- Garcia (1/5): It's a shame that they disregard the guests because the hotel is in a good location - The hotel is located in a good place, but they never gave me the pin to open the door. When we arrived, I had to call to get it. They never gave us the pin to enter the main door, and the security was very rude.The carpet on the floor smelled very bad, the mattresses in the rooms need to be updated because they are in poor condition.The floors need to be fixed because they make noise when someone walks on them.
