- Che Yuan (1/5): - Cheap The system erro caused I book two rooms for same period. I contact the hotel immediately the insisted I still have to pay for two room which I only need one. No negotiable very bad customer service also the hotel is far from the metro or JR line . The front desk is lacking for professional knowledge.
