• Davide (10/5): Abbiamo soggiornato dal 1-5 gennaio. Famiglia numerosa (2 adulti e 4 figli). La struttura si è rivelata essere molto con - La grande sala luminosa e la terrazza. La cucina perfettamente accessoriata. La posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria è invidiabile per chi vuole muoversi lentamente in treno tra le bellezze della Costa Azzurra. La vicinanza al mare di Juan Le Pen e a 15 min a piedi dal centro di Antibes. Il parcheggio, ma solamente perché avevamo un auto molto grande che non poteva accedere al parcheggio interrato dell’appartamento.
• Chiara (10/5): - Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia qualche giorno nell'appartamento le Cap st. Charles. Eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, dotato di tutti i confort: climatizzazione e riscaldamento, una cucina attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare per più persone, una piastra molto ampia e un grande frigorifero, oltre ad altre attrezzature, come macchina del caffè e microonde. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la luminosità dell'appartamento, circondato da un bellissimo terrazzo che gira tutto intorno con una vista sul mare e sulle montagne. La posizione è molto silenziosa e abbiamo dormito bene. I letti sono comodi e le stanze spaziose. Amanda ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è stata molto premurosa, così come Guy. Ci hanno fornito tante indicazioni molto precise e utili prima del nostro arrivo. La vicinanza con i negozi, il centro e il lungomare sono stati una piacevole sorpresa. La stazione è a pochi passi, ed è stata fondamentale per poter visitare in treno le città vicine, senza spostare l'auto e arrivando direttamente in centro città (ad esempio a Nizza e Cannes) dove sarebbe difficile trovare parcheggio. I treni sono frequenti e puntuali. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare di nuovo a Juan-les-pins e in Costa Azzurra. Grazie ancora di tutto! Niente 😀

Et surtout tout était parfait niveau accueil : Guy et Amanda sont ultra réactifs, nous ont donné de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de ce séjour professionnel.

The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy to cook meals during our stay. Amanda and Guy were incredibly responsive—any questions we had were answered promptly and handled with care. Juan Les Pins is a fantastic base for exploring the French Riviera, and the train station is only a 5-minute walk away, making day trips to nearby towns super convenient. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! nothing to complain

• Alexey (10/5): Exceptional - - The terrace wraps around two sides of the apartment, so there is almost always a sunny spot. - One side of the terrace has a patio table and this corner is covered with a plastic screen - this area is comfortable even on a windy day. - Every room has roller-shutters and this minimizes street noise. - There are two sets of keys, that is very convenient if parties return to the apartment in different time. - Both beds (actually one bed and one sofa-bed) are comfortable.
• Klaus (10/5): This place is to be cherished - Amanda was waiting for us with her baby on the arm to make sure we got the right address. Then she showed us the apartment ( a place one would like to stay for much longer). The description of this very beautiful and well thought out place is more then accurate. We felt at home the moment we set foot into this place. Also everything in this apartment was perfectly suited for us to enjoy our stay. There was nothing we were missing. Not to forget the terrace all around the apartment was very inviting and we spent quite some time in the evening enjoying the very special atmosphere of Juan les Pins. everything was perfect. Service, instructions how to get there what to do was extremely helpful
• Vaitkiene (10/5): On the top of Juan les Pins! Close to the beach - Well furnished and well equipped apartment with spacious terrace at the top floor near the embankment of Juan les Pins. We really enjoyed our breakfasts on the sunny terrace and had a great time here in the evenings with a glass of wine and long conversations. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. And a very welcome and caring host, Guy, and his assistant, Amanda, whom we are really thankful for their help and care! We liked everything

Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the space. Not really a downgrade at all, but, as the owner mentions, the parking space is very tight . . . It's better as a "park it and forget it" spot.
