That they knocked on our door while Do Not Disturb sign was on and I specifically requested as well not to knock on the door, waking up my friend… Also the location is far away from everything you may want to see in Phuket but the hotel is also nice for a couple days in no out. Also far from the beach.

Nice pool. Breakfast ok. Lots of activities. Gym was split in 2 sections and a bit cramped. Restaurant a little soulless but functional.
• Halil (10/5): It's a very nice hotel. - We stayed there in a 2+1 room. Everything was perfect. The rooms and furniture were quite new and everything was very clean. The kitchen utensils were adequate. The view from the pool was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The location wasn't very good. There's nowhere to swim nearby. If you're going to book this hotel, I recommend renting a car.

Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et à votre service. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt très bien avec quelques petites améliorations éventuellement sur la qualité des produits et le fait de servir chaud. Je recommande cet hôtel qui dispose de l’ensemble des services. Pour être bien reçu, il n’y a quasiment rien de négatif dans cet établissement.

Une piscine à débordement est présente au 5eme étage avec une vue imprenable sur la ville ! Le personnel est extraordinaire et à votre service ! Je vous conseille cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Petit point négatif mais qui je penses sera réglé dans les prochains mois c’est le fait que le service de lingerie n’est ouvert que de 8h à 17h donc si vous avez besoin de couettes supplémentaires, pensez à en demander avant 17h sinon cela risque d’être compliquer

• Lior (10/5): A perfect stay in Phuket! - Staying in this hotel was one of the best decision I made while traveling in Thailand. Everything from the first moment was perfect, the cleanliness, the amazing stuff, the great restaurant, the many services this hotel offers, and of course the amazing pool with its stunning views to Chalong Bay. If I could only offer one feedback, it would be to add more vegetarian options during breakfast. The selection of food is very generous but if you're a vegetarian your options are limited.

• Julie (10/5): Overall, we found our stay relaxing and comfortable. - The staff were friendly and the service excellent. The 2-bedroom apartment we had was comfortable and afforded easy access to the pool. The hotel has a dedicated desk/person who can book sightseeing activities and advice on the best trips to do. Although the hotel is a little isolated restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is a little out of the way from shopping and beaches, however you can book transport easily via an app or with the 24hr reception desk and usually at a reasonable cost.

Pero además destacar todo el personal del hotel no se puede ser más amable y atento, sobresaliendo el responsable del traslado a la playa, una persona maravillosa. Como nuestro avión salía muy tarde, nos permitieron el último día después de hacer el check out, ir a la playa con su transporte, guardarnos nuestro equipaje, y a la vuelta nos habilitaron una ducha y vestuarios para podernos cambiar, todo un detalle Si hay que poner algo negativo sería la vista de nuestra habitación,

• VERITY (9/5): Wonderful hotel with large rooms. - Beautiful rooms and great views from the pool. Good value for money. Shuttle bus to beach was perfect. Staff friendly. Only hotel we’ve been to that ask for deposit in cash. Can’t order cold drinks to pool before 11am.
• Michael (10/5): Great hotel, only let down by lack of beach access. - Incredible room, great staff and good location for getting about (we had a hire car). The infinity pool has the most incredible view over the bay and both food and drink are very well priced. It appears that it is close to the beach, but the one in front of the hotel is privately owned. The public beach is a long walk and isn’t recommended for swimming (is where all the boat trips leave from).

The pool was beautiful and well maintained, they put on movie nights up there and activities were available every day such as cooking class and origami. Food was well cooked and plentiful.

We originally came for a few days but ended up staying for over two weeks because we enjoyed it so much. The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The sea view is stunning, and the breakfast is wonderful with a kind and attentive team. The pool has a perfect view, and there are movie screenings on the rooftop several times a week – a unique and lovely experience. We also enjoyed the gym and the various activities offered by the hotel. Room service was delicious, and the entire staff was professional, friendly, and always happy to help. A special thanks to the wonderful Namthip for her professional and exceptional service. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
• Donna (8/5): Lovely place just needs to sort water pressure and temperature. - An amazing room with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very modern and comfortable. Loved it. The baths just for show. Would take over an hour or so to fill it as water pressures so slow. Also water wasn’t very hot.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy for our family to relax after a long day. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They make us feel welcome and well taken care of. In breakfast they offered a great variety of Thai cuisine each morning. It was something we genuinely looked forward to every day. The view from the hotel was stunning and added an extra touch of serenity to the whole experience. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for our family. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a memorable stay. Thank you for everything :) None

• Yurii (10/5): - Замечательный отель. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Отель очень новый, комнаты в стиле модерн. Цена тоже адекватная. Несмотря на то что отель находится недалеко от побережья, дойти до берега по прямой невозможно. Нужно выходить на центральную дорогу, на которой не везде есть тротуар. В шаговой доступности нет возможности поужинать. Правда это возможность всегда есть в отеле. Кормят очень вкусно и цены тоже нормальные.

• Vincent (10/5): Refreshing, relaxing, rejuvenating stay in Phuket! - From the moment we arrived to checkout, everything was impeccable. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. Our two bedroom suite was very comfortable, perfectly clean and very quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked. Our private pool that came with our suite was pristine and much needed; excellent to have for those late night swims after the rooftop pool closes. Their rooftop pool has amazing views and very spacious to lounge and swim. Their app for room service, resort entertainment/shuttle information and hospitality services is awesome! Washer is very convenient and efficient! We had the most perfect stay at Chalong Bay Marina View!!!! Note: cash room deposit only.
• Zita (10/5): Csodálatos hetet töltöttünk a szállásunkon. - A reggeli nagyon finom, hatalmas választékkal rendelkezett. A lakosztály mindennel felszerelt volt, tágas kényelmes szobákkal, fürdőszobákkal. A kert felől A Nagy Buddha nézett ránk, a másik oldalról pedig a tengert láttuk. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. nem volt ilyen

Personál ok. Obchod 7-leven nedaleko. Trochu odlehlejší místo doprava Boltem na pláže. Nemožnost projít přímo na nedaleké pobřeží z hotelu. Majitelka průchozího pozemku nás vrátila zpět.

• Eirin Eriksen (10/5): Vil anbefale dette hotellet! - Mye for pengene. Hotellet har et fint bassengområde og en rolig atmosfære, samt svært god service. Shuttlebuss til stranden er et stort pluss. Rommene er romslige og velutstyrte, med to bad, kjøkken og en stor balkong. Airconditionen fungerer også veldig bra. Treningsrommet var svært lite, og tredemøllene fungerte ikke. I tillegg var det veldig varmt der. Vi brukte Bolt til nesten alle steder vi skulle, siden hotellet ligger i et ganske kjedelig område. Det er ikke i gangavstand til noe særlig av det vi liker (som fine strender, shoppingsenter, turist-gater), men det tar kort tid med Bolt til de fleste destinasjoner. Bolt er veldig billig - så det gikk helt fint.

• Carlo (10/5): Great Stay in Chalong - Great stay in a quiet location. The staff were excellent - so warm and friendly. Pool was gorgeous, room was exactly as described and it was very cosy and comfortable. Was great to have the washing machine and drying rack on the balcony. There is works going on beside the hotel but it's not noisy and we were never disturbed.

• Ott (10/5): - Just fabulous place! Excellent location, very spacious, modern and clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, awesome rooftop pool with an exceptional view to the bay. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with a lot of variety. Would go there again 100%.
