• Monique (8/5): - L'appartement correspond aux photos présentées. Le quartier et l'immeuble sont calmes. Très facile de se garer au pied de l'immeuble. Le contact téléphonique que j'ai eu avec l'hôte, quelques jours avant mon arrivée, était très cordial.

• Dalila (7/5): Linge de maison usé, de mauvaise qualité et oreillers sales - C’est un agréable studio au 8 étage avec ascenseur. L’appartement possède balcon offrant une belle vue dégagée sur la ville . J’ai été désagréablement surprise par la literie, Le lit est mural et j’avais demandé que l’on me le mette en position de couchage mais cela n’a pas été fait . Il y avait 4 oreillers de mauvaise qualité dont l’hygiène était vraiment douteuse jusqu’à une tache de sang sur l’un d’eux . Le drap housse était très usé et très fin . heureusement qu’il faisait chaud , je n’ai pas défait le lit et dormi sur le drap du dessus.
• Linas (6/5): Pleasant - From the window you can see a pig in neighbors yard, that view is much more impressive than minascule cathedral far away. There was a lot of instructions what to do after leaving - basically to do job which is supposed to be done by cleaning staff. 30eur fine if not done. I am not paid to do cleaning stuff job.

• Patti (10/5): Very pleasant space furnished in good quality, with a bus stop in front and free parking - Great that the bus stop is just in front of the building. The kitchen is better equipped than other places I've stayed lately, and the cookware is in like-new condition - everything very attractive. Surprisingly spacious. Listed as a studio, and that's correct because the bed is in the living room. But there is a large entry hall and a separate kitchen. And the bed is a Murphy bed with a good mattress (lit escamotable) not a fold-out sofa bed. These hosts have paid attention to quality and done a great job. Nothing for the hosts to change. From the street I couldn't read house numbers but some youngsters helped me identify the building. The lobby was open and dark when I arrived and I couldn't find light switches. The neighborhood is not interesting in itself, and the convenience store two blocks up is quite sad; it's not a commercial zone. But the bus is just outside the building so it's easy to get to other parts of town. There is no noise from the buses or any other traffic, it's a very quiet area.

• Geoffrey (9/5): Very moderm & comfortable apartment with secure parking. - Well decorated very clean apartment with new appliances. Sophisticated and proactive owners. Great views across Bourges from 8th floor location. Secure building with free safe off street parking. Separate kitchen. Early checkin was most sppreciated. Too much furniture in living/bedroom with tilt-bed in down position and two large armchairs. Suggest armchairs be removed. Wall heaters were fitted but did not come on. These will be vital during winter.
