• Zurab (10/5): - I recently stayed at an apartment-style hotel located in a very good and convenient spot right in the city center. The place turned out to be quite clean and tidy. The owner was also very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The only thing I would wish for is that the room had an iron.

• Jens (6/5): Empfehlung ja und nein - Von der Wohnung aus lässt sich alles sehr gut erreichen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bett bequem. Straße sehr belebt, Partyhotspot! Hat uns persönlich wenig gestört, sollte man aber wissen, das dort viel los ist. Parkplatzbeschreibung irreführend. Man muss erst mal einen bekommen und so einfach war es dann nicht mit der Bezahlung. Es wird schon pünktlich 8 Uhr abgeschleppt und Strafzettel verteilt. Wir haben unser Auto letztlich für die 4 Tage am Rand auf einem P+R videoüberwacht und sicher für 19 Euro gesamt geparkt. Ab der Haustür wie schon mehrfach beschrieben wirklich gruselig im dunkeln und verwahrlost. Nicht einfach auf den Fluren bei der Anreise sein Zimmer zu finden. Null einbruchsicher! Kopfkissen fleckig und ohne Bezüge. Mehrfach darauf hingewiesen! Bezüge bekommen, dreckige Kissen nicht getauscht.

• Amis (8/5): A great apartment in a great location - The location was excellent, we were close to the city centre. The apartment was clean and modern. We only had one towel each for the 4 days that we were there. The bed and pillows were not great, the bed seems lower on the outside and feels like it wants to tip you out. The pillows were too soft. The remote for the tv was very temperamental and mostly did not work. We did report this but each night we had the same problem. On our last night stay I had to unplug the tv at the wall socket to turn it off.
• Philipp Maximilian (5/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage mit vielen ansprechenden Restaurants und einem Supermarkt unter der Unterkunft. Viele Nachrichten durch der/die Gastgeberin im Vorhinein, war total nervig und verwirrend irgendwann. Als wir aber in der Unterkunft waren hat keiner mehr gefragt ob alles passt. Es gab nur zwei große Handtücher und ein kleines Handtuch, er wäre schön wenn es einen Badvorleger gegeben hätte und noch ein zweites kleines Handtuch. Die Straße war laut, dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts, nur zur Information für Reisende. Wir haben gefragt, ob es möglich wäre 15 Minuten früher einzuchecken, was verweigert wurde. Schade für die fehlende Gastfreundlichkeit und Kulanz. Es waren keine Stunden, sondern lediglich ein paar Minuten. Es gab keinen Schwamm, somit konnte man auch nichts abspülen. Obwohl eine Küche und Ausstattung vorhanden war. Der Mülleimer im Badezimmer war noch von den vorherigen Gästen voll was ich als extrem eklig empfand Allem in allem habe ich mich nicht wohlgefühlt und war durch die Gesamtsituation sehr genervt. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen!

• Victoria (6/5): - Der Preis war gut Handtücher waren dreckig, Im Bad hatte es dauerhaft einen unangenehmen Geruch, den Code, um bei der Wohnungstür hereinzukommen, hat man erst nach nachfragen erhalten. Das Gebäude war sehr gruselig, ich würde es keiner Frau empfehlen alleine hier hin zu reisen!
• Christos (9/5): Μετά φόβου ότι θα με σκοτώσουν . - Η πορεία προς το διαμέρισμα μέχρι να πας στα δωμάτια είναι ανησυχητική, είναι αρκετά βρόμικη , και πολύ σκοτεινή. Αρκετά επικίνδυνη. Ειδικά στην είσοδο που μπαίνεις στα δωμάτια , που βρίσκονται σε μια εγκαταλελειμμένη σκάλα χωρίς καθόλου φως ούτε στην σκάλα , ούτε έξω από το δωμάτιο , έστω κάποιο φως να ανάβει με αισθητήρα . Πολύ επικίνδυνο και επικίνδυνη περιοχή . Δεν θα το σύστηνα σε κοπέλες που δεν συνοδεύονται να κλείσουν αυτά τα δωμάτια . Παρόλα αυτά τα δωμάτια μέσα είναι εξαιρετικά, μοντέρνα , καθαρά , και εύχρηστα .

