• Tina (4/5): Lots of better alternatives near by. - The property is new. The two entrances make unloading easy. The kitchen is nice and having a magnifying mirror was helpful. This is the first time I have been charged double for my two dogs. I’ve travelled across Canada this trip, staying at eleven hotels and never had this happen. For that alone, I would find another hotel. Added to this, you can hear all water system actions(flushes, showers, taps) like you are in the same room . The sofa bed was so uncomfortable; the coils dig in your back and hips. Overall the worst experience.

• Lisa (9/5): we liked this hotel enough to recommend to family. - the hotel was clean. we liked the extra safety feature of needing our key car for the elevator. the staff were helpful and friendly. we stayed overnight before flying out. the shuttle to the airport was an extra bonus. our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. small thing. towels needed replenishing at the pool. and the door to our room was stiff to open.

• Joël (8/5): The hotel is new and beautiful and has wonderful amenities. - The hotel is very full and garbage from take out orders was outside of many rooms. It was there for many hours and I would fear it attracts rodents and bugs. On my floor alone, dozens of bags were there from when I checked in late afternoon/early evening to the next morning at 4am when I left.

• Louie (6/5): Beautiful hotel but needs to work out a few issues - Beautiful hotel Wifi was terrible and also my kids couldn’t use the pool because of heater issues and over crowding from the hotel letting people from the other Sandman hotel next door being allowed to use the pool which I paid for including on my bill and there was a noise complaint I made because of microwave exhaust damper so I had to change rooms because it kept me up all night

I was placed in an adjoining room and could hear every word spoken by the people in the other room. I was also placed right across from the noisey ice machine. These factors made it impossible to sleep.

• Moira (8/5): It was overall good. - It was good For the first two nights, our AC wasnt working well and when we had called reception for help, we were treated rudely. The rest of the staff were very kind and accomodating except for those two. The next day, we went to the reception and brought both the ac and the encounter up to the staff at the counter and we had no problems anymore during the rest of our stay.

Great food and service Upon arrival there was a girl that was screaming and yelling as she was on something. (Not the fault of the hotel in anyway) they had called both security and police to take care of it. Security at the door may help this issue as they made it sound like it happens often
