Before entering the accommodations, it is necessary to check in and provide identification through digital systems.
The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th, from 09:00 to 22:00.
Please note that after 20:00, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions requiring staff presence or intervention outside of these hours may incur an additional charge.
Late check-out will incur an additional charge to cover the financial losses incurred, as it may affect scheduled cleaning and subsequent bookings.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 60 is applicable for late check-out from 11:00. This charge will be determined by the property based on the losses incurred, including potential delays, rebooking, or any other resulting impact.

- Lopez Moya (5/5): - Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento destaca, principalmente, por su ubicación. Es innegable que estar tan cerca de la playa es un punto a favor, ya que permite acceder a la arena en apenas unos minutos. Asimismo, las zonas comunes y las piscinas de la urbanización están muy cuidadas y resultan muy agradables para desconectar. Respecto al inmueble, las características físicas del piso son correctas. Las habitaciones son amplias, lo que se agradece para no sentir falta de espacio, y las camas resultan bastante cómodas, cumpliendo bien con su función para el descanso. En definitiva, es un alojamiento con un potencial alto por su situación y amplitud, aunque nuestra experiencia se vio empañada por el mantenimiento. Es una lástima que la limpieza fallara, porque de no haber sido por ese detalle, la estancia habría sido de diez. Escribo esta reseña con el ánimo de ayudar a mejorar la gestión del alojamiento, ya que nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada en un aspecto fundamental. Debo comenzar agradeciendo la excelente disposición del anfitrión, quien mostró un interés genuino y una gestión impecable ante nuestras quejas iniciales. Lamentablemente, a pesar de su buena voluntad, el resultado final no estuvo a la altura. Tras reportar la falta de higiene a nuestra llegada, se procedió a una segunda limpieza, pero el piso siguió sin presentar unas condiciones óptimas. Los puntos que empañaron nuestra estancia fueron los siguientes: Zonas comunes: Encontramos restos de migas de pan sobre la mesa del comedor, lo cual denota una falta de atención al detalle. Higiene general: No tuvimos sensación de limpieza real en estancias críticas como los baños y la cocina, donde la pulcritud debería ser máxima. Suelos: Se percibían descuidados en toda la viviend, sin barrer ni fregar. No podemos determinar si se trata de un incidente aislado o de un problema recurrente, pero como huéspedes nos ha afectado negativamente en el disfrute del piso. Sinceramente, recomendaría al propietario valorar un cambio en la empresa de limpieza, ya que el servicio actual no hace justicia a su atención ni a la calidad que se espera del alojamiento. Es una lástima, pues la comunicación con el dueño fue fluida, pero la limpieza es un pilar básico que, en esta ocasión

- Zuzana (7/5): - The apartmant was fine, quite well equipped, good location The arrival was challenging, you have to follow several steps and open the door via app which was challenging and stressfull. There were several issues in the apartment, such as not working toilet, garrage or light in one room or missing kettle for hot water. The company communicated well and reacted quickly when we notified them, but I would expect the apartment would be checked before arrival so that you dont have to spend time on your vacation taking videos of not working things and communicating with handy man about his arrival. Also, I was a bit suprised I had to provide my credit car details via some app for deposit in case of damage. Maybe it is normal in Spain for this kind of rentals but i todays world of scams it made me feel uneasy.

- Christine (9/5): Superb - Big apartment close to the port Lovely 3 bedroom apartment and we would stay again, but as first time visiters and therefore unfamiliar with the property, we found the whole check in process over omplicated. It would be much better to be greeted on arrival. Sending a code and a video instructions to us instead of greeting us (when we had a young baby with us and lots of luggage in such torrential rain), made the process unnecessarily stressful. Also, it would also have been useful to know our allocated parking space in advance, rather than us having to guess and then move our car again (when asked to do so by a resident) a few hours after settling in. We would also suggest you invest in a cot and a hairdryer for your guests
