• marthese (5/5): Great location - We stayed at Apartment Euphoria P-1 in Sliema and the location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The water pressure was very poor and because the apartment was shared with another couple, there were times when there was no water available for showers or even to flush the toilet. A plumber had to be called out twice during our stay! The mattresses were also very uncomfortable and dated. Communication before arrival was disappointing. We requested an earlier check-in two days beforehand but received no response. When we arrived at 2pm, we were told we first had to pay £48 tourist tax before receiving check-in instructions, and then were asked to wait in a local restaurant until the apartment was ready at 6pm. Parking was also difficult as there was no allocated parking provided.
• Elena (5/5): Cuidado con las empresas que gestionan!! - Nada, El cambio de ubicación del apartamento, 12 h antes de volar me cambiaron de ubicación. Ya no tenía margen de maniobra, viajaba con tres niñas y la ubicación estaba lejos del que yo había elegido. Me dieron un apartamento más grande (q no lo necesitaba, los somieres de la cama rotos, la cocina faltaba limpieza, los muebles deteriorados y lejos de Sliema que era donde está mi familia a la que visitábamos)
• Katina (1/5): Not a good experience !!!! - The location was good. We had booked the facility in January and the host let us know the same day we were arriving that it was not available (in April). They offered us an other airbnb at a totally different location (not even the same island). Of course we didn't accept and we had to find another accommodation just hours before arriving. We had asked the host multiple times if everything was OK with the house because we suspected it wasn't, but he always said yes. I do NOT recommend this airbnb!!!!
• Asen (1/5): - Emergency notice - Never ever book this shit!!! Emergency notice - Never ever book this shit!!! They cancelled our stay 5 minutes before check-in time "due to electricity issues" and after we stayed 8 hours around the building with small children. That was my awful experience with any other hosts. Unpleasant communication with someone, disrespectful. They don't care about you!
• Kim (4/5): It was a disappointing experience. - We never did see the property we booked. We never did see the property we booked. Our experience with this company was extremely frustrating from start to finish. When we arrived, the unit we had booked wasn’t ready in a timely manner. After waiting, we were then told there was no power in the apartment, which made it unusable. The alternative accommodation we were first offered had no elevator, despite the fact that we were traveling with a wheelchair user. This should have immediately ruled it out as a viable option. The next unit they assigned us was described as having only five steps, but in reality there were fourteen steps and no railing at all—again making it completely unsuitable and unsafe for someone using a wheelchair. We were told it was the only option so at 5:00 we were finally directed to the location. Once we were finally placed in an apartment, we encountered another issue: ants. This happened on two separate occasions. The first time we reported it, we received no response at all. After the ants appeared again, we had to strongly insist on being relocated. Even then, the process was incredibly slow. We raised the issue the night before, but it took until 7:00 p.m. before they were able to assign us new accommodation. Spending an entire day waiting for a resolution after multiple earlier issues only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of preparation, poor communication, and failure to properly account for accessibility needs made this a very disappointing experience. Travelers who require wheelchair accessibility should be especially cautious, as the accommodations offered to us did not match what was described and were not suitable.
• Carlairene (1/5): Brutta esperienza - La disposizione dell' host è stata perfetta, molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Purtroppo non abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per motivi di igiene e sicurezza, quindi l'host ci ha proposto un upgrade mandandoci in un'altro appartamento più grande, vista mare, ma quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati una brutta situazione, pavimento sporco e pieno di formiche, sedie sporche, divano sporco, lenzuola sporche! Essendo tarda notte ci siamo dovuti adattare, dormendo malissimo! Il giorno successivo, dopo aver parlato con l'host, fortunatamente ha capito la situazione e la sera ci ha mandato la ragazza delle pulizie, era tardi ed era sola, ci ha cambiato tutte le lenzuola ma in terra , sedie ecc ho dovuto pulire e igenizzare io! Da quel momento siamo stati bene. Comunque sono cose che non dovrebbero succedere, è inaccettabile!
