• Nattapol (10/5): Perfect apartment for tokyo city! - Newest apartment building and room spaces is good for Tokyo and for family of 3-4 people. Perfect location! The subway just right in front of the building and close to mini-mart and a view of Skytree is amazing! Also, Nice and supportive staff!

• Melanie (8/5): Overall great stay, near metro - The close proximity to the nearest metro station (2mins walk) was such a stealer especially when you have elderly travel partners who could not walk too far. The house is just right for 4 pax and the amenities are sufficient. Host was kind to point to us to use the dryer room function when we realize that the washing machine does not having dryer function. The lift and corridor to the housing is cramp and tight, which makes coming up with 4 adults with big luggages a bit of a challenge, but this can be done with 2 flights of journey and not a big issue. Would have been nice to have a bedside table so it is easy to place the important things you require during your sleep just beside you. Pillow is a bit thinner side so have to get the cushion to cushion up. The airconditioner in the living room seems to be colder compared to the room's even though they are set the same way.
• Lo (9/5): Overall an excellent choice for a pleasant stay. - The location is less than 5 mins walk to the Honjo-Azumabashi station under the Asakusa line. We saw an elevator access to the train station just across the road which is highly convenient for those with large suitcases. However, it was under maintenance while we were there. It is also only one stop away to the Oshiage (Skytree) station where you can easily board the Keisei Sky Access train to Narita airport. You may need to transfer to other train lines for some places but it’s not an issue at all for us. The place was quiet, spacious, clean and everything looks new. Bathroom and toilet were spotless. Washing machine is without dryer but our clothes easily dried overnight. Detergent is not provided though. Just bring your own or grab from the nearby mini marts. The property was also quite responsive to all my queries and was kind enough to notify me when our room was ready for check-in earlier than expected. It would be nice if the property can provide an extra set of futon in case two bigger sized adults are unable to fit comfortably on the beds.

• 모리짱 (9/5): 청소만 더 잘된다면 또 가고 싶어요 - 전철역 바로 앞이고, 마트,편의점,식당도 가까워요. 도쿄스카이트리와 아사쿠사가 걸어서 10분거리에 있어. 위치 완전 좋아요. 공항가는 노선도 좋구요. 세탁기, 인덕션, 넓은 식탁, 시설이 잘 갖춰져서 너무 편했어요. 신축이고 방도 넓고 좋아요. 열쇠가 필요없는 도어락도 편리했구요. 도쿄 갈때마다 이용하고 싶어요. 청소상태가 심각합니다. 직원 상주하지 않는 만큼 관리에 더 신경쓰셔야겠어요. 엘리베이터 바닥이 너무 지저분했어요. 세면대위의 천정의 환풍기에 먼지가 쌓여서 기분이 안좋았어요. 침구에서 냄새가 납니다. 특히 베개와 같이 놓인 쿠션에서 땀냄새가 쩔어서 기분나빴어요. 침구관리에 신경써주세요. 그리고, 거실과, 주방 조명이 좀 어두워요. 슬리퍼는 일회용을 두시던가 아니면 깨끗이 닦아주세요. 안쪽에 먼지와 다른 사람의 발바닥때가 묻어 있어서 사용하지 못했어요. 신축이라 관리만 잘하면 깨끗할텐데, 안타깝네요. 청소만 빼고는 다 너무 좋았기 때문에 관리가 잘 유지된다면 꼭 다시 오고싶어요.

From my place ride the Azumabashi Station you can get a direct access to Maihama Station where Disney is. From my place you can directly take train from the same station here straight to Narita Airport Nothing, hotel people are also kind. I don't like nothing but I love everything about this place. Thank you for having us

