- Tressha (8/5): - Location was perfect and it was comfortable stay through out me. We didn't have towels and floor mats...and we found a few strands of hair... otherwise, nothing all good
- Claire (8/5): - The room was great. The bed was amazing and the shower was a good pressure. I didn't get to use the pool, due to being busy seeing the sights, but it looked great and was not too busy. The aircon was lovely throughout the night. The kitchen I very good, though only 1 plug socket for all appliances. The laundry room was good too after a week exploring. There was a smell which I couldn't tell if it was from outside or the drains.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, and there were many street food stalls located just downstairs, which made it very easy to find food at any time. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dust throughout the room. In addition, there were many small flies/gnats present, including inside the refrigerator, which raised serious hygiene concerns and made the stay very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the elevator service was extremely slow, which caused inconvenience, especially during peak hours. Cleanliness and basic facilities are important factors in providing a comfortable guest experience, and I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
