Important Information
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigaret butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- CHAI (1/5): חוסר יושר מוחלט מצד בעלי הדירה - המיקום והנוף מהדירה היו יפים בעלת הדירה חייבה אותנו ב100 דולר על גביע זכוכית פשוט שנמכר בחוץ אולי ב15 דולר שנשבר בגלל משב רוח שנכנס מהמרפסת. הסברנו לבעלת הדירה אך כלום לא עזר הרגשנו עקיצה וגנבה מאיתנו! לעולם לא נחזור להתארח בדירה הזו. בנוסף לא מנקים את הדירה במהלך השהות בה לא מחליפים מגבות ולא מרוקנים פחים!!!!

Viele Supermärkte können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Apartment ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Der General Manager ist durchgehend erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und die ganze Abwicklung von Buchung bis Schlüsselübergabe hat unkompliziert funktioniert (zB über WhatsApp Chat). -

Lots of Cafe's, Restaurants and Bars, Shops etc close by The Apartment is beautiful and the common areas are spotlessly clean and smelt amazing. The Gym is decently equipped very tidy and never too busy. The underground carpark is spotless, well lit and has huge 4x4 sized allocated parking bay. The Staff are super helpful as was the Host Hamza. The swimming pool is a little on the small size. This is the only issue everything else was spot on
