí se enfrenta a una ciudad desconocida, el parking debería ser gratuito o tener un precio mucho más ajustado para facilitar la estancia. Es una lástima que una comodidad tan básica resulte tan costosa.

• Daniela (8/5): Perfektes Apartment - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man auch im Hotel hat, wie Shampoo, towels ect. Nichts. War alles okay.
• Sami (9/5): Viihtyisää ja miellyttävää - Huoneisto oli siisti, kaunis ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli lähellä tarvitsemiamme palveluita. Äänieristys ulkoa tuleville äänille oli olematon. Talosta ei kuulunut naapureiden ääniä, mutta ulkoa tulevat äänet kuuluivat kuin ikkunat olisivat olet auki ympäri vuorokauden. Aamuyöllä 4-5 välillä alkoi roskisten ja tavaralähetysten roudaus… Näkymä vastapäisen hotellin ikkunoihin ei ollut paras mahdollinen.

• Pavel (8/5): Beautiful place, could get noisy - Looks like brand new designer building. It can hardly be more central. Both building and apartment are very nice, comfortable, access is controlled by modern electronic systems. Downtown Apartment - company managing the apartment - has very modern system of communication with the guests and except one or two details also very effective one. There are two restaurants inside the building and food court next door. There are 10+ restaurants in close surroundings. Last but not lease, there is Źabka grocery store in the ground floor of the property. If possible, I'd give it 8,5 points - the place is not perfect but it's really nice and cosy. The price you are given is excluding city tax - not big deal but you should be warned upfront. The first day when we came, there was no hot water in the boiler. There is rotating footbridge in front of the building. Every half an hour from 7:00 to 22:00 there is loud siren signal announcing closing of the footbridge. It can wake you up in the morning if you want to sleep longer and don't have really deep sleep. Similarly, you can have problem with loud Brittons on stag party leaving nearby whiskery. But if you have good sleep and go to bed after 22:00, go for the place.

• Kaspars (10/5): Excellent view, location and apartment - The best possible location - fantastic view feom window and all attractions nearby while your car is parked next to you! Blankets was smaller that I used to, but it is was not big issue.