• Joo Wei (8/5): - Location - easy access to subway Toei Asakusa Line (green icon) A19 Honjo Azumabashi station and A20 Oshiage station was within walking distance Bed - bed sheets were ironed and white stain free and clean There were sufficient bath towels and small towels for up to 5 pax Cooking amenities - there were sufficient glass cups, thong, spatula, working water jug, stove oven , stove, fridge, microwave Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment! We also felt children age 5 and below shouldn't be counted as an adult which in this property , children age 3 and above will be counted as adult and we had to make additional ¥10,000 payment for that matter. We just wish it will be perfected with a few more amenities as below Wish there were dish bowl for sponge 🧽 and dish soap, dish drainer /drying rack, and a piece kitchen cloth for wiping sink and table. We end up buying a piece of kitchen cloth for our 5 days stay. Extra trash bag will be good, our 5 stays has filled up the non combustible trash bin till the brim and smells. The entrance access into the apartment and lift is too close that we had to split few times of entry with our luggages , stroller, and our children - I know this cannot be fixed, just our honest experience Overall this is very good stay for us, we will return!! Love this quiet neighborhood

• Jo-Wei (9/5): 雖然價格也不是說很便宜，但考量位置、房間大小、check-in and check out的便利程度，還是非常推薦這間！ - 離捷運站真的超近！A0出口甚至是電梯！盥洗用品大部分都有，只有牙刷牙膏要自備。連住五天浴巾是不會更換的，如果有需要可以聯絡房東提供衛生紙。這裡就像個小家庭，可以下廚。熱水穩定還有浴缸，還有洗衣機，洗衣精要自備，吹風機也夠力。有兩張雙人床，兩個成年男子睡同一張會有點擠。附近有超市便利商店Lawson ，天天買東西回來吃宵夜，大清早也可以散步到晴空塔或是淺草，享受早晨的寧靜。整體來說，推推！ 垃圾分類稍微有點難，不太習慣，但完全能理解就是當地規定啦

• John (10/5): We highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip on the eastern side of Tokyo! - The location was perfect for activities around Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno, etc. Easily walkable to cafes, restaurants, parks, the Sumida river, public transportation, and more! Check-in instructions with directions to the location were went ahead of time. It was easy to find and get into the property (no physical keys needed). We are a family of four and there were only two beds available (even though there is the option on Booking.com to request an additional bed, this is not possible at this property). We have travelled a lot in Korea where there are sleeping mats (yo's) for additional sleeping on the floor. An additional bed would not have fit in the apartment, but it would have been nice to have another sleeping option to separate our children.

• Valen (10/5): Perfect. Comfortable and tidy - The room was very tidy and spacious even for our family of 4. The location was perfect, enjoyed the very short walk from Honjo-Azumabashi Station at the end of every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful via the booking.com messages. Would highly recommend to small families wanting to stay away from the busy areas but only a short train ride away. 10/10!

• Louriene (10/5): Excellent! - The property is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is also very accessible since it’s close to the station and some bus stops. I like that I always see the Tokyo Skytree whenever I go out. It is also close to Asakusa which is very nice. Convenience stores and restaurants can also be found near the property. They are not flexible for late check outs.

• Li Chi (10/5): 下次還想再來！ - 先說結論：非常棒的住宿經驗，下次到東京還會想來住。 入住前民宿主人會傳送入住須知和電子鎖密碼，以及設備的使用說明。民宿位於住宅區的巷子，對面有停車場，附近滿安靜的。一層一戶，很適合家庭，不會干擾到別人。有電梯。 民宿地點非常好，離本所吾妻橋站很近，步行兩分鐘。巷口有便利商店Mini stop，樓下有一家開到深夜的居酒屋，五分鐘路程就有小型的超市、熟食店。附近也有多家評價不錯的餐廳。距離晴空塔押上站只要一站，來回成田機場搭京成Access特急很方便。 離淺草也很近，這次剛好遇到隅田川花火大會，從民宿走出來就是淺草通，跟著大家一起散步去看煙火，非常有趣。 環境整潔，設備很新，包括餐具也幾乎都是新的，浴室寬敞，有浴缸可以泡湯。臥室有大櫃子可放東西，不用擔心行李箱打開沒位置放，一家四口住起來空間適當，雖然沒有到非常大，但在東京，這樣的大小已讓人滿意。 有洗衣機，對於多日的自助行程很方便，不過沒有烘衣機，稍微可惜一點。洗衣精需要自備。

• Henrik (10/5): Go book it - Excellent location close to the metro and Skytree, beautiful view from the 9th floor, excellent equipment in perfect conditions! A few more plates and glasses would be nice, but that’s really a minor thing.
