- Anna (8/5): Emplacement idéal - Emplacement idéal, belle cabane! Cabane devant la lagune (numéro 11), une vue exceptionnelle! Ouverture sous la porte d’entrée qui laisse passer les insectes et la chaleur. Nous avons signalé, mais rien n’a été fait durant le séjour. Très petite salle de douche et un peu loin de la cabane, Nous avons demande également plus de café, car il y’a une seule capsule par personne et par jour. Petit déjeuner servi très tard à partir de 9h

- Lisa (9/5): Incroyable - La vue sur la lagune est magnifique et le lieu est reposant. C’est très propre et bien équipé (frigo, café et boissons chaque jour). Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons pu utiliser les kayaks mis à disposition gratuitement. Il y a également un restaurant avec du choix et le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse de la cabane. Nous étions dans la cabane la plus proche de l’eau, à noter que les 3 premières petites cabanes ont bien une salle de bain privée mais elles se situent à l’extérieur vers l’entrée de l’établissement. Si vous n’êtes pas confortable avec cela vous pouvez choisir une autre cabane plus grande avec la salle de bain à l’intérieur.

- Kyla (9/5): - Better than expected. Super friendly staff. Beautiful scenery and comfortable beds. The food was absolutely amazing. The other guests on site were very respectful of everyone and their belongings. Everything we wanted in a relaxing vacation. The only thing a bit uncomfortable was the heat at night and the A/C didn't cool off our Palapa hut as one would expect. If you swing the A/C door directly down on the bed it keeps cool.

Se fue la luz y el agua mientras me bañaba, pero me ofrecieron una cubeta para enjuagarme. Las botellas de agua de cortesía son mínimas: dos botellitas que no hacen ni medio litro. Desearía que ofrecieran más opciones de café.

- Rachel (9/5): Beautiful location with wonderful staff, and a hearty breakfast. - Beautiful, peaceful property right on the lagoon. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent- fruit with granola, scrambled eggs with chorizo, and a ham and cheese bun. The breakfast was only available from 9am onwards and we are early risers, no fresh coffee (no milk/cream), and seemed like no options for vegetarians.

- Aurelie (10/5): Endroit parfait, je recommande+++++ - On a adoré cet hôtel en mode camping de luxe. Les cabanes sont mieux équipées que certains hôtels qu'on a pu faire. A 20 mètres on a la laguna pour nous. Sans surplus on a pu utiliser les paddles, canoë et scooter. Le personnel est adorable. Les jus de fruits très bons. On est juste à côté d'un cenote. On a pris une excursion avec l'hôtel sur la laguna. Franchement, Bacalar+ cet hôtel est notre meilleure étape. Le petit déjeuner (omelette, purée haricots, le jus) n'a rien d'extraordinaire malheureusement pour un français, le petit cake avec le petit bol de fruits étaient bons et c'est compris dans la nuit donc ça va.

It is probably one of the best spots for swimming/walking in the water and there are plenty of kayaks and stand up paddles that can be used. Bungalows were clean and the staff very nice. There is no restaurant or bar at the location and if the weather is bad options are very limited.

Le site est superbe et très bien situé avec une plage magnifique qui s’étend au loin dans la lagune. Les petites cabanes sont très agréables et le déjeuners copieux. Evaristo a été un responsable apprécié et particulièrement avenant . Merci La plage est le point de baignade de plusieurs excursionnistes en pontons.

A 10mn de LOS RAPIDOS qui est à faire si vous séjournez à Bacalar.

Agua caliente con buenísima presión, TV, nevera….todo lo que necesitas para una estancia perfecta. El desayuno incluido es fundamental y esta súper bien servido. Evaristo me recibió muy amablemente y estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesite. Todo el personal fue súper amable. Volveré sin dudas !! Muchas gracias !!

Anna du staff qui a voulu nous facturer une capsule de café supplémentaire...

Außerdem hervorzuheben: wir haben bei unserer Abreise Kopfhörer im Zimmer vergessen. Manager Evaristo war super hilfsbereit und hat einen Transport nach Tulum organisiert. Riesen Dank! Super wäre es, wenn es Milch für den Kaffee geben würde.

Ils ont donné de bonnes suggestions de restaurants et étaient accomodants. Très bel endroit près de la lagune. Le tour de bateau que l'on a acheté était ordinaire. On croyait qu'on verrait plus de choses mais c'était seulement de la baignade et un peu de renseignements sur les cenotes. Par contre le capitaine était très gentil et ça faisait une belle petite sortie entre amis.

- Jessica (10/5): - Amazing location. In my opinion you really don’t need to leave the property other than to go grab lunch or dinner. You have a prime spot on the lagoon, kayaks (a lot of them!), a couple of SUP boards, and chairs to lounge in the sun. People specifically come from other parts of Bacalar to this area of the lagoon because it’s so perfect! The staff were amazing, very accommodating, bringing us our breakfast at times that suited us. The breakfast was always very good, yogurt with fruit and granola, bread and ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, beans, carrot cake, and juice.

There was a smell coming from the bathrooms but it was due to the septic tanks. We just closed the bathroom door and it didn't smell in the room.