• Netta (3/5): I'm sure there are nicer places to stay in the area. - The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and aesthetically. The staff who contacted us via WhatsApp was cour and happy to help. The location is central and convenient. This is not an apartment but one room. Like a standard hotel room. A double bed and a sofa bed next to it. There is a tiny kitchen but no table to eat at. The sofa is very uncomfortable and not recommended to sleep on. The building itself is neglected, dirty and smells bad. Cans and papers are thrown on the stairs and no one collects or cleans.To reach the property, you have to pass by garbage containers. They are open and full and it is very unpleasant.
• Zeanub (4/5): It was just ok, not very happy. - The location was perfect — very central and made it so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, whether walking or using public transport. There were also local mini-markets nearby, which was super convenient for picking up water and other everyday essentials. The room itself was clean. Getting into the building was unnecessarily complicated. We were not given any entry codes in advance, and contacting customer service was difficult. The codes were only provided well after the official check-in time, and even then, there were three separate codes required just to access the apartment. Inside, the problems continued. The bed only had a mattress protector with no linen. When we asked for proper bedding, we were told it would be provided the next day — but it never arrived. Sleeping directly on the protector was very uncomfortable. The duvet cover had a mark on it. On top of that, the apartment description was misleading: it advertised a city view and a dining table, but there was neither. Another frustrating issue was the lack of a kettle. I enjoy having tea first thing in the morning, but without one, I had to leave the apartment every day just to buy a cup. Given how unhelpful customer service was with other issues, I didn’t even bother contacting them again. They only provided one medium-sized towel for each guest. Overall, I felt throughout my stay that if we had any emergency or major issue, we would not be able to rely on their customer service at all.

• Beatriz (9/5): - La ubicación muy buena, cerca de ruin bar y de restaurantes y de todo el centro . La habitación muy limpia y con un tamaño adecuado. Calentita, agua caliente y secador de pelo y jabón. Eche en falta un par de toallas más de mano para cada uno. La almohada un poco blanda y los edredones bien pero al ser individuales se caen mucho. La cocina pequeña pero no la usamos nada. Las llaves son códigos, que van llegando a goteo. Por un lado es bueno pq no llevas llave física pero por otro puede ser tedioso esperar a q cierre la habitación sola. Nosotros llegamos tarde a un free tour pq la puerta no cerraba.La respuesta fue rápida pero todo vía WhatsApp. Cuando vas von horarios estos inconvenientes son muy negativos

• Valentina (3/5): - Buona posizione e bell’arredamento della stanza. La struttura si presenta come un appartamento, ma in realtà è semplicemente una stanza molto basica e poco attrezzata. Mancano elementi essenziali come un armadio: ci sono solo alcune stampelle appese alla lampada, e non è presente neanche un divano o uno spazio adeguato per sistemare le proprie cose. L’edificio in cui si trova la camera è in condizioni davvero pessime: il cortile è trascurato e l’ascensore è vecchio e fatiscente, tanto da risultare poco rassicurante da utilizzare. Le pulizie non vengono effettuate durante il soggiorno e il costo della camera è decisamente sproporzionato rispetto ai servizi offerti. Viene fornito un solo asciugamano medio a persona per tre giorni, senza alcun cambio. Il piatto doccia si allagava ogni volta, creando diversi centimetri d’acqua stagnante: una situazione poco igienica e anche pericolosa, perché si rischia di scivolare. Altro problema: nonostante avessero detto che ci avrebbero inviato il codice della stanza, al nostro arrivo – stanche dal viaggio – non avevamo ricevuto nulla. Abbiamo dovuto contattare l’assistenza per riuscire ad accedere. Infine, la “reception” non è nella struttura e serve solo per il deposito bagagli, che tra l’altro è a pagamento. Trovo assurdo che, pur non potendo fare il check-in prima delle 15, non sia possibile lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente in un posto per cui si sta già pagando. In generale, esperienza deludente e non in linea con quanto descritto.
