• Alexandra (9/5): Great, comfortable stay in Palermo - close to everything - Great location, quiet, spacious room, good storage options, great shower and bathroom, nice breakfast, friendly, helpful and responsive staff. The room is dark, but it’s also part of the ambience and style of the room. There is sufficient lighting.

Virkelig nem og god kommunikation med værten og dejligt rent værel - Man kan ikke finde en mere central overnatningsmulighed i Palermo. Super beliggenhed lige i midten af byen - vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse ved at bo her. Servicen var virkelig god og nærværende. Tak til hele holdet og Stafania, som var så flink at søge for at booke parkering til os ved nærliggende parkeringshus med overvågning og venlig og hjælpsom personale. Morgenmaden var okay - vi var ikke helt tilfredse med udvalget. Det kan lige så godt være os der ikke er vant til at spise kage og søde sager til morgenmad. Det der blev serveret fejlede bestemt ikke noget, blot vores præferencer.

• Cédric (4/5): Séjour gâché malgré de bonne chose - L’accueil et le personnel ont été parfaits. Cependant, nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre où régnait une odeur d’humidité nauséabonde, que nous avons signalée au personnel (absent après 18 h). Nous n’avons obtenu aucune réponse avant le lendemain matin. La chambre en elle-même est très bien, tout comme l’emplacement, mais une odeur aussi forte est inacceptable pour un établissement qui promet d’aussi bonnes prestations sur le papier. À notre arrivée, la personne qui nous a accueillis nous a présenté la chambre avant même qu’elle ne soit nettoyée, ce qui est déjà inhabituel. L’odeur était déjà présente. Après avoir récupéré la chambre, c’était encore pire ! Nous avons dû aérer de 18 h à 22 h pendant notre absence pour tenter de la chasser, mais elle est revenue une heure plus tard. Elle provenait du jacuzzi, que nous n’avons même pas utilisé. Un séjour très désagréable, malheureusement. • Ana (9/5): A quiet place to stay at a great location - Great staff to begin with; they were all helpful and kind. The facility is very nicely decorated and the breakfast is also nicely prepared presented. My comment does not take merit away from my stay which was simply great. Still it is good to know that the elevator is not leveled with the rooms, so it is necessary to carry the luggage about 10 steps down (or up, when leaving).

The room was a bit dark and it was that clear how to get into building on arrival. Ok once you knew what to do.

You’ll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and major retail shops like Zara and H&M just a short walk away. 🚗 Parking: The hotel recommends a private parking lot just one block away. It costs €25 per day and is very secure — ideal if you’re traveling by car. 😊 Staff: A couple that were very kind and helpful, always willing to assist with a great attitude. 💡 Ambience: The room was decorated in a dark, velvet-rich style, which gave it a certain charm, but it lacked natural light and felt a bit dim at times. It may not be the most suitable option for families with children or those who prefer bright, airy spaces.

• Katarzyna (3/5): Mixed feelings, not sure if I would recommend this place. - Poor communication with the host. Nobody picks up the phone when you’re trying to contact with them. Great location, nice room. On the second day of our stay we didn’t have any hot water for a few hours what made us very uncomfortable. No teas or coffee in the room too.
