• Bertrand (10/5): pied à terre idéal pour visiter Amboise et sa région - Le logement est moderne et très confortable. Mention spéciale pour la chambre. Grégoire est un hôte très sympathique et il y a de petites attentions comme les capsules de café. Le studio est à l'étage d'une maison, il y a un autre logement en location au rez de chaussée. Le logement se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel un peu à l'extérieur d'Amboise. Il y a un grand Leclerc à 2mn en voiture un vrai four pour réchauffer les pizza

UNA PERSONA ESTUPENDA, amable, servicial y simpatica, no como, por desgracia en la mayoría de lugares un WhatsApp y un cajoncito con llaves....y encima te dicen que es por tu privacidad, y para ahorrarse costes y trabajo....Gregoire es el anfitrión de la antigua escuela, quiere que estes en su casa como si estuvieras en la tuya, y lo consigue... GRACIAS POR TODO. Tiene una puntuación de 9,5 en Booking, y merecida. Y no es el primer alojamiento al que vamos... El colchon demasiado blando para nuestro gusto

Wish we could have stayed longer! Narrow steep stairway to haul heavy suitcases upstairs if you’re in the attic apartment.

Supermarket just a few meters away. Great host! I would definitely return for a stay. The property is a few kilometers from the town centre. However for us this was not a problem at all.

Well equipped, including coffee supplies! lovely and clean, air conditioned, somewhere to sit outside and plenty large enough for the two of us. The unit itself was super clean and tidy, with many thoughtful amenities for you to use. The couch was comfortable along with the beds. It was easy to pick up the keys and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was super kind and prompt upon arrival and provided a personal TLC touch and that made our stay feel special. nothing
• Dulcealma (10/5): A well thought out studio and excellent rest in Amboise - The property was very quiet and I slept in silence, it was wonderful. The studio is quite large, more a 1Bedroom than studio space with lots of natural light. The hosts are generous with supplies and it was very clean, well kept and organized. The area is residential but very centrally located for conveniences with large supermarkets a few minutes up the street in one direction. A few minutes in the other direction, you enter the charming town of Amboise itself; the property is situated in an excellent location (with a car recommended). Parking is right on the property so very convenient.

It's big, very quiet, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower was very good, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal, there are lots of guidebooks available in the apartment, good wifi, there's free parking, even umbrellas to borrow... we loved it. Gregoire is an excellent host - he gave us good advice about local wines and where to visit. It was raining so walking into town wasn't an option as it's just over 2kms along a main road. But it's easy to drive in from the property.
• Valletta (10/5): Most comfortabel stay we had! - The extreme comfort of the accommodation and the very friendly welcoming. A big plus; amazing shower, very comfortabel bed and good coffee machine! Everything is provided. Only cable tv wasn't really working but thats not an issue
• Jan (10/5): Ten Plus Rating for Atelier Vinci! - We were driving in France for 17 days, and this was the nicest property we stayed at. We stayed in Studio 2 and it is beautifully decorated. All the amenities are first class. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is huge with double sinks. You don’t find that very often in Europe. The bedroom is very large with lots of room to open your suitcases. The air conditioning worked well and there is plenty of natural light in the unit with windows that open if you prefer fresh air! There is a private entrance to both units. Studio 2 is on the top floor and there is a staircase to access it. The two units share a sun-room full of tourism pamphlets on the Loire Valley attractions and restaurant suggestions. Private parking is included. Atelier Vinci is in a residential area, and is approximately 2.5 km from the downtown core. We had a car, so this was no issue for us. Also, Amboise offers plenty of parking near the core, on the riverfront. We would zip down for supper. For restaurants, we recommend advanced reservations for the top rated restaurants, because many are tiny and fill up quickly. For those who would rather wander, there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from where reservations are not needed. Amboise is the place to stay in the Loire Valley. It is smaller and much easier to negotiate. Thanks Gregory and Lea for being such wonderful hosts! Everything was perfect!

Lots of information for the tourist was also made available in a communal area for guests. The road was busy next to the apartment but this was a minor criticism.
• Catherine (10/5): Really nice place to stay. Certainly beats your normal hotel room. Great value - Roomy apartment. Although the description said one bed we discovered the the sofa was a sofa bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet and doona with us. Bathroom had 2 hand basins and very modern. I loved the sloping ceiling that had opening windows. Was a little warm when we arrived but the air conditioning took care of that. In the evening there was a refreshing breeze. Owner friendly and helpful. Kitchen well equipped for basic cooking. Included also a coffee machine with sachets as well as a kettle. Highly recommend. Was about three minutes from the centre of town by car. Parking space close to the door. Was a little hard to manage the steep and narrow staircase with our suitcases but both us 70 year olds managed it.
