• Bruno (10/5): Magnifique et idéalement situé avec parking - Grand appartement bien équipé, très confortable, bien situé, avec un parking, ce qui est un luxe à Séville. Il y avait le thé et le café, et même le sel et 2 mignonnettes d’huile d’olive! Immense lit confortable. Beaucoup de rangement, très bon contact avec notre hôte. Il manque un torchon et une éponge pour la vaisselle (même s’il y a un lave-vaisselle). Le parking est petit avec des colonnes, c’est très difficile de manœuvrer. Impossible pour les grosses voitures, déjà compliqué pour une catégorie compacte.

• Ilknur (9/5): Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und völlig ausreichenden Aufenthalt sucht - Die Lage ist super, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Kontakt war super In der Nacht war es zu laut aufgrund der Menschen die draußen noch unterwegs waren. Liegt vermutlich an den alten Fenstern

• Judy (7/5): Central apartment - The apartment is close to the centre, an easy walk. The parking was close by and our host met us there to guide us in. A Fiat 500 was perfect for the tight corners! The apartment is spacious, had good kitchen equipment, but no kettle or oven, just a hob and microwave. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed is extra large. Nice to have Netflix etc The communication was very good. Although there are windows on two sides, they open onto the street so the apartment feels quite enclosed and can also be noisy at night with passers-by and the school in the morning. We didn't find the bed or sofa very comfortable. For the price of the apartment we didn't think it was acceptable to only provide one toilet roll and no washing up cloths or towels (there were dishwasher tablets), no soap in the bathroom - small inexpensive items that could be easily fixed. We couldn't get the Aircon to work, but equally didn't contact the host to report it, as the apartment is quite cool.

• Ricc (7/5): - Appartamento molto pulito e curato con arredi recenti di buona qualita' Unico appunto il divano purtroppo piuttosto scomodo. Buono il materssso del letto! Per me Italiano il cuscino lungo e stretto e' risultato scomodo. Avrei preferito per ciascun posto letto una classica coppia di cuscini rettangolari. Molto bello lo spazio cucinetta e soggiorno. Elettrodomestici nuovi comprendenti forno a microonde molto comodo, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchinetta caffe a capsule, coppia di fornelli ad induzione, lavello. Ampia dotazione di tegami e stoviglie pensata per preparare pasti per almeno 4 persone. Bagno moderno pulitissimo e ben attrezzato completo di bidet e vasca/ doccia. Attrezzatura abbondante con asciugacapelli, occorrente per stirare kit igienico di cortesia Piccolo appunto: mancava qualche pezza per asciugare il pavimento... purtoppo abbiamo preso un paio di giorni pioggia! Apprezzatissimo l'omaggio all' arrivo di cioccolatini, capsule per fare il caffe' e una bottiglia di vino. Avrei gradito anche una bottiglia di acqua che e' stata forse dimenticata. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone turistiche. Penalizzante il piano terra con porta direttamente sulla strada. Giudizio complessivo da 7+ La porta di ingresso con apertura diretta sulla strada.scomode ma gestibili le finestre sul marciapiedi grazie anche al traffico prevalentemente elettrico che non ammorba l'aria. Il traffico e' scarso, le strade strettissime, possibilita' di parcheggiare praticamente nulle, pero' ci sono garages a pagamento in zona.

• Catharine (10/5): Amazing opportunity to stay in the historic streets of Seville! - We loved that the property is central and in the old part of the city. It is airy and spacious and we liked the well equipped kitchenette. The hostile super helpful- even when we could not find the parking location he waited for us and guided us to the right place. Everything was lovely, so it is hard to think of anything that we did not like. My preference is for a softer mattress. The property is in some very narrow streets so I would say not to trust Waze as sat nav as the directions to the parking will take you into street that it too narrow for cars!

Excepcional atención por parte de los propietarios que en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera correcto durante nuestra estancia. el parking es no apto para conductores noveles pero es de agradecer disponer de el.

• Ainara (10/5): - Realmente la estancia en las instalaciones han sido perfectamente de buena calidad y el sueño ha sido perfecto no haya ruido aunque hay un colegio de niños pequeños adelante no se escucha nada la ubicación para el casco antiguo esta bien situada el apartamento anfitrión era muy educado es muy amable a la hora de pedirle las cosas repetimos es un placer de haber estado y gracias por habernos recibido con mucha amabilidad y mucho profesionalidad . Volveremos sin duda Las calles las calles estrechas pero bastantes estrechas de Sevilla para coches muy pequeños es lo único

O ambiente e decoração do alojamento eram agradáveis e a limpeza estava impecável. O lugar de estacionamento foi uma vantagem. No entanto, o acesso à garagem e o lugar não são espaçosos... mas já sabíamos. Está na descrição do alojamento. A troca de informações com o proprietário foi muito importante, pois recomendou o encontro junto ao estacionamento, já que seria muito complicado irmos primeiro ao alojamento por causa da largura das ruas. A distância entre os dois locais é mínima. Repetiremos numa próxima visita a Sevilha. Recomendo!

The walls are thin, one can hear the noise of neighbours and surroundings. It would be nice to add additional equipment for everyday use: a paper towel, extra toilet paper or some soap.

• Claudia (8/5): Hochwertige Wohnung direkt am Rande der Altstadt - Top Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hochwertige Ausstattung und alles makellos gepflegt. Parkplatz ein Plus, obwohl sehr eng. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und man hört die Nachbarn. Ferner ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und das Fenster vom Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte man sich besser eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Die Angabe, dass die Wohnung über einen Balkon verfügt, ist nicht zutreffend.
