En el baño no hay estanterías donde dejar nada. El ruido del ascensor era un horror. Las contraventanas no quitaban la luz. Escasos de enchufes y una habitación con dos camas, tendría que tener dos mesillas.

La vétusté et le manque de propreté dans la chambre. Les odeurs de moisis dans la salle de bain. Le bruit de la rue dès 6H du matin, donne un bon coup de fouet au réveil.

El personal es muy atento y el desayuno esta bien, pero para el precio debería ser mejor. El precio es demasiado exagerado para lo que ofrece el hotel !! 730 euros la noche es una barbaridad. No preste la debida atención cuando lo reserve. 500 euros seria ya muy caro. Es preferible alojarse mas lejos y tomar taxi todos los dias. No volveria a alojarme allí por ese precio.

• Ekaterina (7/5): Great staff and memorable halls, but rooms need an overhaul. - The hotel premises, such as the entrance hall, the staircase and the dining hall are grand and impressive. You can feel the history of these walls. The rooms were very spacious and clean, which was perfect for a family with kids. The staff were very helpful and nice. They gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants and tours. The dining hall, while beautiful, was quite dark and on a sunny day, we simply didn’t feel like eating there, unfortunately. The breakfast selection wasn’t bad, but also not worth 45 euro person in respect to what you can find elsewhere for the same money. The bathrooms were dated and uncomfortable . The bathroom amenities offered are not 5 star hotel worthy.

Also our room was with street view and it was veeeeeery noisy all night and day. Even when you closed the windows it’s like you are outside on the street. Anyway the staff were great. Het kleine restaurant was uitgestorven.

Nota negativa al Hotel Plaza Roma: ascensore e corridoi con cattivi odori e condizioni trascurate, bagni sporchi e non all’altezza. Camera deludente rispetto al prezzo (1000€/notte): materasso e cuscini scomodi, comfort mancanti e manutenzione carente. Servizio poco efficiente e terrazza non curata. Struttura in posizione splendida, ma da rinnovare: più che storica, appare datata.
