Guests are required to upload a photo ID ahead of arrival via a secured link. This is for insurance and fraud prevention purposes.
- Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee of £50.
- Strictly no stag or hen parties.
- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)
- A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee of £150 will be charged.
- Standard Late Checkout Fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.
- Unauthorized Late Checkout: If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee of £50 per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.
-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Spacious airy flat
Size of bedrooms great Appalling communications fro Prim Stay regarding key code, check in details. I had to chase them for the info once I arrived at the property.
TV has no terrestial channels only streaming services
Mattress very uncomfortable
Parking spaces very tight for anyone parking anything bigger than a ford fiesta

It was clean mattresses were dreadful very soft and very lumpy'. Cannot believe nobody had complained before. Suspect there had been complaints which were ignored. 2 settees one very badly marked and both very uncomfortable,
Outside building very unwelcoming, and lobby and lift very dirty

The accommodation was functional, very quiet, and perfectly located in the heart of Norwich. The accommodation is quiet and centrally located, with a functional setup. However, more kitchenware would be helpful, the furniture feels worn, and the queen-size mattress needs replacing. Check-in was complicated due to incorrect key box information, which cost us several hours and required lengthy communication with facility management.
