• Stefan (1/5): Possibly satisfactory depending on your level. - The apartment was clean and may be comfortable, but after seeing the neighborhood and interacting with the owner over emails and WhatsApp we decided to stay at the IBIS down the road and closer to the MVM Dome where we were going for the monster truck show. We arrived in the evening. My first impression was that the area was dingy and poorly kept. The street where I was supposed to pay for parking was poorly lit, the area between the curb was mostly wet dirt and there was an individual digging through the garbage bins across the street from the green gate to the building. The building itself is very solid but unappealing and reminiscent of mass housing from the days of communism. I was instantly unimpressed and communicated my disappointment to the owner who reacted as if I were rejecting a property in Dubai or my home country of Canada, which is definitely not the case here as I'm sure you will find out if you stay. Besides being indignant, the owner accused me of being a trouble maker and when I told her I would like a refund in order to stay at a proper hotel, she said that she would prefer that to dealing with people like me. We went upstairs to look at the place and it wasn't bad, but I couldn't get the initial bad taste out of my mouth so we left with no refund.

• Dávid (9/5): Igényes és csendes. - A parkolásra tényleg közvetlenül a tömb mellett volt lehetőség, nem kellett keresgélni, a díjszabás korrekt. A tulajdonos segítőkész. Az kifejezetten tetszett nekünk, hogy az udvar zárt, illetve a lépcsőház is, így tényleg csak az juthat be, akinek van hozzá jogosultsága. Az ablakok a belső udvarra néznek, így teljesen védett az utca zajától, csend van bent. A lakás tágas, jól felszerelt, minden bútor modern, karbantartott. Két ember kényelmesen elfér benne. Mi csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de teljesen alkalmas hosszabb tartózkodásra. Gyalogosan kényelmesen megközelíthető a Spar, Lidl, Burger King, McDonald's, valamint a hármas metró és a villamos. Nem utolsósorban pedig a Bárczi is, így kimondottan ajánlom azoknak, akik a közelben aludnának egy vizsga előtt. ;) Aznap este a zuhanyzáskor nem volt elég melegvíz, de biztosan orvosolható lett volna, ha hosszabb időre maradunk.

• bocaccio (10/5): - Minden rendben volt, a szállásadó nagyon egyszerű és részletes utasítást adott a bejutást illetően. Jól felszerelt és tiszta helységek. A szoba termosztát nem működik megfelelően, a leírást követve sem tudtuk életre kelteni, lehet valami kontakt hiba van.

• Ines (10/5): Izvanredno! - Apsolutno sve je bilo super! Cijeli apartman je bio čist, uredan i komforan. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, ima aparate i raznog posuđa za kuhanje, praktički sve što trebate. Kad sam tek došla u apartman, grijanje je već bilo upaljeno, tako da pohvala za to jer je vani bilo hladno i kišovito, puno mi je značilo doći u topao apartman nakon putovanja koje je trajalo više od pola dana - ne rade to svi domaćini, nažalost. Komunikacija s domaćinima je bila odlična, uvijek su bili dostupni i brzo su odgovarali na sve moje upite. Dali su mi jasne upute vezano za check-in, koji je bio zaista jednostavan, tako da nije bilo nikakvih problema. Zbog svega toga, ako ponovno budem putovala i trebala smještaj negdje u okolici, definitivno bih se voljela opet ovdje vratiti. Sve pohvale, hvala Vam na ugodnom boravku! -

Acomodação perfeita, tudo muito limpo e organizado, anfitriã deixou tudo bem organizado para nossa chegada, tinha até mimo na mesa ! Não se tem nada a reclamar foi a melhor acomodação que tivemos em Budapest, próximo do metrô e supermercado.

• Krisztian Fischer (10/5): - The flat is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is nicely decorated and feels like the owner put a lot of thought in how to create a home like environment. We would be mkre than happy to return here on our next trip.

• Solivagant (10/5): - The apartment seemed freshly renovated, featuring simplistic interior with enough of amenities for a pleasant stay. You have it all - a well equipped kitchen with utensils, a fridge, even a dishwasher. There was a plenty of space in the wardrobe. The presence of an air-conditioning was very much appreciated, considering the heat-wave that I was experiencing during my visit. The apartment was very clean - every room was thoroughly cleaned with some fresh aromas put throughout the apartment. I noticed that the bed linens were of higher quality, as well as the towels, made out of thick material that absorbs more water and humidity than the thin ones - there was also a drying-rack to prevent the towel from being all the time too soggy. Around the apartment, there is not too much going on, apart from a big beautiful park with plenty of shade, where you can have some relaxation time. However, there is a metro station at a walking distance with very regular trains, so you can travel quickly to the center. Make sure that you get enough of supplies the first day, since there are not 24 hours shops nearby, so if you ran out of groceries, you will have to go to the center for that. There is a big supermarket nearby, but it is not 24/7. It is a residential area, so kind of makes sense. Speaking of which, I loved how quiet and relaxing were the neighbourhood. The bedroom window was looking to a common backyard with some gorgeous old trees to keep the heat at bay. The price was quite acceptable. The communication with the owner was very polite and I got the impression that the owners really made the effort to make their guests really welcomed. In a nutshell, that was easily one of my best stays in recent years - everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended.
• Justin_case (10/5): Very clean apartment with gentle host - Apartment is pretty clean and spacious. It is located in the quiet area and near metro station, so city center can be reached quickly. The view from the window points to a yard with a lot of trees which is nice. Apartment is well equipped, so you can find everything you need. Ingrid is a very polite and sweet host, we had a great communication. I fully recommend you to stay at this apartment. Mostly everything was perfect. Only one thing at the moment I stayed in the apartment is that there were some network issues so Wi-Fi was not available for a short time, but Ingrid gave her best to inform the provider. Bonus: Maybe a TV can be added in the living room in the future.

• Michalicenko (9/5): Superb - I used the apartment with my family for 3 nights and we didn't miss anything. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was equipped. We had the slightest problem with the accommodation, thanks to the great hostess Ingrid. There was no problem with parking, we always found a free space. Outside weekends and holidays, however, for a fee. The metro stop is 3 minutes walk away, as well as the possibility of buying groceries. I would like to do it again sometime I didn't agree to anything...
