- Patryk (5/5): Good location at budget price, but not suitable for longer stays or larger groups. - The apartment's central location is excellent, with easy metro access and convenient distances to city attractions. The host offers airport bus transfer service, which is very helpful. There's a good, affordable Balkan restaurant nearby. The rooms have air conditioning and blackout blinds. Plenty of toilet paper was provided. The apartment felt too small for our group size and wasn't thoroughly cleaned between stays. Several maintenance issues need attention: the bedroom door handle is loose and appears to have been repeatedly repaired, hot water requires constant manual activation, and windows don't seal properly. The bathroom floods when showering, and lighting throughout is inadequate. WiFi connection was extremely slow. Bedding and duvets were insufficient. The kitchen is quite small with limited equipment and there was some old food left that needed to be discarded.
The neighborhood felt unsafe. We witnessed a serious domestic disturbance with a neighbor who behaved threateningly. There's a visible homelessness issue in the immediate area, with many abandoned buildings nearby. Police presence was frequent. While we weren't personally harmed, the surroundings made us uncomfortable, especially for an extended stay.
- Brian (5/5): Not a bad apartment but host unavailable or rude if you run into any problems. - The apartment we were given was big, with three double beds and a single cot next to each bed. In the beginning, we were told to go to a different address than the one where our apartment was located to pick up the key. It turned out our reserved apartment was damaged and the host, Amanda, proposed that we stay at a different apartment where we met her to pick up the keys. The new apartment turned out to be OK but there were major problems communicating issues to Amanda. First of all, our Wi-Fi stopped working at the beginning of the stay and Amanda was unresponsive when told about this. Next, we were never told not to put toilet paper in the toilet in the bigger bathroom with the shower. The toilet got clogged and that bathroom smelled like poop for our entire stay. We told Amanda right away about the toilet. It would have been easy for her to come with a plunger and unclog the toilet (or to send someone to do likewise) but instead, she read our messages about the clogged toilet and did nothing. We planned to stay in Casa Divas City Stay for three nights at the beginning of our week in Greece, then three nights on Andros, then one more night at Casa Divas but we ended up canceling Casa Divas due to the bad service and getting another apartment. When we tried to get the cancellation fee waived for Casa Divas the host refused to refund it. Finally, we may have lost a child's clothing item in the apartment and we asked Amanda if anyone found it. She read the message and didn't reply. The lack of respect is astounding.
