The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even allowed us a bit late check - out ( upon availability ) Totally recommended and I would come back there next time 🙏 0

Чисто, убираются по просьбе Как таковых критичных недостатков нет, но из серии "чистенько но бедненько". Завтраков нет, сантехника старая. За такой номер - цена, на мой взгляд завышена.

• Benita (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr alt und runter gekommen und dazu auch dreckig. - -Fahrstuhl -Schneller Check in Das Zimmer war leider dreckig, extrem alt und runter gekommen. Alte, schlechte Klimaanlage die nicht verstellbar war. Alle Fenster waren kaputt und standen offen. Balkontür auch sehr undicht und nachts sehr hellhörig (man hört viele Geräusche von der Straße). Badezimmer dreckig, überall spinnenweben. Die Lüftung, welche direkt auf dem Balkon ist ebenso sehr laut. Wasserschaden an den Wänden am Bett und große Flecken. Betten an den Seiten kaputt und morsch. Dusche nicht sauber, Kalkflecken und Haare. Hotelkartenschalter ist jedes Mal auseinander gefallen wenn man die Karte reingelegt hat. An den Gardinen und von den Wänden hingen noch die Spinnenweben runter. Selbst auf dem Boden und der Toilette waren starke Flecken, die dort mit Sicherheit schon länger waren. Der Kühlschrank war so kalt eingestellt, dass die Getränke darin gefroren sind. Keine schöne Erfahrung.

Location is good and in center of everything: very close to the beach Well, the room is not sounds proof; you can hear almost everything from the street and car noise. The beds is a bit hard and not really comfortable. But it should be fine for short visit. Hopefully next time they fixed it.

• Enes (7/5): Value for money. One building hotel. - great location, good value for money, air conditioning on for 7/24. Refreshed bottles of water every day. A bit run down hotel, nothing special about it. Facilities very limited. Very hard bed.
• Sergei (3/5): Проживание оказалось крайне некомфортным: в номере сильный запах плесени, всё старое и изношенное, фото не соответствуют - Расположение, чистое постельное белье, наличие лифта, и милой девушки на стойке регистрации. Отзыв: Проживание оставило крайне негативное впечатление. В номере с балконом на третьем этаже (301) стоял отвратительно сладкий запах плесени. Уже после первой ночи началась сильная мигрень. На следующий день нас переселили на второй этаж в номер 201 — за помощь сотруднице на ресепшен отдельная благодарность. Номер оказался аналогичным, запах был заметно слабее, но проблема полностью не исчезла. Важно отметить, что фотографии при бронировании не соответствуют реальности: вживую всё выглядит старым, изношенным и местами разбитым. Бронировали номер сильно заранее, возможно, нам просто не повезло с конкретным номером, но плесень в отеле ощущается повсеместно. В ванной комнате присутствует чёрная плесень, освещение слабое, уборка посредственная. Вытяжка не работает, сантехника еле держится. В основной комнате матрас с одной стороны сильно продавлен, подушки в ужасном состоянии — все сбившиеся в комки. Прикроватных тумбочек нет. Из плюсов: холодильник и фен хорошие по тайским меркам, постельное бельё чистое и качественное, питьевую воду пополняли регулярно. Однако в комнате отсутствует большое зеркало. Также имеется столешница с вмонтированной раковиной, из слива которой снова ощущается запах плесени — проблему можно временно решить, закрыв слив. Тараканов замечено не было, однако в номере присутствуют мелкие мошки, которые, судя по всему, летят на плесень. Общее впечатление плохое, возвращаться сюда больше не планируем.
