- uri (9/5): Great stay in Rome - Amazing location. Great staff. Very attentive. I would recommend that they update that it’s on the third floor with no lift (perhaps it’s there but we missed it) but it was not an issue for us. Bathrooms and kitchen were a bit dated with some bad smell.

Emiliano was very kind and attentive. He gave us all the necessary information and we were able to spend very comfortable days in Rome. There was nothing that displeased us. Everything was great!

Close to restaurants and other attractions but on a smaller street so it was quieter. Lots of space and storage for our family of four and two washrooms was a bonus. We had five nights and felt like a home away from home. Check in was nice, he was there early before us to get the apartment ready.

- Xiaoqiao (7/5): 除了没有电梯和两家人淋浴不够方便，其他还是很不错的 - 地理位置很优越，距离西班牙广场很近，地铁站也不远，房东反应速度也很快，有问题也都及时帮我们解决了，特别是那天晚上快12点跳闸后，房东亲自过来进行了处理，非常感谢！ 房间不如想象的大，可能更适合一家人而不是两家，因为只有一个淋浴间。另外最难接受的是四楼没有电梯，还是螺旋楼梯，当然这在老城区也很正常，订房的时候没有注意到这个问题，对于大箱子实在很不友好，好在到的时候，房东帮忙拎了2个箱子上楼。

A kind and smiling young man answered all our questions.The apartment is bright, modernly furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook at home. Extremely quiet and peaceful place. I highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely rent it again on our next vacation in Rome.
