• Yesim (6/5): Bir daha aynı yeri tutmam malesef - Konumunu Temiz değildi, çamaşırlık kırıktı eşya yıkayıp asamadım sırf eşya yıkıyabilmek için çamaşır makinesi var diye tercih etmiştim. Fazladan havlu yoktu 5 gün aynı havluyu kullandık. Verilen kart dış kapıyı açmıyordu sürekli görevliye açtırdık.
• Paul (2/5): Won't stay here again - or any booking managed by Maison Privee - Location was good for where we needed to be. Regarding the property - advertised as apartment with dishwasher, washing machine & cleaning supplies, but no supplies were provided (no dishwasher or washing machine detergent, no dish detergent, wash clothes or tea towels). The drying rack was rusted & broken. The balcony door needed maintenance as it would not open easy at all & if you closed it while outside, you could not get back inside, plus the screen was in the toilet. The bath towels were small, hard & scratchy. While the apartment was clean enough, the shower area was mouldy & in need of some attention. Regarding the listing - they have embellished on the quality of the property with their descriptions (it's older & in need of a repairs & attention), listing things that are not provided (as mentioned, plus the sofa bed was only a sofa & not comfortable) Regarding checking in - first message sent from the property warned about scams asking for additional money & not to click on any links. A few days before our booking, they messaged us to pay a deposit via a stripe link & to send copies of our passports (booking says to show on check-in). This caused a great deal of confusion, frustration & scepticism regarding the legitimacy as the deposit was well above our 3 nights, & we did not feel comfortable sending the passports. They pressured us saying it would be very difficult & lengthy to check in, & we felt that they would cancel the booking (even though it was fully paid) if we did not comply. We had to wait for about an hour for the host to show up to provide keys, & the locking & unlocking system on the door needs a better system as it was very temperamental & fiddly to try to lock.

• Veronika (8/5): Joyful Stay above the City - The location is amazing, the view is breathtaking! The staff is very helpful. Wi-wi is very good. The bed allows to sleep like a baby. Two points of growth I guess would be: 1) clean floor and 2) adding dental kits for the guests.
• Lubos (10/5): Wonderful apartment - I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment in Dubai and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment is located in a prime area, making it convenient to access popular attractions and amenities. The interior is modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. The fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and luxurious bedrooms provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight of the apartment was the stunning view of the city skyline, which was especially breathtaking at night. The building itself also offered great amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and secure parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Overall, my stay at this Dubai apartment exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious accommodation in the heart of the city.
• Hesaah (8/5): Very good - Great location sutible for big families whole looking for privacy- there is no house keeping but the loft is prepared with everything you need starting from kitchen utensils to laundry and everything- the staff will contact you through your WhatsApp which is perfect if you’re socially awkward 😅 the location is absolutely spot on down town Dubai! Would book this again
