• Dorian (5/5): - Emplacement idéal. -odeur de cigarette en arrivant  -évier de la cuisine totalement bouché  -"vitre" des toilettes cassées  -dans la douche, seule la pomme haute fonctionne, nous n'avons pas réussit à faire fonctionner le pommeau à la main -la poignée de la fenêtre de la salle de bain nous est restée dans les mains  -le carrelage noir de la douche et la robinetterie sont blanc de calcaire + tâche de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain  -l'appartement n'était pas níquel à notre arrivée : vaisselle sale, tapis salle de bain sale, sol et surface collant, draps usés/tachés à notre arrivée -lave vaisselle avec grosse fuite

• Francesco (7/5): Spazioso appartamento in posizione ottima - Spazioso appartamento in posizione ottima vicina al centro, al mare e soprattutto al parcheggio. Wifi velocissima. Impianto di climatizzazione spettacolare. Terzo piano senza ascensore, pavimento appiccicoso, cuscini umidi, copriletto macchiato, doccia che allaga il bagno, nessun asciugamano da mani, vetro mancante in bagno.

• Soares (8/5): Ottimo - La struttura ha una posizione strategica, si trova vicino alla stazione e a due passi da tutte le mete turistiche come il Palais des Festival et des Congrès, a Boulevard de la Croisette e al porto dove in soli 15 minuti si può arrivare all’Isola di Santa Margherita. Tante scale ma ne eravamo a conoscenza.

• Lauren (8/5): Really well equipped apartment in Cannes near the promenade for reasonable price! - The apartment was really nice and set up well and equipped. It was very well located to the Cannes Festival so great location. The bed was very comfortable. There is AC in the unit, but ask the owner about it! It was hard to get the key from the key box in the dark and then none of the apartments are marked so didn’t know which one it was. BUT host was VERY responsive and he helped me get into the apartment and sent me pics of when i was there.

• Ana (3/5): Great location, but very deceiving flat! - The only thing we liked was the location. Really close to the train station and only a few minutes way, walking distance, to the city centre of Cannes. Everything. The flat looks like very appealing "Instagram" wise, but that's it. It's very deceiving. It is very spacious and "lumineux", specially at night. We could barely sleep because we couldn't turn off the tv; the bar that sustains the curtains felt twice on my head when I tried to cover the window to go to bed; to use the washing machine, the door doesn't close and you need to lift a bit the kitchen countertop; a little coffe table that simply collapses in the floor and we're accused of having broken it. And many other things. Not to mention the fact that you need go go three floors up to get to the flat, and the light in the corridor doesn't even work. So, to go up three floors with a baby and suitcases, not ideal. And if you're planning to go with young children, think twice, because you might disturb the person who lives under the flat. Really bad experience overall! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Certainly not to families! Nor with babies. And very difficult to find a good parking spot! Nearly impossible.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, quiet, cozy, comfortable, pracrical, great beds, lovely bathroom. Free parking on the street outside but also a public garage 1 min away. Excellent AC. Wonderful! 3rd floor pied a terre was a bit inconvenient with suitcases.
