There are several bakeries and supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a great park nearby for relaxing walks.
One of the biggest advantages is the dedicated underground parking space, which is very convenient.

Everything here is designed for a truly comfortable stay, even for a longer period. It’s very easy to feel at home. The apartment is cozy and has absolutely everything you might need: a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, cleaning supplies, a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, cloths — literally everything you can imagine. There is nothing to worry about.
The living room features a huge, very comfortable sofa, and the TV comes with a Netflix subscription, which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
There is plenty of kitchenware, dishes, glasses and utensils. The absolute highlight is the huge terrace with an olive tree, which runs along the entire apartment. Summer is especially perfect here, as you can spend a lot of time on the terrace, but it is also very pleasant in winter.
I would also like to mention the host, Laurent — very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed.
The car can be parked in an underground garage, which is a big advantage. The area is quiet and peaceful. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the park is 10 minutes away, and the city center can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back again.

- OLIVIER (9/5): Séjour impeccable dans un très bel appartement très bien équipé - Appartement très lumineux au dernier étage muni d'une terrasse immense de style "rooftop" avec équipements très bonne qualité et décoration de très bon goût . Accueil parfait de notre hôte qui nous attendait à l'heure prévue et qui nous a bien expliqué tout ce qu'il y avait à savoir . Très au calme en raison du retrait par rapport à la route . Parking privé sécurisé avec accès direct au logement via ascenseur , ce qui est un vrai atout . Tout à fait marginal mais il nous a manqué des glaçons

- Gabriel (10/5): great - great location for quietness as the apartment is pretty far from street. The apartment is great with all facilities for a long stay, including some consumables. Parking was provided inside the residence's building. everything was great, no complains

Apartment was great situated at last floor but it has an elevator so the access was very easy. The building has a controlled access. The apartment was equipped very well with all appliances that you could need for a long stay, including Nespresso coffee machine capsule type. Internet was great with high speed and stable connection. Everything was good....including parking
