2. very clean unit and room environment, well-equiped facilities for cooking and bath, a relaxing view from the balcony
3. the electric appliances meet the demand of daily life, almost everything of decoration in the room makes you feel at home
4. on the check-out day, the staff of cleaning team is a nice person who really helped us a lot The mission of acquiring the unit key caused some confusion for us, we even asked some staff in the building reception. When we get the room key via the instruction sent to us before arrival, everything goes on well. It is suggested that guests should make a phone call and send an email simultaneously to the staff team to get an immdiate reply
- Lynda (8/5): Outside of the issue mentioned in the last question it was a very good place. But because of the above I would not go th - It was quiet once inside the unit. It was in a nice central location close to a grocery store and restaurants. The staff in the building were nice, but there was no interaction with the people we rent from. It was expensive to stay there but being in a big city one could expect that. They asked for a $200 damage deposit that would be returned and then sent me two pictures stating we cracked a wine glass with $10 and plugged the sink that cost $100 to clear all the sinks work before we were there and the plug they showed us was black goop with a small amount of hair that could not have been done over a nine night period. I have read on Travelocity that this is something they’re known for doing and they have upset other customers.

- Kim (8/5): Great location, comfortable. - Comfortable apartment with a great location near the subway, grocery store and restaurants. The apartment overlooked the alley that the delivery trucks used. At 7 am the trucks arrived and when they would back up the beeping sounded. Annoying when trying to sleep past 7 am. The shower floor is tile and I felt it wasn't very clean.

- Benjamin (10/5): Would use again. Gladly. - If you need to be in Midtown Toronto you have a problem. There are no hotels of any kind around there, the closest ones are in downtown and that's at least 20 minutes by public transport. Also, downtown hotels are notoriously pricey.
This was a very nice apartment, close to the subway, close to shops, with a good selection of quality restaurants around it. Picking up the keys to enter the apartment was more than a little cumbersome, but once that was done, everything was easy and smooth.

- Also, I forgot something in the apartment and I still haven't heard back from them. I even went there but was not allowed to go up without Global Stay or the owner.
- Finally, They charged me $ 200.00 CAD as a safety deposit through PayPal and they have NOT refunded me yet. Nothing was damaged and they haven't explained why this is being charged in my Credit Card. It's outrageous!!!!

- Scribner (6/5): - Instructions for amenities (like the pool and hot tub) should be provided.
A warning that they will request a security deposit (on PayPal, which feels sketchy) should be provided.
A receipt is mandatory by provincial and federal law. It should be provided every time - it should not be up to the guest to request it.
