• Oriol (10/5): - Muy fácil de acceder con los códigos, y la dueña fue muy atenta a cualquier problema. Todo muy limpio y moderno. La habitación amplia y con buena insonorización. Por decir algo, desde el metro y ferry hay mucha cuesta, así que hay que estar preparado.
• Stepan (10/5): Highly recommend! - Had a great stay in Istanbul in this lovely hotel. 1) Nice location: Taksim metro station, Kabatas pier, Galataport, bars, coffee points, breakfast points, SOK, Carefour - you can literally find anything in this place 2) Easy check-in 3) Room was clean, everything in bathroom works good, air conditioner works good, kitchen has many staff to prepare food at home. 4) Nice communication with hotel staff - great and clear instructions how to find hotel and how to check-in You should remember that this is Istanbul - and there are big height elevations. So if you travel with children or have many bags - it could be hard to get to hotel from metro station. But of course it is not a hotel problem :)

• Pedro (10/5): Great value location in Cihangir, fantastic location, and truly kind host - Lovely space, with good value for money. It not only has all the amenities you might need, but it's also surrounded by great places to have a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Not mentioning Cihangir is a very calm area with a lot of local cats that are super friendly. The host was really kind all the time, proactive to communicate clear check-in instructions, always responsive, and truly helpful whenever I had any questions; especially, short time to resolve issues was something that I appreciated fully. The staff is also smiling and respectful, which squares the experience, they were willing to make me a little favour when they didn't have to so everything sums. Also, this is truly a fantastic location. It is is barely 10 minutes walking from Taksim Sq, and the tram stop that can put in in front of Sultanahmet in 20 minutes, so you can rely on public transport for most of your Istanbul discovery. No real issues during this stay! If you are a guest, just remember to use the notification card should you need the room cleaned or the service skipped.
• SHIJIA (8/5): - Nice and cozy little apartment with basically everything you need. Quite convenient. Narrow stairwell, no elevator. TV didn’t work well during my stay. The pop-up drain stopper of the bathroom sink also didn’t work very well.
• Caroline Irene (8/5): Very nice stay in small peaceful apartment - Great location on quiet street but just near plenty of fun stuff and public transport. Apartment had nice touches and decorations, lovely small balcony out onto peaceful green space and homes. Host was great, proactive, helpful, and gave good instructions. It felt smaller than the photos, for two people with luggage we were side-stepping to squeeze around each other. The kitchen could use a few small touches to make it more useful, like a dishdrainer, hand towels, and oil and salt. The bathroom was nice but needed a new ventilation fan - humidity never went away and drainage smell was constant.

• Авлиякулов (10/5): Очень понравилось! Все замечательно - 1.Расположение шикарное Рядом около 15 ресторанов, кафе. Emily’s Garden с внутренним двориком особенно рекомендую. Удобно добираться до любого центрального места и до басфора. Рядом на Таксим есть подземный фуникулер - очень удобно, если не охото в горку. А внизу есть трамваи до Фатиха и кабаташа. От кабаташа можно добраться до ускудара на противоположную сторону на пароме за 15 минут. Круто 2. Очень тихое уютное тихое место, если брать квартиру во внутренний двор. Только кошки будут выть, но это и вайб. 3. Персонал супер отзывчивый и всегда на связи. пахнет сыростью в ванне, но это как будто частная проблема исторических домов.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The room was a little small, but it was fine for a short stay.

• Tamari (9/5): - I stayed in several rooms at the hotel, and room #6 was the best. The location was very good, and the yard-facing side was quiet. I can’t fully evaluate the cleanliness — at first I bought cleaning supplies myself, cleaned and disinfected everything, and after that I had no problems. The last room, which was facing the street, I didn’t like — it was noisy and was given to us in a very dirty condition. Also, in room #8 the internet was practically unusable, very weak. Overall, I was lucky to get a good room at the beginning and for a long time, but I’m not very satisfied with the rest.

• Friedhelm (10/5): Ideal für Kurzaufenthalt - Zugang über Code war problemlos möglich. Das Zimmer lag in einer ruhigen Straße, war peinlich sauber und bot alles für einen Aufenthalt erforderliche. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einige Frühstücks-Cafés (besonders zu empfehlen Kahve 6, mit hinterem Gartenraum), sowie Bars und kleine Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Straßenbahn und Fährstation Karakoy sind per Fuß erreichbar, wie auch der Taksimplatz für Metro.

Однозначно рекомендую. Все отлично.