- Medina (10/5): Relaxing, fun, beautiful view of the lagoon - Cozy cabins with all the amenities [toiletries, beach towels, in-room coffee machine, plenty of outlets to charge electronics, comfortable bed, linens, and pillows, small fridge stocked daily with water, soda, and beer. Complete breakfast brought to your door every morning. The lagoon is a dream! Green kayaks, vests, and paddle boards for guest use during the day. I enjoyed the swings in the lagoon 🙃This is also a good place to take tours to nearby areas such us Mahahual and Chetumal. The best thing though, is the staff who go above and beyond to serve your needs. Just ask and they’ll figure it out for you. I hope to come back soon with the family. Located a little far from the main plaza. It’s difficult to find mainly because the local taxis know it by Playa Laguna instead of the advertised name. The outside sign is small and easy to miss, especially if you arrive after dark.

Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und genießen und durch die Scooter, die man kostenlos ausleihen kann, ist auch das Zentrum leicht erreichbar. Das inkludierte Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und auch für uns Vegetarier sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt direkt um 2 Tage verlängert!

Breakfast was terrific and brought to cabana or by water wherever u wanted each morning. Staff were kind and friendly want to make your stay nice. Especially a fellow named Evaristo, he was extra attentive to making our stay special!! Sad to leave and can’t wait to go back! Nothing to not like. Some reviews we read prior booking said no where to eat for restaurants and no where to buy beer or snacks and water etc. beach club restaurant down the street had terrific well priced meals and a few blocks down a lil market store where u could buy drinks etc. a short cab ride for 60-80 pesos u are down town at any restaurant. We walked to town which is likely a few kms but safe and walkable streets too. Pontoon tour of lagoon terrific too!!

- Luis (10/5): Amazing place - The place is in a very quiet place where you are able to rest pleasantly. Then the part of the lagoon where it's located is stunning making breakfast to start your day an amazing experience. On top of this the staff is very helpful and the kayaks they offer included in the price is an amazing way to get to know different parts of the lagoon or just chill in the water. Finally each day they leave you complimentary drinks, coffee and tea. Maybe a table in the room to put your stuff.

- Vicky (10/5): Directement sur la lagune, une très belle expérience! - Directement situé sur la lagune, l’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique. Les trois petites cabines en triangle (cabines 9, 10 et 11) sont celles qui se trouvent le plus près de l’eau, mais elles ne disposent pas de salle de bain attenante. Chacune possède toutefois une salle de bain privée située à l’entrée du resort, à environ 50 mètres à pied. Pour ceux qui souhaitent une cabine plus spacieuse avec salle de bain intégrée tout en restant près de l’eau, la cabine 8 représente un excellent compromis. Cela dit, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la cabine 11, presque les pieds dans l’eau ! Les cabines sont bien équipées avec un petit réfrigérateur, une cafetière et une climatisation très efficace. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Les petits-déjeuners sont généreux et délicieux. Le resort se trouve à seulement 8 minutes en voiture du centre, où l’on trouve d’excellents restaurants. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Lors de notre passage, un petit bar-restaurant était en construction sur le site, ce qui ajoutera assurément une belle valeur à l’expérience.

- jean-paul (8/5): Bien pour la lagune mais pas d'intimité - L'hôtel donne sur une petite plage de la lugune. Il est coincé entre les autres propriétés mais pas vue sur les autres. Cayac à disposition. Les cabanes sont très proches les unes des autres. Mais on n'a pas de vis à vis mais pas d'intimité non plus. Petits déjeuners mediocres et tardifs (9h). On vit vraiment tous ensemble !

- Sandra (5/5): Beautiful spot on the lagoon with kayaks and easy access to swimming. - We loved the location on the lagoon, the friendly staff, the kayaks and the breakfast. I feel for the price it was over-priced. The chairs on the deck are super uncomfortable, there are zero common areas for any type of comfortable seating. Also the pillow on the bed were like couch pillows instead of a proper bed pillow. As a result your head was over elevated making it uncomfortable. As a new resort I hope management reads this and makes a few tweaks for greater comfort and value. To lower rates by about 20% will get you more bookings.
- Thomas (8/5): Hébergement atypique, les pieds dans l'eau - Hébergement atypique avec vue directement sur le lac de Bacalar. L' espace devant est parfait pour la baignade (d'ailleurs c'est une halte de certains bateaux d' excursions) et départ en kayak (gratuit) pour l'île aux oiseaux. Par contre attention, un peu loin du canal des pirates en kayak (nous l'avons fait mais presque 8km...) Notre hébergement ne comportait pas de salle de bain DANS le logement mais une salle de bain privatisé a 80m, a l'entrée de la résidence. C était parfait. Réfrigérateur avec quelques consommations incluses gratuitement, climatisation et wifi dans la chambre. Literie bonne avec moustiquaire. Très bon petit déjeuner ! Nous avions la cabane la plus proche du lac... A 5m. Le seul souci peut être que certains résidents des autres logements peuvent se mettre sur la plage a cet endroit là .. vous avez donc devant votre logement, par moment, des personnes de la résidence.
