• Kimi (7/5): Great space, property needs some upkeeping - Very modern layout. Just as described in the pictures. Property was more run down than I was expecting. The front agate keypad was broken and did not actually work. Inside the apartment, several cabinets were broken but it did not matter much to me since I was only staying for a short while. The fridge used by the other tenants was kept in horrible condition, when I opened it up to store something in there it reeked of mold and expired food. I was annoyed by the amount of activity and noise late at night by the people upstairs.

• Walker (4/5): It would be great to disclose to future tenants how the shared space works. - The property was well kept and taken care of. Close to USC which was nice. The other tenants in the same building were very loud and took over the shared space. I could hear them coming in at night talking loudly. I could hear them at 5 am in the shared living space on speaker phone. You can hear helicopters at night circling around the area. I looked it up and it could be LAPD, tourists, or movie sets. When you walk in the door, you’re staring at a flight of stairs. It’s difficult to get your luggage in the building if you have more than just a carry on.

• Enxhi (8/5): This is a good price for the room offered - The room is clean and large. The living room and kitchen are also spacious and well equipped. The accommodation is as in the photos - There was not enough toilet paper and hand soap. - Two roommates in the building were making noise in the evening and I had to leave the room at 2 a.m. to tell them to stop making noise. - It was not easy to find a parking space in the area.
• Kare (9/5): Thumbs Up for Chic & Comfy - I loved the location and accessibility to public transportation I was in the 1st floor room so it was not super quiet but I was so tired so once I was asleep I didn't hear a thing.
