lionel (7/5): bon emplacement mais processus de réservation/récuperation particulièrement pénible - emplacement top, petit mais confortable reservation simple sur booking mais après confirmation booking, multiples intervenants (3) qui réclament caution état des lieux alors que qq1 est sur place pour la remise des clés...nombreux mails et messages WhatsApp pour changer encore d'interlocuteur...assez insistants, pénibles, et me disant que la réservation n'est pas confirmée tant que la caution n'est pas payée ...sauf que le l'intermédiaire swinky ne marche pas...obligé de s'y reprendre à 5 reprises pour que cela fonctionne enfin mais pas très rassurant... désagréable, stressant et inutile
