• Réka (10/5): - Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló volt, minden könnyen megközelíthető volt. A szállás tiszta, modern és nagyon szép . A hangszigetelés nem volt a legjobb, és sajnos nagyon áthallatszott minden.

• Andreas (6/5): - Die Lage zeigte sich sehr ruhig und doch zentral. ÖPNV sind schnell erreichbar. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gegeben. Ein Übersetzungsfehler führte dazu, das wir annehmen durften einen Aufbewahrungsraum für Gepäck vorzufinden. Dem war nicht so. Also das Gepäck wieder mitgenommen, bis die FeWo um 15.00 Uhr bezugsfertig war. Es dauerte etwas, bis wir begriffen, wie der Haustürcode einzugeben war und da die Wohnungen selbst andere Kennzeichnungen hatten wir die Schlüsselboxen, wollten wir in die falsche Wohnung. Schließlich in der richtigen Wohnung , präsentierte sie sich sehr dunkel und nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien wie Schwamm, Abwaschlappen, Geschirrhandtuch suchte man vergebens. Leider haben wir nicht wohl gefühlt und können sie nicht weiter empfehlen. Und das, obwohl wir einiges gewöhnt sind.

• Carmen (5/5): - The location was great. We could walk everywhere They wouldn’t let us in early or provide any area to store luggage. There is also no coffee maker. The pillows were a bit stained and there were three different sized pillows.

• Carmela (8/5): Consigliato! - Posizione ottima, abbastanza vicino a tutto, soprattutto alla vita serale. L'alloggio era bello, letti per tutti (noi eravamo in 5). Ci è stato inviato un video per spiegarci le istruzioni di accesso alla camera. Inserirei sicuramente un cambio di asciugamani, c'era solo un asciugamano a testa per ben 3 notti. Con la pioggia e il fango la casa si era tutta sporcata, avrei messo sicuramente delle pulizie. L'unica cosa che mi ha un pò delusa.

• Nirosan (1/5): Avoid staying foul smell, unauthorised maintenance entry and unresponsive host. - The location was very central and the apartment looked modern and clean on arrival. The key box was hard to find and not the best to get around inside the apartment complex the first time around. **AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS** There was a serious service issue including a foul sewage smell throughout the entire room, even overnight with the toilet door closed. Maintenance also entered the property without authorisation despite me repeatedly asking to be informed beforehand. The host then stopped responding completely. I contacted them multiple times with no reply. Booking.com contacted them on 29 September, 30 September and again afterwards, and they still refused to respond. This left the issue unresolved and caused unnecessary stress. I left my stay early after not feeling safe. Update: Following on from my review they reached to offer a refund but it has been over a MONTH since they promised that it will be issued, they have stopped responding to me completely over WhatsApp. **AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

• Laura (8/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but a few small improvements would make it even better. - The room was good, comfortable bed and in a great location very convenient for getting around it was close to everything i needed. Check in was easy. The shower dor was not working properly and we were provided with only two towels for two people during our four-night stay, which was a bit insufficient.

• Laura María (1/5): No lo recomiendo - Nada, perverso. El alojamiento no cumple con condiciones mínimas de higiene, seguridad ni habitabilidad. El edificio se encuentra en muy mal estado: sucio desde la entrada, con olor a basura, ascensor deteriorado, paredes en mal estado y pasillos descuidados. El acceso al apartamento es confuso y poco claro. Las cajas de seguridad donde se guardan las llaves pueden abrirse sin código, lo cual representa un riesgo importante (esta situación fue documentada y comunicada al propietario). Si bien la habitación parece estar remodelada, el colchón estaba visiblemente sucio y manchado, y no se entregan sábanas ni tendidos, por lo que no es posible utilizar la cama en condiciones higiénicas. Tampoco se proporcionan toallas ni papel higiénico, elementos básicos en cualquier hospedaje. Adicionalmente, la atención al cliente es deficiente. La comunicación se realiza casi exclusivamente mediante respuestas automáticas, sin atención humana efectiva para resolver quejas. No recomiendo este alojamiento. No debería estar publicado en Booking. Al no tener respuesta ni de booking ni del hospedaje, después de insistir constantemente en una respuesta, hago pública la inconformidad

Das Zimmer war unbewohnbar: Fehlende Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier; ekelhafte Matratze mit Flecken; Müll überall im Haus; Gasgeruch. Alle Möbel amateurhaft, billig und kaputt. Konnte nicht übernachten!

• Constantinos (5/5): - Location was ok Check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. we checked in at 5 because the room was not ready. we have requested a baby cot with the reservation and there was none. the only brought it at 9pm without its bed sheets . we booked for a family of 5 and there were only 3 towels. No toilet paper until we requested some and they brought it at 11:30 pm. Communication via whatsup or booking was below standard. All they did was apologising.

