• Piengrudee Olarikded (9/5): Apartment in Krakow - Location is very good, in a walking distance to the palace and old town. The Balcony is lovely. Staffs at the building reception were very helpful. There is no kitchen exhaust hood. The middle room had slide doors which did not seal.

• Vanessa (9/5): A great space to enjoy a special trip to Krakow. - The location and layout of the rooms worked well for our family situation. The managment responded quickly to any questions I had and they were informative. The apartment is well equiped and good value for your money. I appreciated how clean everything was, and the little details in the space. One of the bathrooms is set up to have an open shower situation with a curtain and sliding door for the room. It's not our preference. I don't understand why some bathrooms are setup with no shower curtain or door, but otherwise everything was nice. The facilities were modern enough that you could overlook that detail.
• Latifah (10/5): مثالي جدًا - كانت التجربة رائعة جدًا. الشقة واسعة ونظيفة ومجهزة بكل ما يلزم للإقامة المريحة. أكثر ما يميزها هو الإطلالة المباشرة على النهر، منظر خلاب خصوصًا في الصباح وعند غروب الشمس. المكان هادئ ويمنح إحساسًا بالراحة والاسترخاء، والشرفة المطلة على النهر كانت مثالية لشرب القهوة أو قراءة كتاب اشعر وكأني اسكن في كاتلوج لمحل اثاث😅 كل شى كان مثالي جدًا باستثناء الدخول واجهت مشكلة بسيطة جدًا لكن تم التعاون معي وإذا اُتيحت لي الفرصة للسكن مجددًا ساكن هنا بلا تردد

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja (wiatrak) oraz lodówka, podczas wchodzenia innych lokatorów do pokoju obok było wszystko słychać przez drzwi i niestety miałam wrażenie, że ktoś chce wejść do pokoju.
• Hnan (3/5): كادت تكون جيده لو تعاون معنا المسؤل - موظف الاستقبال كان متعاون معنا جدا وحاول يساعدنا دائما الشقه نظيفه بس ضيقه جدا لم استطع مشاهده النهر بسبب وجود شجره كبيره تغطي جميع النوافذ عددنا ست اشخاص وطلبت دفع مبلغ اضافي على الشخص السابع وهو احد افراد الاسره ولاكن للاسف مسؤل الشقه رفض ذلك بحجة الشقه لاتكفي الا لسته فقط للاسف لم يكن متعاون ابدا ورفض ادخالنا الشقه حتى يرى حجز الشخص السابع في فندق اخر وبعد ماعرضت عليه حجز الشخص السابع رفض دخولنا قبل تحويل التأمين مع العلم انني لم امانع من دفعه استغرق دخولي اكثر من ساعه من المجادله معه والاتصالات
• Oksana (10/5): - Красиві апартаменти з сучасним дизайном. В номері є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Ввічливі господарі, завжди на звʼязку. Гарне розташування, до Старого міста 10хв пішки. Є підземний паркінг, можна зарезервувати місце, це дуже зручно для подорожуючих машиною, щоб не шукати місця на громадських стоянках. Хороші апартаменти для гарного відпочинку! Немає гачків для рушників у ванній кімнаті, не зручно залишати рушники. І не вистачало паперових рушників на кухні. Все інше чудово!

Biorąc pod uwagę strefę płatnego parkowania w centrum Krakowa i brak miejsc parkingowych, naprawdę warto zarezerwować nocleg z parkingiem w podziemiach budynku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Znakomicie wyposażony apartament, włącznie z tosterem i zapasem kawy / herbaty/ cukru. Spokój w budynku (żadnych imprez po sąsiedzku). Spokój i cisza w okolicy. Małe problemy z kodem do drzwi, o który musiałam się dopominać już po przyjeździe... Brak ręcznika kuchennego i gąbki do naczyń - przydałyby się. Krzesełka trochę się chwieją.

• Maciej (7/5): Ogólna ocena 4/5 - Na plus: lokalizacja blisko centrum i przy rzece, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Na minus: w mieszkaniu jedno okno nie miało założonej zasłony mimo że było na nią przeznaczona szyna więc uważam to za niedopatrzenie personelu; w mieszkaniu ogólnie czysto choć gdy się przyjrzało to były niedopatrzenia, np. niedomyte sztućce; bardzo słabe wygłuszenie mieszkania.

• Andrea (9/5): A perfect location for exploring Krakow and having a peaceful night. - The apartment was perfectly located for us to visit the main attractions of Krakow, particularly Wawel Castle. We particularly enjoyed being in a neighbourhoood where we could eat at local restaurants and shop at local shops and markets, away from the tourist crowds.The quality of our experience in Krakow was greatly enhanced by this location. The apartment had superb, quiet views across the river. Although he wasn't an employee of Fragola Appartments, the security staff person on the day we arrived was so friendly, welcoming and taught me the essential words of Polish! Our experience in staying here was one will will remember forever. The level of communication from Fragola Apartments was excellent too. Hope to come back some time! We didn't continue to use the shower in the main apartment because the water leaked out a little bit. A minor issue that didn't bother us.

Overall, it was a great stay. - We really enjoyed the view, the clean and tidy apartment, and the great location — perfect for sightseeing. The building itself is also beautiful and well-maintained. the kitchen is not very well equipped, and there’s quite a large gap in the shower door, so if you’re not careful, the water can easily reach the kitchen area.

Someone opened the door of the apartment I had rented, even though this time was within my booking period. This incident is completely unacceptable, as it represents a serious violation of my privacy and sense of security. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently, identify who opened the door, and take the appropriate action to ensure such a situation does not happen again.
