• An (6/5): - The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos. The location itself is right in the city centre, which is a genuine highlight. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which may matter for those concerned about privacy or security. Unfortunately, I had a serious issue with the door lock: it malfunctioned, and I couldn't open the door from the inside. Had to call someone to fix it. Additionally, the area around the property had some individuals whose behaviour felt unsettling.

• Hediye Pınar (7/5): there were some mostly minor issues but liked the overall stay - I liked the room itself it was modern and had almost everything you need for a stay. the location is amazing in the center of the city. it was clean and overall good and comfy I didnt feel safe enough in my room as the door opens directly to outside, and are sometimes people outside which can be loud and scary. also the nightlamp doesent work and the towels were not enough. i also think the heating was a bit problematic because even with the air conditioner on it was cold.
• viðförull (1/5): - Towels and bed linen were clean. The microwave was working and so did the kettle to boil water and the refrigerator. Flight Wizz Air to Budapest is late at night. We had written it to Booking twice. We got through the iron gate by the street easily. We found an apartment clearly marked no. 2, but couldn't get in with the code we had been given. Two young women from Portugal helped us a lot. They tried to find the right apartment for us, but didn’t have any luck. They invited us in. They finally reached the manager of BQA. In the end at 3:43 on Saturday night, we got video instructions on how to find the apartment. By that apartment the number 2 is only drawn with a pen blurred on the key box, that number is not visible at all in the dark. The outside light was broken. On the door stands the letter B, nothing more! There was no key to lock the iron-bar door. Apparently the flat had been broken into recently. The floors were dusty and hadn't been cleaned. It was very cold in the apartment, two of the heaters didn't work. Only the one in the bathroom. It would have been enough heat to sleep there, but no space. There were also small black bugs, not particularly pleasant. Finally a man came two days later with a freestanding heater for us. There are no hangers for towels or clothes in the bathroom. Only one toilet paper roll was provided. We had to buy toilet paper and kitchen rolls, also a sponge for cleaning the cutlery. The blankets were very thin (summer blankets). There was no tea towel or cloth to clean the table, no dish rack or extra towels. There was no WiFy / internet access in the apartment. A young lady came two days later to find WiFy for us. The TV screen did not work. No pots and only an old pan, the hob for cooking was not working, but a new one came two days later. It didn’t work either because that hob needs a good steel pan. A nice guy who brought it said he would try to get permission to buy a pan and pot. It never came. Few utensils. Sofa old.
• Kornelia (6/5): Great location, beautifully appointed flat but be aware of the safety elements of your stay. - Perfect location, beautifully appointed, super comfortable bed and great bedding. It’s not the apartment’s fault but the entrance hall was full of litter, it was old and dirty. The apartment was on the ground floor and the iron gate to the apartment didn’t have keys, I felt unsafe. The entrance to the apartment was also dark and scary.

• Nikola (9/5): Central, cozy and comfortable - The apartment is just like in the photos. The location is super central. The host was great and very responsive. Super easy to check in. Just a small suggestion, the bathroom should have some hooks for the towels :)

Los utensilios de cocina, brillaron por su ausencia, cogimos un apartamento para cocinar y sólo había una pequeña sartén y una tapa de fiambrera. No había ni estropajo para fregar ni paños de cocina. El edredón extra estaba lleno de manchas amarillas.

• Andreea (3/5): - Nimic Unfortunately, the stay was not pleasant at all. I’ll start by saying that, above all, it was extremely cold. Out of the three electric heaters, only one worked. Later, we informed someone and two additional radiators were brought to us. The kitchenette had a cooktop, but there were no utensils that could actually work with it. You can check this yourselves. The cooktop didn’t recognize the pan provided for guests. But this is actually the smallest problem. The front door practically didn’t have a proper key to lock it from the inside—only a key card. On the second night, someone tried twice to enter our room, and at one point my husband opened the door while the person was apparently looking for a “reception.” For the next two nights, we kept worrying that it could happen again, and because of that we didn’t sleep well at all. I believe an interior lock, or at least something for that metal gate on the door, would be extremely useful.As for cleanliness, this was the worst part… Luckily we had spare socks, because I don’t think the carpets in the apartment had ever been cleaned or even vacuumed. The bed linen and pillows were stained, although they seemed “washed,” and the extra blanket found in the closet (which we had to use during the first two nights) looked terrible… as if it had been through a war. Oh, and I almost forgot — last night we also had cockroaches visiting, just to complete the picture. All in all, the only good thing about this accommodation is the fact that it’s close to the city center. Otherwise, a huge disappointment. A price paid only for the privilege of being near the center, and nothing more.

• Laura (7/5): Così così - Posizione Hanno lasciato un sacco con spazzatura e vecchi asciugamani dell’ospite precedente, ho dovuto sollecitare perché venissero a riprenderlo e ci hanno messo 2 giorni. Inoltre, per un soggiorno di 4 notti, ci sono stati dati solo 3 asciugamani (in totale, per 2 persone), e anche qui ho dovuto chiedere ripetutamente che ce ne portassero 2 in più. In 5 giorni non hanno mai pulito la camera.
