• Renata (8/5): - Pokoj pro 1 osobu malý, na přespání stačí. Žadná skříň, jen věšák. U stropu klima/ topení, v případě zimy lze rychle vytopit. Rychlá wifi. Teplá voda ve sprše i v noci, ale velmi slabý proud vody. Dům má vysoké stropy, chybí jakékoli tlumení zvuku, je slyšet každé cvaknutí dveří, pohyb po domě, hlasy. Na noc se hodí špunty do uší.

Apartamento grande, las vistas no son gran cosa pero la localización muy cerca de la playa. Las duchas, y que no haya personas allí que lo gestionen. Había aparcamiento cerca, pero de pago.

Quiet, clean and relaxing place to work or relax. - I really liked the location - next to the beach, there are several nice typical Portuguese cafeterias owned by local families, very friendly people. Also the room was clean and tidy, the person who greeted me was also very helpful and friendly. For such a good price - amazing quality.

• Erika Teraoka (1/5): Very disappointed with the premises and the owner asked to request refund from booking.com - I never stay in this property and asked for refund on the same day I went there. The property is not secure enough. There isn’t reception, no private bathroom,the room is very dark. Cold, and confused security system on thr door to open and close. I can’t see it properly and find very stressful to open and close the door that need 4 to 6 numbers to digital in a very small numbers. Very disappointed for who is coming by myself. I felt very insecure without a present receptionist available on the premises. Looking forwards to get my refund back as I never stay even one night there.

• Julia (10/5): Amazing place close to the beach - A hidden gem 2 minutes away from the beach. It's a perfect place to stay if you want to relax away from the city business and tourists, but close to the beach, amazing walking routes and still a train away from both Lisbon and Cascais. The place was very clean and comfortable.

• Manuel (8/5): Nóice - Nice and cozy enough for a quick work huddle. Location is top-notch, close to the train station, beach, you're in Cascais in 10 and Lisbon in 30. WhatsApp comm is simple and effective. There's enough food and drinks offer around (#JungleRoom, Mexican joint, Mira, Boteco dos Petiscos, Fauna&Flora). Some customers (mostly Portuguese) can be more noisy than usual.

• FrankNeumann (7/5): Bom preço-qualidade para que precisa ficar 1-2 semanas na zona e não pode pagar Hotel - Prático, limpo e muito bom preço-qualidade em geral Água quente não dá para usar em piso de baixo quando em cima querem tomar duche. De modo geral, 2 casas de banho para 6 quartos duplos-triplos é pouco. Funcionamento de check-in não foi bom, não enviaram códigos de acesso e instruções com antecedência. Uma noite até houve 3 hóspedes que chegaram um pouco depois de maia noite e tocaram a campainha durante meia hora até me levantei e percebi que estavam desesperadas para entrar. Não conseguimos contatar os anfitriões e tiveram de procurar outro sítio. De modo geral, o sítio é um pouco frio e impessoal, tem quase um vibe de prisão (pode ter sido por causa do mau tempo. as instalações em si até são boas e tem um pequeno espaço fora da cozinha...mas vedação de chapa alta e feia toda por volta do prédio.

Limpo, a cama foi confortável, e boa localização muito perto da estação de comboio. Pelo preço pago, recomendo e voltaria. Algum luz logo na porta de entrada exterior convém… cheguei tarde e foi quase impossível ver o código no cacífico.

Local muito perto do mar, restaurantes. supermercado e estação de combouos. checkin foi stress, só mandaram código e instruções depois de eu ter pedido. uma noite toquou a campainha muitas vezes depois deceu estar a dormir, e foram 3 hóspedes que não conseguiram entrar - ninguém mandou instruções/códigos, e ninguém foi contactável. Poucos minutos depois da hora limite do checkin (meia noita). tiveram sair e procurar outro sítio. Casa fria e impessoal. quarto 1 sem privacidade, com jamelas muito rexpostas. Televisão sem pr9gramas mínimas. pressão de água não dá para t9mar duche nas 2 casas de banho ao mesmo tempo..

• Leo (1/5): Horrivel. - De locatie was het enige goede Het toilet in de kamer met eigen badkamer was kapot. Ze trachtten het lek aan de achterkant met een handdoek te stoppen, dat leverde alleen maar ongelooflijke geurhinder op, terwijl ook bij het doortrekken een deel van de toilethoud in de badkamer terecht kwam. Bij eerste klacht zeiden ze nog dat ze het gingen herstellen, maar een nieuwe handdoek er tegen proppen is geen herstelling en gaf zelfde resultaat. De host antwoordde daarna ook niet meer op mijn vragen. Ben een dag eerder vertrokken, en krijg geen antwoord op vraag voor refund. Bookin zou dit huis moeten schrappen.

• Maksym (10/5): - Gostei muito da estadia, sobretudo tendo em conta o preço para esta zona — simplesmente excelente. Neste alojamento tive um quarto individual limpo, com roupa de cama e toalhas limpas. No quarto há televisão e, na área comum, está disponível tudo o que é necessário: na cozinha há chaleira, micro-ondas e muita loiça. A casa de banho também é limpa e arranjada. A localização é mesmo junto à Avenida Marginal, mas o alojamento é silencioso, pois está protegido por edifícios vizinhos do ruído da estrada. É fácil encontrar estacionamento na rua perto da casa, embora seja pago durante o dia. À noite pode-se fazer um passeio a pé, já que as zonas de passeio ficam muito perto

• Chris (9/5): Lovely modern, secure guesthouse in a nice peaceful location - The bedroom was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I don't normally like places where I have to share a bathroom, but the bathrooms here were large, modern, and perfectly clean,. It is in a great location in Sao Pedro do Estoril, only a 10 minute walk from the beach, a 5 minute walk from the train station, and situated in a lovely peaceful street, with plenty of little cafe's and bars around the corner to chill at. It is a very secure place and I was never worried about any security issues. The owner Rodrigo was very helpful with check-in instructions too. Would definitely stay again! It's easy to get woken up during the night by other people staying there. Someone was banging at very late hours with little consideration for anyone else staying there. Would advise people to bring ear plugs :)

Belle cour intérieure pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner mais je n'ai pas vu s'il y avait de l'éclairage pour le soir. Système de code très pratique pour les portes. Hôte très réactif pour résoudre les soucis. Dommage que la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas mais il y a un micro-onde. Il manque une multiprise dans la chambre pour charger son téléphone.