• Natalia (6/5): Kind host, but the stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, no hot water, and poor Wi-Fi. - Nice neighbourhood, lot of cute coffees around the corner, and there’s a supermarket 5m away. Check-in at 2:00 PM, but due to a delayed flight, we arrived around 5:00 PM. We were extremely tired and hoping to get some rest, but unfortunately, the room was not ready. Someone was rushing to clean it, but communication was difficult as the person did not speak English and seemed distressed. We contacted the host and were told to wait. It appeared there had been an issue with the previous guest, who had been in the hospital and checked out late. We were finally able to check in around 6:00 PM. The room was not properly cleaned—we suspect there was vomit on the wall next to the bed—and there was no hot water. We had to insist several times before someone came to fix the issue, which only happened late the following night. We also experienced problems with the Wi-Fi. We were told it was due to geopolitical issues and that the networks were partially blocked. The host was kind and did try to make it up to us by inviting us to dinner, but we already had other plans. Unfortunately, considering all the issues we faced, the stay was not worth the money.
• Marc (9/5): Bel appartement dans Cihangir - Beau petit appartement dans Cihangir, un quartier très intéressant et près de plusieurs services (restos, bars, épiceries, pharmacies, banques, etc.)et des endroits touristiques. L'appartement était très propre et confortable, et situé dans une rue tranquille. L'hôte ma répondu rapidement chaque fois que j'en avais besoin. L'accueil fut très chaleureux. L'appartement est très petit. Il y a peu de place pour mettre sa valise. J'étais seul, mais pour deux personnes ce serait plutôt petit. De plus, j'ai eu plusieurs problèmes de chauffage. À l'arrivée, l'appartement était froid et le chauffage à l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôte est venu règler le problème rapidement. Toutefois, lorsque le chauffage à l'eau chaude fonctionnait, l'appartement était trop chaud. J'ai dû ouvrir la porte presque tout le long de mon séjour.

• Tutena (9/5): Cozy apartment in charming Cihangir, welcoming host - Fantastic, clean, and modern accommodation on a quiet street, just steps away from a lively, charming square in Cihangir, with plenty of shops nearby. The host was incredibly helpful, even assisting us to set up Netflix late at night :D. Water was provided, the apartment was cleaned frequently. Thank you for your gift upon departure ♥ Public transport isn’t very close, so you need to walk a bit, sometimes uphill. The walls are a bit thin, and cleaning during the day can be slightly disruptive. Not enough kitchen utensils (mugs, glasses). It would be nice to have extra kitchen towels and dish soap provided. The apartment is a bit tiny, but still comfortable

• Geory (10/5): Wonderful - My stay at Agion Living Cihangir was truly wonderful. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Cihangir, with cafés, restaurants, and transportation just steps away. The self check-in with the door code was easy and convenient. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, always responding quickly to any questions.

• Konstantin (10/5): - Very nice cosy studio in one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Istanbul. It is a walking distance from Taksim square, Istiklal, and Galata, but quiet and lively. Lots of small cafés and shops for locals nearby. The room is squeaky clean, with almost all necessary amenities if you decide to make a dinner yourself. Very helpful and friendly (but not intimidating!) staff. Nice bed, and strong water pressure in the shower. One of the best stays I had this year. Perfect for solo trips.
• ozgulp (8/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte völlig ausreichend! Gute Preis-Leistung! - Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Ich kam erst spät nach einem langen Arbeitstag und brauchte nur einen Platz zum Schlafen – dafür war sie ideal. Für den Preis war die Ausstattung mehr als angemessen. Obwohl das Gebäude alt ist und im Treppenhaus ein leichter Geruch von Feuchtigkeit wahrnehmbar war, war das Zimmer selbst angenehm und völlig in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war überraschend schön und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, und er war äußerst hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss direkt zur Straße hin. Obwohl es kein Wochenende war und die Umgebung ruhig blieb, kann es an lebhafteren Abenden wahrscheinlich laut werden. Das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man besonders im Eingangsbereich merkt.

• Hasan (9/5): Excellent stay - Excellent location, great neighborhood Good quality furnishings and bed Good communication with the host, he is very reactive and do everything in order to make your stay better Other guests should be more respectful with late noises and TV sounds. The cleaner asked us a tip in a very rude and inappropriate way just before leaving, which was unacceptable (the host wasn’t aware of it)
• zineb (10/5): - Le logement est facile d’accès en transports depuis l’aéroport, très propre, bien équipé et très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pieds de Taksim tout en étant dans une rue calme parfaite pour bien se reposer le soir sans bruit. Le quartier est par ailleurs gorgé de petits cafés et restaurants très agréables et moins touristiques. Il y a des commerces tout autour, pour faire du shopping ou pour se restaurer. Par ailleurs Mehmet est très agréable et très serviable, je retiens cette adresse et y retournerai à chaque fois que je suis à Istanbul ! Un grand merci pour tout, mon séjour était Parfait !

