• Iuliia (10/5): - Excellent hotel! They greet you with a welcome drink and give you a delicious dessert upon checkout. It's a new, beautiful hotel, everything is very clean. Air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, kettle in the room, and two bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing – you could choose any dish you wanted, plus extras from the buffet. They make delicious coffee. Before leaving, I couldn't get a taxi, but the receptionist was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Non

• Riikka (7/5): Decent hotel in Pratunam - It's a decent hotel with big comfy beds (at least in my room). The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The location is alright although it does take 15 minutes to the metro station. It's very close to Pratunam market which was nice and lively. When I checked in they said I'd need to call reception upon leaving so they would check my room for any damage. Quite off-putting. The room had a list of costs for every single thing that could be broken or damaged. Felt very cheap. The room had darkening curtains next to the bed but the windows in front of the sink (which was in the bedroom, not the bathroom) only had a white curtain so I had to use a sleep mask... Not great.
• CARRIE ONG (6/5): Metz pratunam Review - The location is quite centralised and near to Pratunam. The room does not have a mirror. The bed is not comfortable and sink when you sleep. The TV remote control not working well. The door cannot be open with the card. Have to try multiple times before the door can be open. The walls are very thin. There is lots of knocking and dropping sound throughout. The bathroom door cannot be close. The toilet bowl cannot be flush.

• Jessalyn (9/5): It was a pleasant experience! - The property is always clean and it smells so good. It is near 7 eleven and there are a lot of places to eat good food around the area. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. There’s also a small lift if you don’t want to use the stairs. The staff are very accommodating and really helpful. They even helped us bring our luggage to our room during check-in. And it is so thoughtful of them to give us a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in and did the same with a drink and a dessert upon check-out. It was really a pleasant stay at Metz Pratunam. It is a bit far from the train station but still good since most of the things we need are within reach. It’s easy to book a grab ride in the area. The wifi connection is not that stable.

• Magdalena (10/5): - This is really nice place - situated close to biggest shopping malls and food and clothes street markers. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, rooms are clean, AC is working good and beds are comfortable. It is a bit wierd that you have to order your breakfast day before and indicate the time already, but still it is tasty. We also got an upgrade to our room - we had a massage chair which was pretty cool thing. Overall very pleasant stay. I recommend staying here.

• Audrey (10/5): Très bien - Nous avons trouvé le personnel adorable, au petit soin. L'hôtel est proche des magasins, points de restauration et à environ 10 minutes du métro. La coin douche était très propre, avec eau chaude et produits d'hygiène. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, ils demandent de choisir une assiette en plus du buffet (choix vegetarien). Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu dur mais c'est souvent le cas en Thaïlande. La chambre est un petit peu petite, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'espace pour ranger les affaires. Il n'y a pas de salle de bain, juste un coin douche et un coin toilette.
• Pauline (4/5): Disappointing hotel, I do not recommend for the noise - Location Helpful staff Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the traffic all day and night. The rooms are very small, so unless you have the one in the corner (I had room 601, in a corner), you’ll feel like living in a shoe box. But the corner room is next to the staff room, so you’ll get the staff speaking loud between them and also making noise with the plastic bags starting 6.30am. And the shower/toilets are in the middle of the room, no privacy if you are several people in the room. I had written a message in advance to ask for a quiet room on the top floor, but the request had not been taken into account when I arrived, which was not a good experience. The staff who did the check in was trying to accommodate and find a solution, I recognize and appreciate their professionalism though :) I had booked to 4 nights, but I left after one night only. They agreed on paying me back the nights I did not stay at their hotel, which was appreciated too. If you are sensitive to noise, if you are travelling with family/friends/partner, I don’t recommend going there. You can find plenty of other hotels with more silence and space in the same neighborhood.
• Ecem (8/5): Helpful staff - The staff is very helpful and smiling. Location is close to the airport metro but not to other metro stations. We used tuktuk to get back to hotel most evenings. The room we stayed in had windows with blackout curtains but it would help if they also put lighter curtains. We had to keep then shut all the time as the rooms look directly into other buildings. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good to start the day.

The room did not have a table and a chair, I felt uncomfortable as I had some work I had to do with my laptop for working inside the room was not very comfortable.

• Jarn (7/5): Amazing location - There is a massage chair in the room. Which is of course completely non needed, as there are many Thai massages around the hotel, but it was funny to try once. The location is amazing, close to street food, markets, night market, and good distance to Central shopping mall. Also 7-eleven is next to the hotel. A la carte breakfast is a bit small to choose from. The rooms have a lot of windows and it’s impossible to get the room dark. There are even windows behind the bathroom sink and in the shower. Also the hotel needs maintenance. Window blinds were broken.

• Zhi Yi (8/5): - My room is quite spacious, i like the idea of toilet and shower room is separate. There are many massage shops nearby, 7-11 is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, he check up us whenever we are back to hotel. The hotel also comes with welcome and goodbye drinks. My parent room is slightly small, maybe because the bed is bigger? One thing missing from this hotel is a chair. It's quite inconvenient without chair.. And if you're taking ARL to reach hotel, it's quite difficult to walk with lot of luggage. The road is uneven and narrow, we sweat a lot when we reached hotel.

• Toshihiko (8/5): 何度も泊まりたくなるホテル - Suvarnabhumi空港から直結するARLのRatchaprarop駅とPhaya Thai駅の中間あたりにあり、それぞれの駅から歩いて10分程度と大変便利な場所にある。歩いて3-4分ほどの通りにはレストラン、コンビニなどの売店も多く、賑やかだが、ホテル周辺は静かで、滞在にはうってつけのホテルである。 泊まった部屋には椅子がなかったのが少し残念。

• Malis (8/5): Nous avons globalement passés 2 bonnes nuits à Bangkok. - Les chambres sont propres et l’hôtel n’est pas très loin des centres d’intérêts. Il y a le nécessaire pour passer 2 bonnes nuits. Le personnel très gentil et accueillant. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant pour démarrer la journée. Attention pour les chambres qui sont localisées à l’avant du bâtiment, les tuk tuk sont bruyants la nuit.

• Pascal (3/5): A box near Platinum mall - The location was close to Platinum mall and there are nearby nice massage places. The room is a small box once middle size suitcase on the ground you need to jump directly on the bed and with the Airconditioning installed above the TV directly blowing at your face. The ventilation in the toilet sounds like a tuk tuk driving in your room. The breakfast was a big disappointment but the coffee is good.

• Elomine (10/5): - Hôtel très bien placé et au calme, je suis sensible au bruit et je n'ai pas été dérangé, à 5min du marché et 12min du métro. Les lits était confortable ainsi que les oreillers, ce qui est très appréciable en Thaïlande ! Le personnel était formidable, vraiment très attentionné avec le sens du service et le petit déjeuner était parfait ! Je reviendrais très certainement ici pour les prochains séjour à Bangkok.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Room was made/cleaned every day. They also made an effort to decorate the room for my husband’s and son’s birthday. ☺️ Nothing.
