• Batool (1/5): Not worth it! - Location Lights in bedroom and bathroom not working. Bad smell in bathroom, damp smell. Not worth value for money. Can get better for less in the area
• Warren (9/5): - Loved the location and layout. Yes lots of stairs but you’re aware of this before hand. This is very minor. Needs more towels for a 4 day stay and also toilet paper. Needs the lights fixed as lots of fixtures with no light bulbs. But loved the place.
• Cristina (7/5): Beste Lage, angemessener Preis. Keine zu hohen Ansprüche. - Die Lage war perfekt, man ist sofort in der Altstadt. Die Verbindung zum Flughafen ist unkompliziert mit der Linie 37, ohne Umsteigen (3€ pro Person, ca. 1h). Der Ausblick über die Dächer zum Meer ist sehr schön. Das Bett war bequem. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und bei dem Preis darf man eigentlich nicht meckern… dennoch sollten Interessenten vielleicht wissen… …dass das Badezimmer und die Küche nicht besonders sauber waren. Außerdem war das Licht im Badezimmer kaputt, sodass wir in der ersten Nacht kein Licht hatten. Erst nachdem wir die Besitzerin direkt angesprochen haben, wurde eine provisorische Lösung gefunden. Per WhatsApp kam leider keine Rückmeldung, Entschuldigung oder ein Lösungsvorschlag. Das war sehr schade. Aber da es recht günstig war, konnten wir darüber schließlich hinwegsehen. Die Besitzerin, die direkt nebenan wohnt, war sehr freundlich und konnte etwas deutsch sprechen. Man sollte wissen, dass es im vierten Stock ist und es keinen Aufzug gibt.

• Frances (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - would recommend! - Fantastic location, everything in the apartment that you could need as a couple visiting Split for 4 nights. We have recommended to friends and family and would stay again if come back! During our stay there was a food festival very close which played music loud until midnight but the windows had full sound reduction and A/C worked perfectly. Host was really helpful via WhatsApp. Bed super comfy too! The shower is rather small but it was fine.

• Isabelle (9/5): Appartement cosy proche centre historique - Très confortable, avec beaucoup de charme et bien équipé, cet hébergement est très proche du centre. S'il faut trouver quelques points à revoir : les oreillers trop gros, douche trop haute, quelques réparations à prévoir (fenêtres cuisine et salle de bain) et le tout à rafraîchir même si ça reste très correct et très propre .

• Silvia (4/5): Disappointing apartment - Great location, just a couple of minutes by foot from the city centre, supermarkets and public transport. The flat is on the 4th floor without a lift (not mentioned in the description). Overall, the apartment looked a bit rundown. Although the bedroom windows were double-glazed and had shutters, the skylight window in the kitchen area was old, with a metal part dangerously protruding onto the dining table, and with no blackout blinds, meaning we woke up everyday at sunrise. The other skylight in the bathroom was broken. The spring mattress was uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. The shower walls were mouldy and the shower basin badly stained.
• cerra (6/5): - La posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro e con la bici si riescono a raggiungere tutte le spiagge. La casa si trova a un quarto piano senza ascensore. Ci sono stati inconvenienti con il frigo che perdeva acqua. La casa non era molto pulita.

• Caviar (8/5): Lofty views - This is an ideal and central location - to the shops, restaurants, an eight minute walk to the water. Open up your windows after a restful night of sleep to the beautiful views of the church that reaches the turquoise sea view. I found the apartment comfortable and spacious for one or two people, natural lighting. Very cool, no AC needed. Be prepared to get your legs on a mission. The stairs are worth the view. The light doesn't come on at night leading up to the last two flights of stairs near the apartment. A bit more dusting and getting rid of the ants 😩. Just these minor issues, but overall, I would stay here again.
• Faris (10/5): Comfortable and satisfying - The place was simply a great choice. Its location and the nice window view are the best features. Price was fair. The host was responsive and quick, and the instructions were clear! If you are planning to use the kitchen, the kitchen there is well equipped (toaster, fridge, microwave, and a boiler + cooking stuff) I would definitely choose this place if I come back again.