• Sydney (8/5): - Location was great, right in the middle of Cihangir, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Check in was easy and host was in communication often, offering fresh towels and room refresh. We had a mixup with our dates and the host was very accommodating and understanding! Toilet space was very tight and would be difficult for larger guests.

• Sarah (6/5): Great location in Istanbul - The apartment is located in a great area with plenty of good cafes and restaurants. Responsive host whenever we messaged. Unfortunately when we arrived the kitchenette was not very clean (cups/bowls dirty in the cupboard) there was no dishwashing liquid or drying towel and the equipment in the kitchenette was very minimal and basic. Cleaning Services in general were very poor. The door to the bathroom did not close and the drain in the shower blocked very quickly resulting in minimal showers. The apartment was in the basement and access was through the laundry cleaning area. Although we knew the apartment was going to be small, poor design meant that the room was actually very squeezy for 2 people to navigate in. We chose this apartment due to high rating but think that upstairs apartments must be better as unfortunately the basement one was disappointing regardless of affordable price.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Суперские апартаменты, если хочешь жить в районе с европейским вайбом - Эти чудесные апарты в районе Джихангир были моим лучшим решением для соло путешествия в Стамбул. Это мой не первый раз в Стамбуле, и особенно хотелось пожить вдали от толп туристов, хоть немного почувствовать себя местной, и это сделать получилось! Когда выходишь из апартаментов, вокруг тебя красивые цветные домики, много кафешек с вкусными завтраками и модных кофеен - все как я люблю. Немного пройдя вниз по улице, ты уже попадаешь к виду на Босфор и легко можно дойти до паромного причала, сесть на кораблик и поплыть куда-нибудь в другую часть Стамбула. Так же близко и площадь Таксим, и улица Истикляль, что очень удобно и для шоппинга, и для пеших прогулок. Заселение в отель было супер удобным и продуманным - все по инструкции, просто вводишь код и заходишь + когда что-то не получалось, хозяин был на связи. Внутри квартира стильная и удобная - есть кровать, столик с зеркалом, шкаф, небольшой балкончик и даже мини кухня. В ванной были гель для душа, шампунь - с собой можно не везти. А при выселении я нашла подарок от хозяина под дверью - это, конечно, покорило мое сердечко! думаю, если буду в Стамбуле, с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова :) У меня с этим не было проблем, но если в квартире остановится крупный человек, душевая кабина может оказаться тесноватой. + по сравнению со спальней в ванной комнате было чуть менее чисто

• Ceren Nur (10/5): Şirin, sakin ve güzel bir yer. - Yeri gayet güzel, mutfağı, banyosu, ihtiyaç duyulacak herşeyi mevcut. Mehmet bey sağolsun bizimle ilgilendi. Kaldığımız sürece herşeyden çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar İstanbul’a gelirsek mutlaka kalacağımız yer. Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şeyi yok.

• Muhanad (9/5): Affordable and cozy - The host is super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing and the price is affordable. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. Easy check in and check out. I would pay extra attention to cleaning. There was pieces of long hair all over the floor. Also I dropped my phone under the bed once and when I tried to get it I saw it was really dirty under the bed and probably wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Also please provide extra soap and kitchen soap and maybe a kitchen towel and sponge to wash the dishes.

• Karsten (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in einer Klasse-Wohngegend - Es handelt sich um eine schöne kleine Wohnung. Das Bett ist komfortabel, allerdings nur von einer Seite erreichbar, da an der Wand positioniert. Badezimmer ist gut mit einer relativ großen Dusche. Der vorhandene Balkon ist winzig. Die Wohnlage ist hervorragend, Restaurants, Cafes sind reihenweise vorhanden, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist 50 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Küche: es gibt die Spüle, einen Kühlschrank, einen 2-Plattenherd und einen Wasserkocher. Schön zu haben wären: Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine sowie mehr Geschirr (2 Gläser dann doch wenig), ein paar Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl wären cool.

• Mihaela (8/5): - We arrived in Istanbul on a very rainy day. The host was extremely kind to clean the apartment as soon as the previous guest left and to allow us to check in early. They were also very responsive when I had another small request. The bed was comfortable which was important after a long day of strolling the streets. The apartment is quite basic but the price-quality ratio is excellent.
