- Nanca (3/5): - To begin, this home was much more expensive than comparable models our friends were staying in and did not have the updates the other homes had. It was advertised with a private pool and even an option to heat the pool for $45 a day with a 3 day minimum. There is not a pool, the only pool that exists is a community pool, which it also said there were two of. The internet would not connect, finally my husband reset the modem and the internet connected but so weak nothing would run, so I still needed to Hotspot for work. This is a corner unit so the door is on the side. There are 4 AC units at the front door. The homes AC is set to run on a 4 hr timer overnight. We came back twice to 85 degree home after a long day in the heat. Overall there are too many other, more affordable options with private pools and updated amenities to choose from in this area. We will not rent from this area again.

- Katie (6/5): - We enjoyed our stay overall and the house itself was spacious and in a great location, just minutes from Disney, which made our trip very convenient. That said, there were some things that could be improved. The rental did not provide wash cloths, so we had to purchase our own. Only two towels were provided per room, which meant with 9 people across 5 rooms, each person only had one towel to use for our 4-day stay. We also had to buy extra toilet paper and trash bags, as only one of each was provided. Additionally, there was a ceiling leak upstairs with visible black mold, which was concerning. If these issues with supplies and maintenance were addressed, we would absolutely book this property again, as the home itself and the location were wonderful.