Odaya girdigim ilk an ayakkabilarimi degistirmek icin yataga oturdum ve altinda iki adet tahta kirildi. Bunu hizli bir sekilde cozduler ancak o aksam tekrar geldikten sonra dusa girdim. Hem ust, hem el dusundan su geliyordu o yuzden ayarlamak icin oradaki vanayi cevirdim ve kirildi. Butun su ordan akti. Kac kere duzeltilmesi icin yazdim bilmiyorum, ama 5 gun boyunca yapilmadi ve dus alamadik..

• hodaya f (2/5): - הצוות היה מאוד זמין בווטסאפ. וגם היו בקשות שטופלו מיד הדבר המרכזי הוא שביקשנו משהו מראש מיד אחרי ההזמנה כשעוד יכולנו לבטל בחינם. אמרו לנו שאין בעיה וזה מתאים. ובפועל לא התאים בכלל ורק ברגע האחרון אחרי שלחצנו עליהם נתנו מענה חלקי מאוד מאוד. בנוסף, דלת אחת של המקלחון פשוט לא היתה ואין מגב שאפשר לנקות אחרי מקלחת. פנינו אליהם ולא היה מענה ראוי. בכלל בדירה אין דברים לניקיון- סמרטוט, תרסיס ניקיון כלשהו, מטאטא, מגב, המטבח מאובזר בצורה מאוד מינימלית. סיר אחד ואפילו לא מחבת. במקלחת היתה סתימה והמים לא יורדים תוך כדי המקלחת ועוד כל מיני בעיות קטנות שגורמות לאי נוחות

Responsive managers - there was a problem with the water draining in the shower - they responded immediately, a plumber came and fixed it. I could hear my neighbors well, but in general, all tourists come to the room only to sleep, so no one bothered me at night. I would be happy to come back again. Just a wish: add hand and foot towels, a towel for the kitchen
• Kaleesha (9/5): Great stay - Clean, good location, modern amenities, staff were very helpful when I reached out for help with the heat via WhatsApp even at a late hour of the night. Bed is comfortable. The tv didn’t work and the electrical heater is positioned behind the wall, blocking the flow of heat.

• Jose Luis (2/5): Parece nuevo pero no lo es..... - Limpieza fatal, faltaban fibras de almohadas, el wifi era inexistente(se aviso y nos dijeron que vendrían arreglarlo y aún estamos esperando), pedimos una manta y aún estamos esperándola. La calefacción no funciona bien, hemos estado tres días sin poder ponerla pero no hemos avisado porque si sin no habían venido a ver lo que pasaba con el wifi, pues hemos desistido. Eso sí querer vendernos de todo,para eso no paran de enviar cosas.

• Alice (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno medio breve a Budapest - Staff molto gentile, ci hanno anche offerto un Uber fino alla nostra stanza che era un po' distante dalla main reception. posizione ottima per metro, servizi e vita notturna, siamo soddisfatti di aver soggiornato qui. Disponibile Netflix e gran televisore, cucina con l'essenziale. Lo stato degli spazi comuni del palazzo non è molto in buono stato. Questo non dipende ovviamente dalla struttura però la gestione del condominio dovrebbe veramente fare più attenzione. C'era spazzatura e pipì di gatto ovunque all'ingresso. Rispetto all'appartamento di per sé, lo abbiamo apprezzato e potremmo suggerire un paio di piccole migliorie. In cucina manca uno spazio dove poter asciugare i piatti dopo averli lavati, si potrebbe aggiungere qualche piatto e essenziale per poter cucinare.

• PEDRO (7/5): - La casa en sí era cómoda y bien equipada. Faltaba una puerta en la ducha. Fueron muy atentos al atendernos por ese problema pero no se pudo solucionar por ser sábado. La entrada al edificio está muy antigua y da aspecto descuidado

• Mendi (10/5): Posizione ottima e prezzo conveniente - Posizione molto comoda, riscaldamento, televisore e servizi essenziali. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo state molto bene. Sarebbe carino far trovare un minimo in cucina tipo sale-olio per facilitare i brevi soggiorni di chi preferisce fare la spesa senza dover comprare proprio tutto tutto e rischiare che vada sprecato. Purtroppo lo scarico della doccia scendeva molto lentamente rischiando di far allagare il bagno, ma credo sia una problematica del palazzo non dell’host.

• Asaf (10/5): סה"כ דירה בסדר גמור - ממוקם ברובע היהודים ,קרוב למרכז , דירת חדר משופץ ונקי ,מטבחון מקרר עמדת בישול . שירותים מקלחת נקיים החדר מדרגות בבניין חשוך ולא מאוד נקי . אין מכונת כביסה , שמו רק 2 מגבות ,היה נחמד אם היה לפחות 2 לכל אחד . הגענו ולא השאירו לנו מפתח לקחו את זה איתם בטעות , היינו צריכים לחכות אבל הגיעו דיי מהר.
